Great App
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very user friendly & has a ton of options & features to choose from to make a great, eye catching post.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't run into any issues with SOCI, it's been a very positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great platform to get out on Google my business & Facebook to let residents & prospects know what offers & or availibilty we have at 2 of our apartment locations.
Simple to use but finicky

Once you know where things are it's easy to navigate and schedule posts.

Things break down a lot and solutions are hard to come by.

It allows us to schedule to multiple locations.
Overall I'm pleased with using Soci for social media managment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is the ability to manage multiple locations on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Its features are easy to use once trained, and is always coming out with something new that's helpful for our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, the platform is a beast with a lot of features and can be overwhelming at the start. Once you understand all of the product areas and their capabilities, it becomes easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team with many locations to manage social for. SOCi has been our main tool for scheduling content, responding to engagements, and pulling reports, and served as an asset library for us for the past 2 years.
Easy to use and so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can set my calendar for the month and just forget about it. I dont have to manage each of our social pages seperately anymore, they are conveniently connected. It has cut my time in half and I couldnt be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that I would change currently. All of the features that I need are available and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that all of my reviews and socials are in one location. This cuts my management time in half. I can easily respond to clients, check up on engagement and schedule posts with just a few clicks.
A solution for Multi-Location businesses - until they lock you in even if your business is closing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to post and schedule social media across all of our locations and have it be dynamically populated with details specific to each location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beware - they have a 2-year auto-renew policy that is almost like a prison! If you are even a day late in telling them you can't auto-renew because your business is leaving, they don't care and insist that you sign a new one-year contract at a much higher rate. VERY Bait and Switch!!!

Being able to do reviews, social and listings at scale across all our locations.
Plenty of options for multiple sites
What do you like best about the product?
I have found it most helpful to be able to post to individual sites, all my sites at one time, or to be able to create groups by facility type and do posts in that manner.
I was originally concerned about the learning curve, but once I was working in the platform, all the features made sense and I found the crossover and implementation from my previous platform pretty simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like many other social posting platforms, it does "think" for me a bit more than I prefer, but I find that is outweighed by the flexibility in community posting options.

Ease of posting to multiple locations
Social Media Calendars
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of social media calendars out there to help automate your SM postings. Today I'm sharing that SOCi is a great tool to help my travel business post topics that are relevant to me and my clients, and I am seeing an increase in traffic on my pages because of SOCi. Keep up the good work, SOCi!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've not seen many downsides to useing SOCi, but there has been some issue in getting content to share on my pages from other sources. That is minor to me, but one thing I would like to see improved (and I'm certain it will be in the future!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping me to keep engagement on my social media pages. My pages are appearing more in my clients feeds and that is getting my name front and center.
Not All Features Work
What do you like best about the product?
The social calendar was the only feature that work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were promised Google Verifications and they stopped doing that service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None - google verification was the reason we signed up with SOCi in the first place.
Great for 'set it and forget it' posting!

An easy to visualize posting scheduler with surprisingly simple connection to platforms
