Pretty cool
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very help to chart all social media and to have something to present to my boss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally I find it SOCi confusing; such as I am in one field and need to navigate another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure we had any problems, however, we were guessing on some of our social networking and now we have more concrete data.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps you with understanding how different posts are received and handled, very easy to use, was able to start using this product immediately with my social media activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Only covers the FB posts at this time, not seeing many numbers on Instagram and LinkedIn as much as on FB

Helping me engage with base and also distribute posts among many different platforms
Excellent Social Media Product for Diverse Franchise Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is SOCi what they say they are - What I really love is thier willingness to work with thier clients in order to build out tools and resources that feet your specific business needs. Thier team is excellent to work with from the Sales Team through to Account Reps. Really enjoying our relationship so far - we are not even 1-full year in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenges can be reporting, customization of the "Invite Email", and getting all locations to properly onboard in order to utilize Boosting & Ad's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to manage multiple locations social media platforms at scale. We also have the ability to create libraries for our locations to access. Customization capabilities and AP use are great. The ability to experiment with Ad's and other features in the future makes me feel good about our long-term potential.
Soci is a robust platform but needs work.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that soci allows you to easily access all of your content in one place. I like how we can see what Paul Mitchell Edu is going to post. I love the reporting suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add interactive features to a story from soci and you can only tag on instagram from the first page of a post on soci. Sometimes my posts become blurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content and organizing content. Monitoring post performance and analytics. This helps me gauge how well my social media posts are performing.

its a great tool to connect with other users to give out point of view, or just leave a nice message of gratitude for any type of service provied by any company. Knowing where it is a safe zone to adquire a service.

like any other review service, its not the system but the people who can open accaunt to just leave hate messages.

What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi has been an excellent tool overall for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning of Pensacola, we found the "Discovery" tab to be the least helpful feature. This tab is designed to help users find news articles and blogs to post on social media, but the suggested posts are rarely related to our industry. As a commercial cleaning company, it's crucial that the content we share is relevant and engaging to our audience. Unfortunately, the Discovery tab falls short in providing industry-specific content, making it less useful for our social media strategy. We hope to see improvements in this area to better cater to niche markets.

SOCi has been a game-changer for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning of Pensacola, especially in solving our biggest challenge: pre-scheduling social media posts across multiple platforms. I like that I am able to post to mulitple social media accounts from one website.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I create a post on a different site I find it more difficult to utilize that post on Soci.
