What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user friendly. I can schedule posts in advance so I don't have to create something everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I am unhappy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to schedule posts in advance. This means I can set aside a little time each week to schedule post for the upcoming week so I don't have to remember to post things daily.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage hundreds of listings in one place. We can give our franchise owners the power to 'own their business' online. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We're can always schedule meetings with the SOCi team whenever we need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few small issues with SOCi such as notifications that are inaccurate, unlinking of platforms, and the random error here and there. Overall, I've enjoyed SOCi and it's made my job a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of managing all of our listings. Instead of having to hunt through all of our platforms for specific pages to update, I can just log in to SOCI and make all of the updates there. Franchise owners can now take a more active role in managing their business online which takes extra tasks off my plate. We've had many owners concerned about our lack of SEO, and SOCi has solved this problem. This was a big pain point for our owners and we're gald SOCI could fix it.
Great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of SOCi is its ease of use. I personally manage 71 different Facebook pages and counting and it's so easy to keep everything in order on a daily basis. In addition to a solid social media management platform, we also use SOCi to manage our dozens of online listings, spend ad dollars online, and keep track of our reporting — and SOCi makes it all so easy. Our customer success manager, Alex, is incredibly smart and well-versed in the platform, and provides regular updates on our strategy and best practices. I even consider him part of our team with how much help he provides. If you're looking for a platform that does it all, SOCi is it!
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi offers a la carte pricing, so anytime we add a new property, we pay for it. Other platforms I've used allow an unlimited number of accounts. Additionally, any time there's an update rolled out, that usually comes with an extra cost as well. I'd like for them to provide regular updates at no cost to the customer, but those don't come too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media team of one, I have a lot of moving parts that I need to keep organized. SOCi does that for me, allowing me a bird's eye view of our locations and making sure I'm sharing to each one on a regular basis. The listings managment is also a huge time-saver for our company as we can do one update that gets pushed to dozens of places. Lastly, I believe that SOCi is crucial to our SEO placement, and I'm continually impressed with our customer success manager, Alex, and his insight into how we can do things more efficiently.
Best Social Media Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how SOCi is easy to use and how easy it allows our properties to centralize their social media. I can easily manage over 100 social media accounts with SOCi's amazing features!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be glitches that happen within the software pretty frequently. However, SOCi's support team is great about providing updates when issues are resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping our company to easily centralize our social media strategy. We can schedule content across over 100 different property's social media pages. SOCi's tools make it easier and easier to schedule content with each new feature. SOCi also helps us easily manage our reputation and reviews and keep a high response rate.

It's very user friendly and easy to select and edit posts. Love being able to respond to all inquiries in one spot.

Nothing so far. Set up was easy and everything runs as expected.

Great for Scheduling, Not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the many features that SOCi has to offer like the post scheduling across multiple platforms, the stored library of pictures, stored posts that you have made and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that SOCi is rather unintuitive. I am pretty tech saavy and it is a little difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes is very easy to schedule posts across multiple pages and platforms. It also is nice to be able to sit down and schedule posts at one time for a month at a time. Our organization is able to create images, store them in SOCi then have a bank of images to pull from for posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I am busy, with two pre teen boys, well one teen one pre. Anyways, I like that i can set things up ahead of time and that there is someone always there to help, even though for a bit there it did not seem like I was trying. I had an issue with scammers had to change passwords, however it was locked in my home office computer! This system has been such a life saver for me !!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not understand how to use it at first! However, learning the systems here and through this journey so far, has been alot of fun for me, and giving me alot to look forward to. I can never thank the team behind me enough!!!!

It's highly helping me ith my time right at the moment, due to health issues!
