Mixed Feelings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the preloaded content and ability to schedule groups of posts for multiple stores at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My list is long. I never know where to find things like the Red Hot Buys. Different every month. The posts are not labeled clearly - sometimes you see multiple of the same thing - all for different formats (phone, browser, etc.). It'd be helpful to label these. Content is hardly ever uploaded on time for the following month, making it hard to schedule time to do so. Unreliable. The connections with the pages fail frequently, and you have to relink them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group scheduling. Pre-loaded content.
SOCI is FANTASTIC!!!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is so easy to use, and is really helpful with time management! I'm able to go in and schedule social media posts all at once so that I'm not focusing on this daily. I also love the feature of easily responding to client's google reviews, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is extremely helpful in time management of scheduling and monitoring social media!
Great software for multi-site posting!
What do you like best about the product?
Love using Soci to quickly create social media posts for multiple community sites, respond to reviews, and more

I have not experienced a downside to using soci

It helps us create social media postings easily in advance for multi sites. It also helps us quickly respond to reviews for multi sites.

The review platform is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set up automatic scheduling of suggested calendar advertising.

SOCi Scheduling is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature is really nice. Insights are helpful as well, although I think the way it pulls info can be a little wonky sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was a way to link IG so that SOCi would read what I post from the app. I post a lot of interactive stories as well as reels. SOCi is limiting in the integration of these two post features, especially the interactive aspect and tagging songs, places, etc for discoverability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to schedule still posts and stories in advance.
One Stop-Shop for Socials
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduler feature. It is so easy to schedule posts across different platforms, easy to reschedule them when needed, and great to be able to plan posts far into the future. I love being able to "set it and forget it"!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had to contact customer support for anything thus far, so I cannot speak to the level of support.

SoCi allows me to save time by scheduling posts and connect all of my social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything that it does for me and I only have to do a little. The content has all been great

It is very hard to find a place to login to it. I still have to go through my original invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is getting real time information onto my social sites for prospective clients to see.
SOCi has been a wonderful addition to our tech stack!

The ability to respond to reviews and manage multiple social media accounts in one platform is extremely helpful and has improved productivity across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about SOCi is that they do not have a partnership integration with our POS system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small marketing team, managing listings, social media, reviews, and local SEO became extremely time consuming. With SOCi, we are able to manage all listings and other marketing functions in a single platform with the help of Genius to optimize and make recommendations that are beneficial to our company.

I love that I can post to multiple social media accounts for multiple properties from one SOCi account. I also love that we get emails notifying us of reviews given.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to find the reviews that people give us.
