Best Service for Busy Professionals

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an excellent platform that removes the uncertainty from social media posting. With so many daily tasks to manage, having access to content with pre-selected hashtags—while still being able to customize them if I want—has truly changed the game for me. This feature frees up more of my time to focus on other projects. Additionally, the scheduling for posts is always spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to SOCi at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool addresses the challenge of managing time and generating content. It helps streamline the process, making it easier to customize ready material efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate Soci. The user-friendly design makes using the platform a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few additional steps involved when trying to post, and I think the process could be simplified a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool eliminates the hassle of posting in several places, which saves time and makes it much simpler to respond to all reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes managing multiple social media accounts simple and efficient. The scheduling tools, reporting dashboards, and ability to collaborate with team members save us time and keep our brand consistent across locations
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming at first due to the number of features, and reporting customization could be more flexible. However, the support team is responsive and helpful. One other minor thing I noticed is there is a pretty big lag when trying to select emojis, but it doesn't go too much beyond that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage multiple social media accounts across different properties in one centralized platform. It saves time by streamlining scheduling, approvals, and reporting, which is critical for maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines. The ability to monitor engagement and performance in real time also helps us optimize campaigns quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The graphing, and setting your own comparisons, Easy to respond to reviews with AI features,
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues to have a dislike about, maybe adding toggles to explain what the different areas represent, so that when you are looking at a graph or something a brief explanation of where this information is coming from.

User friendly and easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Soci made posting on our socials so much easier. We were able to post to all of our accounts at once, while optimizing each platform to reach our audience. The features allowed us to understand each social media site. We were even able to edit all posts from Soci after they had been posted to change the caption. Soci was a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I didn't like about Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci solved the problem of dreading crafting up social media posts because we were able to do it all in one spot!

I like that I can post anywhere and everywhere I can in just one place! I use it every day!

I wish it was a little more user friendly

It's solving the problem into going onto multiple lplatorms and I can just go to one spot!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of managing listings, reviews, etc., within one platform, and a strong support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations don't work as intended, defeating the purpose of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for my reviews management, comment management, and social media scheduling. I manage reveiws and social media on five networks in four locations and it is amazingly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have YouTube, so I have to uplaod there. It also doesn't have a first comment feature for LinkedIn or a newsletter/article feature for LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage reviews and social media engagement all in one place, and I didn't need a tutorial.
