Streamlined Scheduling and Ready-Made Posts
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes managing social media much easier. I really appreciate the ready-made content that helps keep feeds active without starting from scratch, and at the same time I can schedule my own posts well in advance. This means I only need to focus on social media activity a few times a month, but I can still maintain a consistent stream of regular, professional content across my channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a feature to remined me to add content that I can schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of time-intensive social media management. Instead of having to come up with fresh ideas every day and manually post, or worse miss posting for a time. I can rely on their ready-made content as a baseline and then schedule my own posts well in advance. This allows me to batch my social media work just a few times a month, while still keeping a steady and professional presence online. The biggest benefit is consistency—I can stay visible to my audience without it pulling focus from my other priorities.
Great one stop shop for all my locations
What do you like best about the product?
We love using SOCi, we get a full visual on our social profile in one place instead of having to hop from one location to another to another. Having the ability to respond to reviews all from one place is a huge benefit and makes responding to reviews much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we don't like about SOCi, it really does work the way it was advertised and gives us the transparency we've grown to enjoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of hoping from one platform to another, at the same time solves the problem of jumping from location to location.
Great marketing management tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows us to view all our social media outputs in a single location, making management much simpler. The back end interface streamlines our workflow and significantly eases our daily tasks. With this tool, both time management and reputation management become effortless. It also helps us easily spot comments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to get comfortable using it, and at first you might feel a bit lost. However, if you keep at it, it gradually becomes more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us keep our social media sites active and engaging. Its robust analytics allow us to really drill down and identify the areas where we need to focus.
Frustrating Start, Happy Now
What do you like best about the product?
I do really like that it centralizes all my socials for my business into one spot. I personally own 2 franchises and having the ability to manage the reviews for both under one portal, as well as manage what posts are getting sent out is great. That has been a major convenience, and I feel like I am still not even using everything that is available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I opened my first store, I have independently created a facebook page and instagram page to promote the business ahead of time, and between either the corporate for the franchise or SoCi (not sure where the fault lies) it ended up being a massive headache. Those pages kept getting taken down, soci was not able to integrate, and ultimately hid our online presence for about 8 months. After numerous emails and zoom calls, it was eventually fixed and has been great since. Just a very frustrating start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I included in the previous box, having both businesses, and all their accounts, under one portal is a massive time saver. It just makes the puzzle of social media marketing less of a challenge for me.
Convenient and Simple to set up
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I no longer have to worry about coming up with content to post. All I need to do is log in once a month and approve the content that will be published. Integrating it with my social media platforms was straightforward, and the implementation process was simple. I also find the features to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any drawbacks to SOCi!

This tool helps me save both time and effort.

SOCI has all of the social media in one place so you can design 1 ad or message and place it to all at the same time.

If it was easier to post past posts again, that would make it more convenient.

Game-Changer for busy insurance agent
What do you like best about the product?
it’s not time-consuming and is easy to manage. Set it and forget it features
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this time. I would like to see some less fluffy posts to help incorporate such as the ability to add the personal touch of family photos with the Comparion brand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Its helping to make sure my feeds are being generated automatically in case I am not available or busy. Keeps my posts and pages in front of people on a regular basis.
Great Product for Convenience of Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set posts at future dates and times makes all the difference in busy times, or when you have a thought, time to post, but need it on a different day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only syncs to business Instagram pages. It would be great if it would also sync to personal pages as not everyone uses business pages

SOCI gives me time back when I am running short.

What do you like best about the product?
Our head office handles our advertising content and I use Soci to review what they plan to post before it is posted. This allows me to change and tweak what they have done without having to contact them. It also makes it so I don't receive a ton of emails about ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far Soci has been exactly what we needed.

Soci allows me to quickly review ad content and approve or change as needed.
