I'm a Marketing Manager for a Property Management company.
What do you like best about the product?
As a Reputation Management tool, it's great, especially for businesses of scale. I love the customizable features when it comes to reputation reporting, and the interface is very user friendly. Customer Support is highly communicative when we have needs to update business accounts or integration issues, and help bridge the gap between third-parties when updates are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most effective tool to use as a CMS, as there are limitations in its capabilities when it comes to social media and content management. Updates to posting tools, like video content and editing abilities, are slow compared to competing tools, but it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps manage multiple listings and accounts to maintain brand consistency, and their support teams are significantly more communicative than third-party when it comes to making updates and ensuring seamless syndication across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially love the calendar feature that lets me see - long term - over the course a month how much advertising is going out and to which channels. I love how editable and interactive it is, easy to use and understand

I appreciate how quickly SOCI support responds and the fast turnaround they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes to add in tags, you have to type it out manually and you can't just copy and paste it from another location or anywhere else.

Making hours updates, edits so that it syncs up in various platforms.

NOthing really comes to mind, I'm pretty happy with everything that SOCI has to offer.

Keeping myself and my team organized and on track with weekly postings on our socials along with responding to reviews in a timely manner.

SOCI SHOULD ASK GUEST FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS ONCE THEY POST A POSITIVE REVIEW. THIS IS HELP AS GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE JUST AS USEFUL FOR US.
Soci is User Friendly and Engaging
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is easy to access and to utilize. They make responding to reviews and posting on Social Media a fast and efficient process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the library updated a few (or at least 2 months) in advance so that we can complete future scheduled postings.

I like the ability to post among several platforms with one click of a button. I also like the ability to see real time data on how are social media is doing.

I feel like the website could use some cleaning up and be a little more straight forward.

Simple Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts works great with my "set it and forget it" mentality for any generic posts we wanted to list. However, the ease to go in an add specialty posts across all our connected social media is a breeze and stopped me from having to log in to multiple social media sites for repetitive content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being invited by a franchisor account to use Soci, some permissions weren't available for me at the franchisee level, including inviting my employees to use and manage our social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single post cross-post to all my social media platforms, with scheduling, makes it much easier on me to focus more on my business without dedicating additional hours to each social media site each month.
