Easy of use and the functionality of it. Dashboard is very user friendly and self helps throughout

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it works. The user just enjoys the technology. I also love the support both from Jamf and from Jamf Nation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the App categories from the App Store to be part of the app descriptions within Pro. Also, I would like those categories to be searchable in Self Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are deploying all of our student iPads. Previously we would image all student devices. Jamf is saving time and enabling apps and Apple Classroom settings to be pushed out. Fantastic just with that.

Always at the ready to help and make sure there is a smooth user experience.

Overall satisfied with Jamf and their support along the way. It has been a successful partnership.

Some customization like battery health not yet available but Jamf is bound to what Apple allows.

With apple taking away the ability to do on hardware images, we need to use a mdm.

Love that we no longer have to worry about maintaining our server infrastructure.

That we no longer have direct access to the database.

Being able to better support our laptop bound end users that are very rarely in the office.
iPad Deployment Nightmare
What do you like best about the product?
Before Jamf Pro, deploying managed classroom iPads was a logistical nightmare with a user base exceeding 3000 students. Fast forward to 2014, Jamf Pro cut through these woes like a hot knife through butter.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that comes to mind is not being able to control all features on tvOS, and while it’s not entirely Jamf,s fault, I really hope in the near future we’re able to manage power settings on tvOS

Almost everything, such as how we deploy managed devices, apps, and configuration profiles.
The gold standard in Apple device management

0-day support for new releases of new Apple features.

Can be steep learning curve for new users.

Patch management to ensure our corporate fleet is always up to date.
Best MDM solution out there
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been a jamf admin since 2016. With hang we have been able to bring fantastic user experience, and have been able to deploy macs across our enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike about Jamf but if I had to pick it would be better support for NoMad, or better pricing for jamf connect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to deploy Managed macs to our marketing team. And we are able to deploy fonts and manage specific settings for those “Special people”

Make the leap you won’t regret it !
Jamf is the last Mac management software you will ever need

Simply how easy it is to push out policies and make changes.

Many many many of the feature requests have been left unanswered for years
