What do you like best about the product?
JAMF helped us modernize our endpoints by allowing us to move away from AD bound devices to cloud only. This was pivitol to ensure user passwords were synchronized and clients could still escalate privileges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but if I had to request anything was greater customization and options around user passwords expiration

Synchronized passwords and privileged escalation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing macbooks and locking them down via configuration profiles within Jamf Pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish DDM was a bit better, waiting for the day I can trust Jamf to push and force OS updates to macbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Jamf to manage our 300+ Mac fleet. It does everything we need for policies and configuration profiles, patch management and reports, and groups based on various criteria that is built-in dorectly to Jamf. Any time someone asks who we use for our Mac MDM, Jamf just rolls off the tongue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside that we see in our environment is the limited application catalog for patch management. This is still not a showstopper, as you can add your own application patch management though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leaning on automation and using the Self Service Mac app is great as Jamf does this so well right out of the box

Very easy to use and has been a crucial tool to get Mac's in our environment.

Managing os updates through jamf pro needs to get better. Not as intuitive as managing other systems.
