Great product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy of use and minimal training to start

Corp assistance is great and very helpful

Inventorying and tracking all devices being used
Jamf has made device management for remote users much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage our devices remotely.

That I don't have as many features to manage iOS as available for MacOS

End users are able to complete their work and I'm able to provide them with the tools they need yo completer their tasks.

Best documentation I've found. No complaints. If something doesn't work it's usually our fault.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding out when something is our fault can be a bit hard sometimes

Making changes to devices without touching them
Password sync issues are Over!!
What do you like best about the product?
We are very excited to use JAMF connect as we have had issues in the past with password sync for our business. We are so thankful for JAMF building out a solution to be able to sync with SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beyond JAMF, limitation, but wish it could work in the file vault lock screen

Amazing phone support.
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a Microsoft background moving over to JAMF has been amazing. Their phone support is second to none, not only are you connected to someone who is extremely knowledgeable but will go out of their way to make sure that the product you have is working for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't come across anything that really upsets me about JAMF. They've been more than amazing as compared to other MDM's in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were leveraging Microsoft Intune for Mac to try to manage our Mac fleet, and it was awful trying to get anything to work properly and on a timely basis. The ability for JAMF to almost instantaneously updatd a device when you set a configuration profile blew me away and still does
Jamf is the best MDM for Apple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other MDM providers to manage Apple devices in enterprise. None of them have all of the capabilities that Jamf provides. It's easy to use and learn for new admins and offers more advanced tools like APIs for more seasoned admins. Jamf support is excellent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes API endpoints are deprecated without an announcement, but there's always a new version that can be used instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Were able to fully automate iPad enrollment and setup at our contract manufacture by non-tech people. It's truly zero touch deployment of Apple devices.
Makes my job life easier with management of devices.

Organization, simplicity of use, and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really dislike anything at the moment, updates and new features that come out fix any dislikes.

I like how Jamf pro is easy to use and powerful tool to manage Macos

One thing about jamf I dislike is how the agent and/or Mdm may break randomly

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro makes managing our Mac fleet efficient and reliably. We really like the support provided by Jamf and also the support availability for new major os.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I encountered is that I am unable to view membership of Azure groups when submitting a deployment.

Efficiency on management of our fleet.
