Their solutions are cost-saving in terms of pricing and can handle delivering high loads of text messages. Messages delivered can be customized highly in terms of content by managing templates. Their APIs are available on web pages which is handy for developers to do initial testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SMS API parameters include JSON strings which can be tricky to work with for new programmers. It can be simplified to an extent considerably by just following the de-facto standard POST API standards data input.

Gupshup provides low-cost solutions in SMS Marketing and Communications, providing SDKs for sending SMS to their client's customers. Clients need to worry about the implementation and content, and the rest of the tricky parts, like scaling and deliverability factors, are taken care of by them.

The transaction ID format is non-compatible with excel format. Gupshup should look into changing the format.
