QUALITY Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Scorebuddy is a great tool for Quality reviews, as it is very user friendly, well organized, has very good reports and provides insightful analytics.
Everyone in our organization is satisfied with it, including reviewers, managers and agents. Previously we were using a different tool and implementing Scorebuddy was definitely as game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to mention as a dislike, maybe just a simple cosmetic thing - when you open a list, I would like only the "Score" button to be clickable, instead of the whole row. Right now, once you right click on the case number, to try to copy it, it directly opens the review scorecard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scorebuddy allows to review and have easy access to the scores of our agents. In this way, we can very easily check if they are doing their day-to-day job correctly and if they are providing the appropriate assistance to our customers.

At times, the website takes longer to load, but other than that, everything works well. It effectively serves its intended purpose.

What I like best about Scorebuddy is how user-friendly it is. It helps me stay organized and makes it easier to manage my tasks. The platform provides everything I need for work in one place, which saves me time and boosts productivity. And What I like best about Scorebuddy as well is its simplicity and ease of use. It makes tracking and managing tasks much more efficient, and the interface is intuitive. It’s a great tool that helps me stay organized and on top of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would improve about Scorebuddy is the speed at which some features load. It can sometimes be a little slow, especially when handling larger volumes of data. Other than that, it’s a great tool!

At first I have trouble navigating it but as you check on it , it is friendly user . there are alot of tabs but you can used to it

The messages arent read even though the score was already made.
