What do you like best about the product?
Scorebuddy lets our support team dig deep into every conversation — whether it’s chat, email, or call — with a structured, easy-to-use scoring system. We can spot exactly what went well and where we can improve, ensuring each customer interaction is better than the last. No more guesswork — we have hard data to back up our coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be more modern and intuitive. While functional, the current design sometimes feels dated and doesn’t always guide the user naturally through tasks. A cleaner, more streamlined layout could improve day-to-day efficiency.

Menu navigation can be unclear at times. Some options are nested in ways that aren’t immediately obvious, which can lead to extra clicks or guesswork. Grouping related functions together more logically would make the experience smoother for support agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a standardized, consistent scoring framework, so every agent is evaluated fairly and against the same expectations.
Scorebuddy’s reporting and analytics give us a clear view of trends over time, so we can address recurring issues quickly and double down on what’s working.
Scorebuddy streamlines evaluations into one platform, saving time and letting us focus on the customer experience instead of admin work.

What do you like best about the product?
Scorebuddy allows us to easily manage and ensure our phone agents are staying on track and following company objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the formatting could be adjusted to be more "American-ized" for time and date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us ensure our agents are saying the message the company wants and provides guidance in cases where changes are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Scorebuddy is easy to use, and it gives you the option to add an AI-generated summary of the feedback.
It allows to start the work from where we left previously as it automatically saves our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scorebuddy, sometimes lacks but it's okay as the issue happens very less.
Also, sometimes it erases our comments automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a easy way to give the feedback to the agents. It allows us to give a brief details of an error that the agent made after each parameter, and at the end it allows us to give overall summary of the error and how the agent can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good way to keep track on your progress and allows you to request 1-1 should you feel the need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a lot easier to navigate, sometimes I feel like you have to click on multiple links and pages in order to get where you need to be.
There should be an easier way to see the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to ensure you are delivering the best service with every customer contact.

It's the perfect tool for QA. The analytical sections is brilliant. Easy to create and use scorecards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drop down for names should be sorted into groups and teams to make it tidier.

An easy QA platform.

Sometimes lags a bit, which might need reloading and some unsaved information to be lost

I can submit a review quickly, choosing on of the many relevant templates our TL has created; no hassle or anything, responding to a certain issue with only 1 click

Score buddy is a great way to get my advisors scored accurately on their calls and it provides a lot of great insight to help them grow and improve!

Sometimes the system would be slow or lagging but that would be the only thing
