Great quality assurance platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Scorebuddy is that it uses AI powered scoring to ensure every conversation get covered without the need of any manual process. Also, it is very easy to use and has a very good beginner friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experience slow loading time with Scorebuddy. Overall performance can be increased, especially in navigation between pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scorebuddy helps significantly to improve quality assurance efficiency by automating tasks and providing the analytics to monitor. The ability to customize scorecards makes it more flexible to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Scorebubby is, it give the Trusted Referee's a point of reference that gives us a opportunity to grow. It also, gives us a place to take accountability and make healthy corrections on developing properly. I believe this give us the ability to expand and grow our skills has a trusted referee. This gives us the tools we need to create insanely great customer experience by making lives better, one interaction at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least help thing I dislike about Socrebuddy is? I honestly have not thought about it. Due to, the fact I know this is here to track our work production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Socrebuddy has not help me, problem solve for the job, but it is helping me correct my mistakes on the job. This is beneficial for a few reasons. I get to retain my job, leaner how to be a better Trusted Referee and lastly, it tracks my productive to keep me on track.
I like the features and trends that I can see over a period of time.

I like to see the trends and data over a period of time.

The time it takes to load when logging in.

I am able to review calls that scorebuddy graded that may have been overlooked if scores were done manually since there is not a sufficient amount of people to grade every call.

As of now, I don'y have any negative experience using the Scorebuddy.

While Scorebuddy is highly effective, some of the reporting features could be more advanced, especially for larger teams that need deeper analytics. The range of integrations with other systems is somewhat limited, which sometimes leads to manual data handling. Additionally, although the interface is straightforward, it could benefit from more customization and a fresher, modern design to enhance the overall user experience.

corebuddy is solving the problem of inconsistent and time-consuming quality monitoring in customer support by providing a centralized and structured platform for evaluations. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or manual tracking, it allows managers to create customizable scorecards, capture performance data, and share feedback in one place. This ensures that evaluations are consistent across the team and that agents receive clear, actionable coaching. The benefit has been improved service quality, agent performance, and visibility into trends, which helps identify gaps early and provide targeted training. As a result, customer interactions are monitored more effectively, and overall customer satisfaction has increased.
Excellent application for a process which has QC as it offers a good UI and more flexible features

Gives a good view of the items and scores.

Nothing much to dislike, good one to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It established a platform between the analysts and QC team where all the scores are available in one place, with no need for calculation. Also, it provided comparisons.

What I like about Scorebuddy is that it keeps scores on my work and almost tells me what I am best at and also what I need to work on.

For me ? Scorebuddy is helping me with my work calls. Is it benefiting me? YES it is , The way it helps with the weaknesses is amazing.
