Qualified has juiced our business development and marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Staff is very hands on and attentive, UI is intuitive, and workflows are strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Qualified would have a admin feature where I can chat with anyone even if not routed to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to understand web traffic and allowing our BD team to have better conversations.
Organized, clearly articulated, easy to follow, quick and to the point.
What do you like best about the product?
Sessions were direct and clear and to the point. Priorities were aligned.

We may not always have had the right people on the call.s
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a robust chat platform for BDRs. Will increase our lead volume.
All around great platform and fantastic customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service that we receive is fantastic. They are fast and very informed about competitive functionality and how to match or exceed the functions. In addition, the software is easy to use and is helpful for our website and new visitors coming to our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't hit a downside of the platform yet but having the ability to embed the chatbot into a page or have people be able to text into the chatbot would be a cool added feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing our visitors to speak to us in real-time, book meetings in real-time, and allows us to see the audiences that are coming to our website and interacting with us. We can have different chatbots depending on the user coming to the website which is super helpful for our ABM campaigns as well.
A Valuable Software for Engaging Website Visitors
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to route our leads directly into Salesforce and run an automation within Qualified which allows us to optimize the experience for both our visitors and our Sales team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. It would be great to have more flexibility with the chat size and style as they are not very customizable. For example we are limited to changing colors and we cannot adjust the size which would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to route our leads directly into Salesforce and optimize the experience for both our visitors and our Sales team. We are also able to see live which pages are our visitors seing.

Qualified is a great tool that helps Sales specialists quickly engage with highly interested prospects.

I have not experienced any downsides of Qualified yet.

It's the best conversational platform around
What do you like best about the product?
The platform capabilities go way beyond enabling conversation, it fits neatly at the centre of my tech stack and helps to drive value across the funnel. Enabling personalised automated conversation + contextually rich human lead conversation to capture interest on-site and influence opportunities right from creating new ones to enabling a faster close on current ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities are very strong, however, can be a little cumbersome to get a detailed analysis and insight out of - this can be overcome through .csv downloads and manipulation through a BI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is focused on driving new opportunities and creating value from demand gen activities, Qualified is likewise 100% geared towards this - I feel like the platform has been specifically designed to help me drive more ROI from my strategy.
Top notch customer service + success
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is one of our top drivers of meetings on the marketing side. Their customer service and success is amazing, they're always so helpful. It's one of the best I've experienced, which is important in software and not usually provided these days. Plus, love all the integrations and reporting!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be more intuitive, more templatized and breadcrumbed.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest challenges we had for sales was separating our sales leads from the large # of support cases we get. With Qualified it has allowed us easily to streamline our non-sales-related leads saving our team time and increasing productivity and booked meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing :)......All working good.....

Speed to lead and qualification

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who is visiting our website and what they're viewing. I also loved the attention they gave us during the implementation process. Brittany Rhyme, our account rep, was amazing! She held our hand through the process and even joined my team calls multiple times to provide additional training for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar scheduling feature has enabled spammers to book appointments with us....we're working on some things to fix this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an idea of who is interested in what we offer, which enables us to proactively attempt to engage them.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about the Qualified Platform is its ability to identify the difference in our accounts based on their activity, as well as offer the ability to be proactive with our outreach on the site and engage our potential customers with the experts they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about the service. Our rep has been so incredible with building the different experiences and allowing us to route chats and leads to the proper sales rep, it has dramatically changed the way we do business on the back end and how we approach leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to route specific lead interests to the proper salesperson, so we can have a timely and immediate response time to customers. It also provides great insight into the visitor profile and activity we have never had before.
