An Amazing Tool - for both Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified puts our incoming traffic/customers first. The experience for them is seamless and even easier for us. Our rep, Cameron, is very hands-on and can make some of the most complicated flows, easy. Instead of throwing us into the trenches to figure things out on our own, he builds in real-time with input from my team. His combination of marketing & sales knowledge is super valuable and makes us feel like he's a part of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an analytics-focused person, I find it a bit hard to build dashboards. That's not to say the data isn't there. There's is a lot of valuable data but I wish there were more pre-made dashboards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing inbound customers really find what they're looking for. It can be overwhelming to figure out what solution is needed and how it may fit certain business needs. Sales is able to hop in and help answer these questions in real-time. It also complements our ABM efforts, nicely.
Highly Recommend Qualified for any chatbot needs
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of our systems, allows us to get insights to SFDC and Slack and notify our teams on time. It also allows us to build experiences based on different parameters from SFDC and Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The building of the experiences in the platform is powerful but can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to hot leads immediatly when they are engaging on the website

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about qualified is the ability to interact with the customer in real-time and quickly address the customer's needs. I also like how it integrates that data into a salesforce lead automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of things about Qualified that I dislike. Nathan has been really good about addressing the issues we have had. I suppose I dislike that we only get 30 seconds to engage with a customer's conversation, but this is totally understandable from the customer's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is taking our customer service to another level with the live online chat. We are providing our customers with a level of service we have never before been able to.
Great Customer Success team
What do you like best about the product?
The CS team (especially Rachel!) has been super helpful. They are very responsive to any questions we have and super helpful in regards to training and onboarding our team. They frequently roll out new features to help us stay on top of changing trends. Their new Signals feature has been a great way to stay on top of engaged accounts even when our team isn't online. The ability to see which links prospects are clicking in emails has also allowed us to have more insight into which content and messaging is resonating with our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Qualified. It has allowed our SDR team to meet our potential customers where they are and engage with them quickly on our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to engage with prospects and potential buyers on our website in real-time. It allows our team to see what a buyer is most engaged with so we can provide them with relevant messaging. This has helped our SDR team to be more relevant in their outreach because they can see what their accounts and leads are most engaged with on the website. The Signals feature has been a great way to stay on top of engaged accounts even when our team isn't online. The ability to see which links prospects are clicking to arrive on the website has also allowed us to have more insight into the messaging that is resonating most with our prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service. The implementation process was unbelievably smooth, we had a stellar onboarding experience with Camille. And our ongoing CSM, Tanya is equally fantastic. We are already seeing good insights around our visitors, and I expect that the richness of that intelligence will get even deeper the longer we are live. In a very short time, we doubled our SAOs. And I anticipate that we really are going to see the 300% increase in opportunities that Qualified projected in their demos based on our unique situation and data for traffic and visitors. So far, very pleased with the customer service and tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. We're still getting our feet wet and setting up experiences that fit our visitors' needs as we identify patterns--which technically, the ability to even get the intelligence around those kinds of patterns is pretty cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expectations for improved vistor experiences and increased the speed to conversion and opportunity, plus insights around who is on our website, mapping, and live chat to support real time conversations and meeting scheduling.
Above the Rest
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is the world view showing live website traffic.
It also integrates nicely with Salesforce so we can clearly see which target accounts, current customers, lost opportunities, etc. are on our site. This gives the team the ability to prioritize which website visitors they wish th "pounce" on.
We also have the ability to create different streams for different audiences.
The dashboard makes it easy to see how the solution and the team are performing.
Our CSM, Kiran, has been awesome to work with. She genuinely cares about our success.
We are just over 30 days live and already have six figures of influenced pipeline!

Great Customer Support and Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Robert was incredible. Every question or email I sent, he was able to answer in an incredibly fast timeline. It made me feel incredibly supported during the implementation time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. It was an overall positive experience for my team and me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally, Qualified was implemented to help limit the barriers of entry for potential customers to talk with Cloud for Good, as well as used as a recruiting tool. It has also turned into a way to help understand the way folks are engaging with our website. You see exactly where people click, or hover.
Qualified rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Qualified is relatively new. So far Nathan Chien and our client success team have been amazing! They understand our business, they are very responsive, and they are able to make updates and changes for us very quickly. I've been really impressed with our team and our experience so far, and I can't wait to see what we can do once we really get cranking!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything negative or any downsides yet. So far no limitations to what we want to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us engage with more customers and prospects than we were able to before. The power of their tool is amazing, and we're gaining incredible insights into potential customers that we never would have had without it.
Amazing CSM and support - quick and extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is modern and sleek. Our CSM is well versed in the platform and every call we have with her is always productive. Qualified has helped bring in great results for our company and we appreciate the service we have with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. If I had to nitpick something it would be the odd placement of the "experiences" tab. To edit a chatbot exp. i find it odd that it along with many other tools (reports) be nested all under the "settings" gear at the bottom left when there is a ton of white space on the side bar. Other than this UI/UX nitpick, there is nothing major that I dislike about Qualified :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of Chatbot capabilities for our company and the ease to understand and maintain it. It allows our website experience to be more optimized and interactive for us and our customers.
Great tool - Outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer success model and service is outstanding. We meet weekly with our CSM, Rachel who walks our team through new features, ensures our team is optimized for success and is willing to lead trainings and help with anything we ask of her.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the meeting setting feature in Qualified be better integrated with Outreach to allow an automated lead conversion and opp creation workflow in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing web visitors from organic traffic and SDR-led outreach with the ability to track their lead source in order to share relevant chat engagement and convert web visits to meetings.
