i dont see any downsides unless your internet bandwidth is incredibly low.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helped my team and I strategize our accounts and outreach style, and keep a finger on the pulse of what potential customers are looking into. I don't have any experience with competitors, but the tool as well as the Qualified team were super help for our sales goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to think of something I'd change, but, if anything, I wish there was a more seamless way to connect visitors to my company's support team. I often had to just copy our email in, although that may be an issue with my past company and not the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helped us get a really intimate look into web visitor behavior and browsing habits, we could really use the page tracking to assemble an overall idea of what a particular account may be looking into product-wise.

Making sure that visitors like using a standard chat window.

Making sure that we can reach out to visitors in a helpful, unobtrusive way.
LOVE QUALIFIED. Never going back to another solution again
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's tool is simple to use. Their implementation is exceptional, and ability to tie back the solution to pipeline and revenue is supreme. It feels like using the iPhone for the first time all over again.
Finally, their customer experience is exceptional. From working with Matt during the buying process to onboarding + implementation with Steve; this has been my favorite onboarding of a new technology in the last decade.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We were up in running from contract signature to live in 4 weeks, during the holidays. Incredible team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps expedite bringing in new pipeline and supporting existing customers. If you have visitors on your website, you NEED qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
For a still-emerging company, Qualified is a very mature martech application. The sophistication of the integration into all the key stack components, including CRM, MAP, ABM and SEM systems, provides impressive capabilities to provide fast solutions to requests for chatbot functionality. This rich data also reaps the rewards for analytics, with end to end view of website metrics to pipeline and revenue. But what makes all this work is the constant and pro-active support provided by CS, which is simply the best of any SaaS organization I've ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get maximum results, there is still much work required for keeping messages and content fresh, and live agents engaged. The tools for live agents are fully built out, but it is constant work and effort to train and focus on our users. While maintaining the app as an admin is not near a full time, making sure that agents are properly trained, assigned, and meeting SLAs can be for a larger team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing engagement for website visitors and providing an alternative to searching and submitting web forms. Providing a different experience for key audiences - customers, prospects, product trial users, etc.
From product value to amazing customer support, everything about Qualified is stellar.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped our SDR team in so many ways. It enables our teams to have more meaningful conversations, much quicker, with loads of valuable insights and relevant features to make the process a breeze. Not to mention, the platform in itself helps drive a lot of healthy competition.
What's more, our Success Architect Mike Curley is one of the best vendor contacts I've ever worked with. He's extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and truly cares to help us make an impact.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Qualified's video chat feature integrated with Gong or other intelligence platforms to save recordings and transcripts of video conversations held within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us to drive prospects through the funnel faster, and create more value for web visitors that we otherwise wouldn't be able to. This has brought more valuable pipeline to the organization and created a much more positive impression on prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Qualified has been fantastic! It truly feels like they're a part of our internal team. They do the "dirty work" to make sure they understand our business and needs. Shout out to Anna and her team. I 100% recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind in this regard. Their entire team has been supportive throughout the process and does an excellent job of keeping us informed of deadlines and upcoming deliverables.

To start with, the implementation of Qualified was extremely smooth for the whole organization. It integrates with all the necessary toolings we need - and the integrations are actually as easy as promised.
Qualified provides us with an easy way to be in touch with our customers and make meaningful flows for each necessary segment or customer journey in an easy way. With all of the flexibilities, it is easy to test and modify experiences or segments on the go. Real-time CRM, Outreach, Pardot and Intent data open doors for SDRs in creating meaningful conversations and providing valuable information for visitors & customers.
The tool supports good analytics for SDR and supports teams to work on as well as learn based on the data. Also, university materials support teams to optimize the behaviour and use creativity to take the most out of the chat.

Qualified has worked with Paymerang to provide the best experience possible. Nothing comes to mind when thinking of dislikes; they have truly worked through all obstacles with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed our sales team to create another branch of outreach to prospecting. With the help of Qualified we have been able to interact with viewer of the website to answer any top of mind questions.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can track leads and see exactly what pages they look at before starting my followup. Having a solid talk track is always better.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. All of the limitations I experience are not with the Qualified product but with nurture campaigns that need to be created when certain qualified experiences happen.
