Amazing tool with seamless onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible opportunity for our BDRs and sales team to action and intercept leads engaging with the website. Especially helpful to be able to see the user live on the site and all of the assets and pages with which they've interacted (sales emails, ad campaigns, etc). Qualified builds out your ideal segments and experiences, so you're ready to hit the ground running in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typically a tool like Qualified would require a lot of time to stand up, but their client success team is incredibly adept at learning your business and building a foundation for you to launch in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very narrow TAM, understanding who from our target accounts are on the site, what they're interacting with and being able to chat with them in the moment is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified can be effectively integrated with numerous other tech platforms, allowing the tool to become even more powerful than it already is. The amount of data and operations possible within Qualified greatly benefit anyone looking to up their lead-gen game! Also, the implementation team was excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike about Qualified. I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful the tool was and how easy to navigate the UI was. A tough-to-navigate UI within a platform can make a robust tool like Qualified less enjoyable to use. Thankfully with Qualified, that is not the case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helped us streamline our lead generation process by integrating with all our different tech stacks and giving us the information about our prospects we need right at our fingertips. Having all this information right off the bat when prospects visit your website is a complete game-changer!

Easily integrates with SFDC so we can build it to adapt to our processes.

Would love to further understand the conversion rates for 'pounces'.

Quick and easy customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a marvel, as it allows me to give the best and more service to the clients, either to organize a meeting or because they want a meeting. It is at the height of what we need today, to have everything at our fingertips with a simple click.
What do you dislike about the product?
little time to reply, without scheduling a meeting . For the rest all good. I really like the experience of working with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
put the customer at the center. Many times they had questions that we didn't even know about and now we can find out with a simple click.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's chat functionality often allowed me to engage with leads and qualify them in real time to speed up sales cycles and meet my monthly quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to that functionality was the notifications that alerted you when someone was on the site. These notifications did not always feel accurate and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps close the gaps between sales teams and existing customer upgrades and potential new customers.

My Experience Using Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
The setup was super simple and our customer success team has been extremely supportive through onboarding and our continued use of the platform. We have a weekly meeting with our CSM and if we ever need support between these meetings we can email them and get a response in minutes. The platform is also super intuitive and easy to use which made it really easy for our team to adopt!
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything that I can say that I dislike about Qualified. Like every new technology, there have been bumps along the road of getting everything set up and running smoothly but we have been able to address all those items easily with our CSM. Anytime there is a feature that we don't see but would like our CSM brings to his product team to understand if that's on the roadmap and provide customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to make sure all our website visitors are getting the proper support they need. Most critically our sales development team is able to have conversations with people who are interested in offering to help drive revenue. We previously had an issue with getting website visitors routed to a live conversation and this eliminated this greatly for us.

Intentionally built Chat Product

What do you like best about the product?
The granularity with which Qualified can provide insight into a given Visitor's flow through the website is unmatched. It displays full replays of the Visitors' behavior across the website and is built to accommodate current-day workflows of an SDR and Demand Gen team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've run into with Qualified is that, while it can update Contacts in Salesforce, it cannot insert Contacts into Salesforce - only Leads. We found a work around by inserting new Contacts into Hubspot first, which would then create the Person record as a Contact in SFDC. This is going to be a totally adequate solution but in an ideal world, though, we could create Contacts directly SFDC.

The other opportunity for Qualified would be to allow more customization on writing to certain fields on the Event record. Not a dealbreaker at all - but would unlock some additional data structuring in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is going to give us another conversion point on the website and another low-friction source of opportunity creation.

What do you like best about the product?
Their white-glove service. Trey Lehan, our CSM, goes above and beyond to ensure that we're successful. They are willing to meet and align with various stakeholders to ensure we are getting the most out of Qualified. The sales reps love Qualified, and trust their intent signals even more than other ABX tools we also leverage. We were on Drift before and the difference is night and day in terms of customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the notifications for our reps can be a bit overwhelming, which slowed down adoption. If there were more helpful tips for reps to customize their notifications further, I think it would promote even more usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps hot prospects get the answers they need about our product faster. It gives us a way for our sales team to communicate with prospects in a more human way that is real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the reports in Qualified to uncover what webpages my prospects are looking at, how much time they're looking at a page, and I can easily filter out the information that indicates a user may be looking at our site to gain industry information and not information on our software directly. The reports that can be built and filters that can be added make it stand out above 6sense which was previously one of my highest used tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to build reports using SF opportunity owner. My work-around for now is filtering by Opportunity Owner under the "Signals" tab. This is super nit-picky, but the only thing I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Qualified is solving is "who is looking at our website and why?" Qualified gives me a good understanding of which accounts are checking out our site and the content that may be most relevant to them. This helps me target my prospects with specific content pertaining to the pains they may be experiencing.

What do you like best about the product?
Genise Christianson and the entire Qualified team have been so great to work with. We're seeing record pipeline and revenue generated from our website chat since we switched to Qualified and their customer success program has been all we could have asked for. Genise has always helped us with any questions we've had along the way and is always ready with new suggestions and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about our experience so far. The support has been great and the results are beyond what we were expecting.

Generating revenue from our website traffic through a powerful live chat tool.
