Qualified is both the bee's knees and the cat's pajamas!
What do you like best about the product?
As a former Drift user, I've been really impressed by Qualified and it will be my go-to moving forward. Most importantly, what I like best about Qualified is the customer service. Our QSA Jennifer is a rockstar and a true extension of our team. She is proactive, super knowledgeable and laser-focused on helping us drive the best results. World-class service!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of depth to Qualified with tons of bells and whistles. It can take a little time to unlock all of its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Qualified technology has the chops to help our SDR team drive pipeline and is also an integral piece of our Marketing engine. By allowing us to create tailored experiences, it's helping us build better relationships with our customers and prospects.
Amazing Technical Knowledge and Eager Availability to Help - Robert Erwin
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a user-friendly platform from configuration to end-user experience. In terms of setting up the platform to be configured with Salesforce, Robert Erwin was of upmost help. FloQast's Qualified Go Live wouldn't have been a success without him. He went above and beyond what was expected of him.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified as platform is great. Technical documentation could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping with lead generation from websites to Salesforce. It benefits the FloQast team so that leads can be nurtured with an appropriate response time.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team is exceptional to work with They provide helpful suggestions and ensure your team is set up for success. Frequent check ins allow you to make any changes as needed, and test out new strategies to see what is successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get onboarded because the tool is so specialized and there are so many things you can do with it. As long as you have dedicated time to getting it set up, you'll be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helped our team to be able to offer immediate support to anyone visiting our AppExchange listings by answering their questions and being able to book demos.
Amazing assistance and support to set up the program for our internal teams
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to leverage our existing knowledge of potential customers to become more interactive with visitors on our site. The Qualified team is also extremely responsive and on top of everything to allow our internal team to provide feedback and see tangible results in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified works in some business units, but sometimes there are nuances within the typical sales path where the chat bot tool can complicate things. However, the team worked with our internal groups to mitigate this which was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to allow for ur online experiences to be more interactive with our B2B visitors and allowing us to point customers in the direction for the right points of contact to reach out to them.
Qualified is more than a chatbot
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us a great understanding of who is on our website and enables our BDR team to have conversations with people in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a technical component that you have to overcome (typically they are your own internal technical issues), but the success architects do most of the heavy lifting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reveal what users do on our website and drives more pipeline through live chatting. Helps make our BDRs more productive and focus on in-market accounts.
Quality chat tool backed by stellar humans
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed the hands-on onboarding to the tool and continued support to ensure our business requirements are met. Benz has been incredibly hands-on at not only working directly with my team but with other parts of my organization as well. When we identified any improvements or changes, Benz was quick to guide us through. If Benz didn't have an immediate fix or was out of her scope, she looped in additional team members for product recommendations or feedback. My team was reliant heavily on form submissions before implementing Qualified. With the smooth integration of Qualified, we now have a more immediate way to engage with prospects!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could search for prospects within Qualified via a search functionality. I also wish there was a way I could type notes directly within a chat only visible to my Rep. This would make coaching on chats easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed to lead has increased! We have also been able to weed out our unqualified prospects and noise a lot faster. This tool has allowed my reps to focus more on promising opportunities yielding us higher ROI!!
Game Changer for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I've been very impressed with Qualified so far. The support team (especially Shelby) worked directly with me to ensure the correct settings were configured and aligned with my sales territory. My favorite part of Qualified is being able to "pounce" on website visitors to set a demo or discovery call. Truly a game changer for sales teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works great so far; there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to drive valuable conversations with potential net-new customers directly from our website.
Not just another live chat software
What do you like best about the product?
Gaining greater insight into the potential customers visiting our website, being able to converse with them directly and allow them to book calls with our reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much data to dig into sometimes :) You can spend all day in their reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into who is visiting our website, when, and what value they're looking for.
Has been better than anything else I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
So far has been better than anything else I have used. The account team has been very helpful and the platform is very intuitive. Being able to see in real time is the plus.

Sometimes with people visiting the site there is bad data.

Able to see in real time what people are actively searching and typing. This makes it easier to cater your approach to them.

What do you like best about the product?
From implementation until now, Qualified has helped unlock an abundance of revenue in a straightforward, accessible approach that works in plenty of sales functions/organizations models. The amount of data and foresight into potential prospects was gaming-changing for us! All the information provided in the tool, from hot signal alerts to critical information on buying intent, helped up our lead-gen game.

There is not much to dislike on the platform; custom features are needed sometimes, but the Qualified team provides the next best alternative while requests are looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to have real-time conversations with prospects and customers visiting our website. Having Qualified has allowed us to generate lots of pipeline that may not have surfaced without a chat tool.
