Excellent Service and Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team is excellent to work with! They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and helpful in customizing the tool to fit our company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just implemented Qualified last week. So far, so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us provide another avenue to easily connect with and help our customers.
Qualified is a Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
We can see what our prospects might be interested in talking about before we reach out to them. We initially started looking at them because we needed to upgrade our chat solution. Qualified is so much more than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering could be a little more flexible. As an admin, I'd like to be able to make public reports private. SIC and NAICS codes are limited to 2 digits. We would like to have all 6. Would like a report that ranks our most visited sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified really helps us focus on the prospects that are interested in our solutions. The routing rules are working well to send the appropriate prospect to the correct BDR.
Complete success with Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has native integration with our website, AppExchange, and Salesforce at the same time. It makes it extremely easy to identify current prospects and existing clients and drive sales in real-time. Our business development team generates a decent amount of meeting through Qualified and we see significant growth potential. Most of those are high-intent leads and it's easy to convert them into clients. Qualified has native MS Teams integration to get real-time notification when someone specific arrives on your websites which makes it a great to for ABM
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be mindful of the pages where you add engagement capabilities, otherwise, you risk getting too much noise. This is more on the configuration side and the CS team helps to address this challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating healthier and bigger pipeline, setting up meetings, creating a personalized experience for target accounts, analyzing visitor behavior, improving website
Robert Erwin is our Qualified Chatbot Hero
What do you like best about the product?
That we can offer multiple experiences to answer the questions visitors got, generate leads, and possibly also to guide people through our website. And receive insight from all of the interactions as well as playback of an interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
A chatbot design still takes up quite some space and especially on mobile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the new Qualified advertising feature is something we could benefit from. I hope the next step would be to also add META
Qualified, A Qualified 10/10 Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the implementation team asks tough questions that force us to think critically about our business processes. Additionally, they provide support in setting up your Qualified instance and ensuring it is done with the utmost attention to detail and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked how I did not find Qualified sooner. Added functionality on chat routing would be nice that can pull in details from campaigns would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving our SLA time, Salesforce cleanliness, and relationship tracking. It is doing all of this through its direct integration with Salesforce and with allowing reps to "pounce" on people viewing our website
Great tool, great service
What do you like best about the product?
We have weekly video calls with a Qualified Succes Architect, that not only helps us build the experiences we want, but also advises us on further opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
When going into the settings of the Qualified experiences yourself, it can get a bit slow. Taking a longer than average time to load things. This is however not something we have to do on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us start conversations with our potential costumers. It helps them obtain the information they are looking for quick, to increase the chance that they'll become a lead.
Excellent implementation experience & tons of features
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was painless. Our architect helped us scope out and map everything we needed to launch on a short timeline. We had very specific requirements with our SFDC mappings, but we were able to get everything set up exactly as we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to trigger different experiences based on rep availability, but we worked around that with a simple adjustment to the experience flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now connecting with our prospects and customers directly on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Solid Product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales dev manager Qualified has enabled our team to get more opportunities to connect and understand our potential customers. Even when we don't get the chat the data helps us know where to better focus our time. The ability to connect it to many of our other systems like Outreach is also great.
Additionally, our CS contact Genise at the company is the best CS person i've worked with in my career. She consistently makes sure I'm in the know about features and capabilities that could help us, and takes the time to effectively answer our questions so we can make sure we are getting what we need.
Looking forward to more things to discover as we continue to working with the Qualified team that will help us level up.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional false alerts with visitors actually being from our company although system says they are potential customers.

Onboarding solid!
What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation process and contact was amazing. Linnea is amazing and if you can get her, switching systems just to have her as QSA is worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad so far because we just went live. With more time I think I would have something to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website engagement to prospect. Being able to understand what people are doing in real time is helpful in pipeline creation.
An Excellent chatbot
What do you like best about the product?
We have had an excellent experience from the implementation through the go live with Qualified. The team is super responsive and provided us with everything we need to be successful. We have already had success in the first few weeks live by gaining more insight and intelligence to what people on our site are wanting and engaging the site visitors with the right content at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of that would be a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to have a greater visibility to our site visitors and engaging those visitors with content that they want and to understand how to better engage with those visitors. We've used other chatbots from Drift to Hubspot and Qualified is in a category all it's own.
