Qualified is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team has been amazing! They really took the time to walk us through the product, answer all our questions, and speak to all of our steakholders. The onboarding expereince and continued support has been a real life saver. Stephanie has been absolutely amazing to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is anything I dislike about the product. So far, everything has gone smoothly and we have already started to see success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is provides us with insights on the companies and individuals who come to our website. It allows us to track their website journey, see who has returned, flag out "hot" accounts, and connect web visitors with our sales team seamlessly.
Our SDRs love Qualified!

We haven't encountered anything that we couldn't do in/with Qualified yet!

Nothing we've encountered yet. Qualified has been great!

A smarketing game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified Signals. I can't think of another account-based/sales enablement platform I've seen in the past few years that provides as much insight and intel to help Sales accelerate deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to prioritize experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an ABM marketer, Qualified is an extremely powerful tool because it helps Sales engage with their most important accounts, as well as some of the key contacts when they're visiting your website. It's hard enough to connect with your buying committee by phone and email. Being able to pounce when their on your website provides Sales with a golden opportunity to let prospects and customers know you care.
Great product, great team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has enabled us to decrease the time between meetings set and improve quality to pipe; for example, one of our first meetings booked throughout Qualified closed within a week! Secondly, having a Success Architect really enabled us to be up and running smoothly within a month, not to mention their responsiveness to any hiccups along the way and the real-time extension of the team should any last minute changes need to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times, employees have been recognized as another business vs internal employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Quality to pipe and revenue has dramatically improved within the first month because reps (and the bot) can now qualify/disqualify in real time from within the chat versus setting up a meeting only to disqualify later, ultimately saving us time and providing a better customer experience.
The time to close on Qualified leads is also much faster (2 weeks or less) compared to the former 30-60 day cycle, which means more wins (commission) and a happier team!

Great Product, Great Partners
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic product but even better partners from the Qualified Team.

Still just tapping into the full potential of Qualified. No dislikes to include yet.

Another important step in our funnel. Qualified is capturing site visit data from some of our top prospects!
Immediate impact on pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
We're able to really pinpoint the most important people on our site to serve experiences and it's working. We 6x'd our meeting creation over the previous vendor within the first month. The biggest advantage for us is seeing what pages they are on and what they are doing. As a SaaS company, starting a conversation at the right time is easy.
I also loved that they covered the vast majority of the implementation. It saved us the time of ramping with a new platform and got us off the ground incredibly fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides yet. There were a lot of meetings during implementation, but as mentioned before that was because they did everything for us. So, not really a downsize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a big sales team, so we needed to prioritize their time. With Qualified, we can bring in demographic, firmographic, and product engagement data so we know as much as possible about each prospect. This has created sales efficiencies, including our conversation-to-meeting rate which has increased. It's also very each for us to connect conversations to pipeline through their reporting and their Salesforce Signals data.
Impressive QSA Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified UX is far better from a Sales user perspective than Drift. They allow you to view actual site visitor behavior in real-time and/or after the site visitor booked a meeting and engaged on your site. The Research Intent Signals has been a game changer and being able to have better visibility into what people are searching for is great when you don't have a 3rd party intent tool.
Our QSA has been incredibly supportive throughout every step in the process. She is responsive, knowledgable, helpful, and has been very accommodating to jumping on calls last minute to help troubleshoot. She helped us do a "quick and dirty" implementation to get the site up and running. While I don't recommend doing that again for her sanity, the fact that she was willing to roll up her sleeves with a smile on her face has been nothing short of amazing. It truly has been a day and night difference from Drift where our Support was non-existent until renewals came around.
With that said, there have been a few buggy issues, but as we all know, technology isn't perfect. With our QSA supporting us, I feel confident we'll continue improving as a business!

What do you dislike about the product?
If you like to get in and do technical work, I have found that the UX for the building the Experiences aren't as intuitive from my perspective. To be fair, we're only a month in and this has been my only time building an Experience, so it will likely take more time to get familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing SDRs to identify site visitors who are in market and ready to purchase based on our business requirements. Being able to map different Experience types to our custom SFDC environment is exciting.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Qualified.com for about a year now and have been consistently impressed with the platform's ease of use and the quality of the leads it generates. The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy to identify our target accounts and the integration with Salesforce has been seamless. The Qualified team is also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that arise. Thank you to the Support team and our Success Manager Hung! Overall, I highly recommend Qualified.com for any business looking to streamline its lead generation and build pipeline!

Finding leads that our sales team had chats with has been a challenge. Wish there was a search function.

Helping our sales team talk to the right prospects on our website is saving them time and also routing leads to the right team makes everyone happy.
Qualified is an amazing tool for capturing leads and understanding site visitors.

A comprehensive chat that allows for flexibility while we have SDRs that can respond to visitors and otherwise is an excellent form where potential customers can submit their information or book a meeting for us to reach out.
Excellent customization options, A/B tests to measure effectiveness, and being able to see which webpages visitors are viewing is very helpful.

I find the reporting a little difficult to use, but assuming you have a customer success manager, that's not as bad because they can help set something useful up for you.

An instant way to allow visitors to connect with us and share their information with us that's more personalized and customizable compared to a static lead submission form.

Implementation & Migration: From a marketing ops perspective, the migration from Drift to Qualified was seamless, and we launched without any issues. We had tons of issues with the implementation of Drift and their continued support after launch. The team were rockstars from the beginning and made it seem like they do this in their sleep. This was very important to me when selecting a new tool and the team made it easy and was supportive every step along the way.
Features: The interface is easy to use and creates an experience that sets Sales Development Reps up for success. Signals provides the team with great insight into account level engagement and research, and we look forward to expanding use of it across the whole sales and customer success orgs. Routing had been a challenge previously but we're confident that the right visitors are routed to the right reps and we're able to leverage data from all our systems.
Support and customer service: Robert Erwin has provided active and ongoing support which has made a huge difference. We're excited about the partnership ahead and generating greater levels of pipeline and revenue.
