Impressive new features
What do you like best about the product?
The features that are being introduced and continuously optimized have been a great addition to the platform. Jennifer, our Success Architect, is always on top of reviewing any new additions and offering training to our sales reps to ensure we are getting the most out of Qualified. Additionally, the Qualified University is a great resource to have for little item things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find it is difficult to get users on board with the desktop app, they tend to gravitate towards the browser version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with our outbound marketing strategies.
Enablement and set up was a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We've just started using Qualified and as an AE, the set up was really easy. The tool walks you step by step on how to set up your account correctly and then once the product is about to go live, Qualified's dedicated customer trainer Brittney Enfinger comes in and leads a live training for the team. During the training, we talked about why we'd use Qualified and what problems it solves, how it's customizable and tailored for our needs, and then we did a live demo of what we could expect when using the tool day to day. During the demo, Brittney gave insights, tips and tricks that might be helpful for our team. Overall great onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The process was great and I didn't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified connects our Salesforce to our website and gives us deeper insights into who we should talk to and what we should say. It allows us to immediately grab the attention of a prospect on our site and have a convo with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to shout out Cassie Dodd for her amazing customer service skills, being extremely patient with myself and my team as we navigate through all of this, and really getting to know our business as a whole to customize our Qualified experience to the fullest extent. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we get everything out of this amazing tool that we can. Couldn't ask for a better rep to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't complain! We have had such a smooth experience that this doesn't apply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing our sales team to talk to potential leads on the spot and giving them a chance to learn more about what their needs are, all the while feeding that data into SalesForce, which is extremely important for data collection!
Huge ROI and a great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
We saw a huge ROI from our Qualified investment pretty early on… a chatbot solution should be a no-brainer for companies with a lot of web traffic. Our Qualified rep was super helpful in helping us launch different engagements and identify new opportunities for conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product interface can sometimes be slow to load, and it has a lot going on, which can make it confusing to use. Other than that, I really have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified offers a brandable chatbot solution that helps us engage millions of website visitors at a higher rate than our website otherwise would organically. Our sales team has been able to catch on quickly to book meetings that are highly relevant based on page view relevancy.
Great product, amazing team!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Qualified for just over a month, and already we have seen amazing results. Multiple opportunities have been created, and revenue has been generated. It's intuitive and easy to use. Each account has a Success Architect that onboards your team and proactively helps you manage your account. Onboarding and launching was quick and easy and a tribute to our awesome Sucess Architect, Zac Miller.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Except maybe that we didn't implement it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet prospects where they are. No one loves to fill out a form anymore, and live chat and meeting booking allow us to connect seamlessly with our prospects.
Moving the needle!
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM Andrew Ritter has been an amazing support to our team and this business. He makes working with Qualified VERY EASY and this tool has impacted our pipeline in a positive way. He brings up the new features of Qualified in a thoughtful way and does not feature push. The way this platform works ensures that we get the best coverage across all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding ways to filter out the unknown prospects does cause some noise but it does not impact our ability to work with our customers. There isnt much that I dislike about the platform at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting creates inbound activity, and Qualified supports us in better capturing that inbound traffic and getting in touch with our ideal prospects.
Outstanding experience at every turn
What do you like best about the product?
They could write the book on customer experience. From our SDR, Amberly, and AE, Kyle, to our CSM, Tanya, we were treated with the utmost professionalism every step of the way. The team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely lovely to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features like spelling and grammar checking, although I understand that those are about to be released soon!

Qualified helps us get closer to website visitors with interactive chat.

What do you like best about the product?
They really feel like an extension of your team. They are constantly looking for ways to optimize your experiences and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stylizing and controlling the aesthetic of the chatbot is relatively limited, but still completely sufficient for a tool like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified Chat has helped us increase conversion rates across our site by simplifying the conversion journey and allowing reps the opportunity to pounce on high-value targets.
One of the smoothest, nicest companies to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other chatbots in the past and Qualified stands above the others in usability and attention to their customers. We have had an AMAZING implementation experience with Katie O'Neil. I've worked with many vendors and implementations over the years and Katie has been the nicest, most flexible, and most knowledgeable partner I've ever worked with. I cannot praise her guidance and professionalism enough. Thank you Katie!

Speed to lead and providing another way our prospects can reach us
Exceptional Implementation, Already Seeing ROI!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a great tool for our demand generation team to engage with prospects. We have already seen a significant impact on our pipeline generation and revenue. Additionally, the implementation process has been exceptional. The Qualified team is organized, prepared, and extremely helpful. They were able to get us live within a month, helped train our team, and ran a thorough implementation process that was clearly outlined to us from day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience with Qualified has been positive. We have run into a few challenges with routing, but Qualified has worked with us to create work-around options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us add a new channel of engagement when interacting with our prospects. Additionally, it has helped us understand how our prospects interact with prospecting emails and the content on our website. We have already seen a significant number of opportunities generated that were either sourced or influenced by Qualified and we've only been live for about a month!
