What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no visibility into who was on our site. Now we have access to buyer intent data and can engage with qualified users, while they are in market. This gives our SDR team actionable insights

Qualified is an exceptionally designed platform for engaging and converting website visitors

What do you like best about the product?
1. UI/UX: Qualified designed a beautifully intuitive interface with simple workflows for managing all live streams, analytics, intent signals, and application settings. It's incredibly easy to configure and create automatic and manually-triggered chat experiences. Our team members were able to rapidly set up and start using the platform with minimal training.

2. IMPLEMENTATION: Qualified's Jennifer Schneider is one of the most brilliant QSA and success architects I've worked with in my 27 years in IT and marketing. She has provided high-level, consultative expertise to guide us toward the right strategy and best practices – while addressing even our most esoteric requests. She has hit every deadline and continues to help us do even more with Qualified to achieve ever-improving outcomes.

3. INTEGRATION: Qualified's Salesforce integration is impressively seamless. You can set up a campaign in Salesforce, which instantly appears in Qualified. You can create a custom experience for any leads at any sales cycle stage. You can pull data from Salesforce to show how Qualified influences pipeline and revenue in your business. It's clear that former Salesforce executives and engineers created Qualified. It feels like a natural – and now critical – part of our marketing technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing we dislike per se about Qualified. Some minor suggestions for their next version:

- While Qualified allows you to duplicate and modify entire experiences, it would be helpful to cut-and-paste specific dialogue flows without having to manually recreate them.

- For the connected calendar, we would like to standardize conference details across BDR team members (e.g. email language, Teams, etc.). Currently, we have to ask each individual to set their preferred conference details.

- Agents should be able to pull up experience-specific shortcuts while chatting with a customer. You should be able to create shortcuts for a specific experience so agents have the exact information they need to answer questions and engage the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the conversions of our marketing campaigns and landing pages. Visitors were not filling out the contact us/speak to an expert/request a demo forms, so we were looking for a proactive chat to start engaging prospects. We immediately saw more people chatting with us than filling out online forms.

Amazing Product and Even Better Customer Service!

What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using Qualified for about 2 years, and I don't think we'll ever use anything else. Qualified is the gold standard for customer service. Being in a start-up, my bandwidth is limited, but my CSM, Jennifer, makes my life much easier. It's almost as if I have an extension of my team! I could talk forever about their customer service, but the product is amazing too. Our team loves it, and we've seen great results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about Qualified, to be completely honest. The only thing I can think of is it doesn't sync too well with Hubspot, but that is a Hubspot issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving our speed-to-lead timing! Our sales team can now be on the platform, meet with or schedule a meeting with potential prospects right then and there!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is outstanding. Danielle has been super helpful throughout implementation and continues to help us succeed and improve on each weekly call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a particular thing I dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is improving user experience on our website, giving visitors the option to chat with our team in real-time. The chatbot also gives us a way to deliver different targeted experiences that will be relevant to each viewer. We are also able to give viewers an easier way to convert without having to go to the resource library or search around the site.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's original pitch was that they're a chat platform built for sales, and in that they surely did and continue to excel - Qualified has enabled our sales reps to quickly and effectively engage with our highest priority site visitors and offer them a tailored experience to quickly meet their needs. But the newest features and continuous updates to their integrations are really making this a must-have platform for companites scaling their GTM. Qualified has helped us increase our Speed-To-Lead, while also (and almost as importantly) helping us disqualify leads faster. They have a very experienced Customer team (our CSM Robert is excellent), and their support is always very fast and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting side of their platform is their weak point still, in my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help our sales reps immediately know who is visiting our site, segment and prioritize these visitors, and allow our reps to quickly and efficiently engage. Their robust integrations across our tech stack allow for quick data-sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is great. We have been very happy with the level of support we receive from the Qualified team. Jennifer has been instrumental in driving our company's overall goals with Qualified. She proactively engages with our team and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I do not have any dislikes about Qualified at this time. So far, we have received a high caliber of support, and the tool can complete all of the tasks we have tried to accomplish and more. I'm excited to see what else we can accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to increase our speed-to-lead and overall user experience on our website. Above and beyond that, we are receiving support from Jennifer and the team to help us utilize Qualified's many features to achieve other marketing goals.

Great Technology backed by a Stellar Team

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified as a tool is super powerful, the integration with Marketo & Salesforce is robust yet flexible and the tool allows you to deploy building blocks of automation across multiple chat experiences. Brittany - our QSA was knowledgable about the tool & was able to suggest converstaional marketing best practices. We deployed Qualified across 3 websites with nuances in audience & she guided us through our setup with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have had have no issues with the qualified product or team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to have both bot based & conversational chats across multiple websites that personalize the experiences our visitors have. The robust integrations into our other marketing & sales tools allows us to build unique and personalized experiences for the people on our websites. The detailed reporting gives us a clear line of sight into what is working well, and our QSA gives us personalized suggestions on how to improve. We are in a unique industry, and it is clear that our team at qualified considers that when helping us optimize.

What do you like best about the product?
The SF integration is strong and has been incredibly helpful for both reps and reporting, plus the level of insight on website traffic and audience segmentation options is excellent. Danielle is a fantastic rep supporting our implementation and ongoing activity -- she's very responsive, helpful and stays on top of things. Qualified is already positively impacting our pipeline and has stood out as a superior conversational platform compared to others we've reviewed or used previously.

Nothing, everything has been great so far.
