What do you like best about the product?
Very professional, clear communication with helpful advice along the way to guide you to a successful implementation and sales/customer satisfaction

I don't have anything I dislike about Qualified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing speed to lead, lead volume and intent data. More in the pipeline, which closes faster and at a larger deal size than other channels

Second Coming of Marketing Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified Pipeline Cloud is far more than a live chat app; it's the future of marketing automation. We selected Qualified to replace Drift, our live chat app, and didn't stop. Next, we replaced Chili Piper with Qualified Meetings. Soon, we're ditching Pardot. Email drip campaigns are dead. Our outbound emails get sent from SalesLoft. Qualified took over the submission of our web forms to Salesforce. Our lead attribution strategy is now consolidated from numerous separate applications into a single dynamic "Block" within Qualified; it's a game changer.

Qualified is Salesforce first and integrates with all our critical customer-facing applications. It brings together social intelligence to meet our customers at the point of contact to provide a dynamic experience depending on where they are in our pipeline.

Our adoption of Qualified was only possible thanks to their industry-leading Success team. Specifically, Zac Miller and Anna Li went above and beyond to ensure we were set up with their best practices, analytics and integrations. It was only possible with their hands-on support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified add features so rapidly that, at times, the documentation can lag, but their success team is always there to fill in the gaps with an expert understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had numerous disparate marketing apps conflicting with each other. Qualified replaced our most cumbersome culprits and streamlined our entire MarTech stack. It simply makes our lives easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything: the intuitive and efffective platform, the excellent collaboration with the customer success, the fast and dilligent support. All in all a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything went smoothly and we got great success with the pilot. We are currently fully deploying the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to leed. Today marketing and sales need to be interactive, to reach the prospect at the time of need. Our website traffic increased significantly, Qualified helps us to identify top prospects visiting our website and help them then and there. They can bypass forms and get the information they need.

Getting Qualified set up for our Business Development Reps

What do you like best about the product?
With Qualified, we can see when visitors are on our website and who is highly engaging. The pouncing feature on the demo form can let you quickly engage with someone right then and skip the form-filling process! SPEED TO LEAD!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of, is we should have gotten Qualified on our website a lot sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves some speed to lead. It allows our reps to hop in with prospects before they submit forms. It also shows us who is active and highly engaged on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
It's built to drive sales conversations.
You can route non-sales related questions to the best team.
This allows you to work on speed-to-lead.
You can create a highly tailored prospect experience.
They do the heavy lifting for they rep so they can engage quickly, while being very informed.
I'm just going to say it. Cassie Dodd has been the best CS rep I've ever worked with.
It's very clear that Cassie and the entire CS team will truly do whatever it takes to make their customers successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a bit of an adjustment for our reps, but every new tool can be.
We're just getting through the first few weeks, so nothing comes to mind for me thus far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we were reactive when it came to chat. The idea of being proactive was intimidating to the reps because they weren't sure who the prospect was and exactly why they were on the site. Drift for us was not effective when it came to driving leads.

Now our reps are able to have live conversations with prospects before they've filled out the form. We're creating a strong first impression, and we're able to pounce on prospects that might not have filled out the form.

Our reps are now thanks to Qualified, having high-quality sales conversations with prospects, and we're able to route customers and other individuals to the right teams to get what they need.

They are now viewing chat as a great way to drive more conversations and opportunities. This now is making them want to be on chat vs. viewing it as non-revenue generating activity.

Great product, implementation, and customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use interface makes training and getting started simple, the analytics and insights regarding who is visiting our site are fantastic. Practical applications, our rep Shelby has helped us get the most usage out of the product and is always supplying us with new ideas or educating us on features we're under-utilizing. We're about 90 days post-implementation and already seeing a return on the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that I wish the "experiences" delivered to users were easier to set up from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is enabling us to deliver tailored chat experiences to users based on their intent data and activity on our site/engagement with our ads. We are a complex B2B/SaaS organization with a less-than intuitively organized website. Qualified enables us to eliminate a confusing site navigation process for visitors and deliver them with CTAs that we're confident will resonate based on our knowledge of the user.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a superior platform to drive revenue and a superior level of support for implementation and integration pre and post-launch!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at this moment in time that i have observed. We had a hugely successful launch and are seeing only positive insights now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving qualified engagements and pipeline/revenue opportunities with site visitors from prospects & customers that align with our targeted accounts.

Amazing Product - Amazing Support

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is Qualified an amazing tool, but it also comes with amazing support. Implementing a chatbot or several of the other features that come with Qualified isn't an easy lift; there is the technical side, strategy side, etc. However, when you make the decision to partner with Qualified, their Solution Architects work with you with the best knowledge and expertise on all things strategy and strategy and beyond. We we're lucky enough to partner up with Taylor from Qualified, and I can confidently say the value she brings with the tool is on another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, their meeting booker only extends to the platform, but looking forward to their release to have it embedded in email as well for Individual Sales Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial use case for Qualified was to partner with our new website to ensure we were educating and converting the inbounds our marketing team was working so hard on. Qualified helps tell the story of our offerings intelligently to the end user and allows them to book themselves if applicable. This real-time access to information and increased lead speed is helping us on all fronts.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified does a great job of creating personalized chat experiences on our site -- we can tailor based on page, known visitor info, referral info, and so much more. It's done a great job of engaging buyers and customers in a modern way.

The Customer Success team is TOP NOTCH. They took a lot of care with us after signing to make sure we were set for success.

Our CSM continues to go above and beyond to make our instances more impactful + keep us updated on all the new feature releases!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I have really enjoyed everything about the tool so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us convert traffic into demos and contacts. They give our team knowledge on who is visiting our site and showing high intent for buying.

Great product with great staff

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an easy-to-use tool, and the support we've received from our account rep has been exceptional. Our weekly syncs are productive, educational, and easy. They really do feel like an extension of the team, which is classically not true with most partners. But, Qualified really does it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can sometimes be a bit tricky. Seeing exact numbers on who has viewed which experiences requires some digging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads on our website is the main use we gain from Qualified. Also routing new leads to SDRs and getting customers in touch with their account team quickly.
