Increasing Sales Productivity While Providing Top Rated Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has provided us with prospect insight from visitors directly on our website in real time. Since launching 2 months ago, we've boosted our meeting booked rate and lead conversion rate by a considerable amount.
The Salesforce integration is smooth and notifies us of our target accounts on the website and provides us with lead and account data to utilize in conversations.
Qualified is super easy for our reps to use and they've picked up on it quickly, reducing our time to value and increasing the speed of conversions.
Our QSA, Shelby, has been the shining star of our experience with Qualified! She is proactive, responsive and provides us with outstanding support with our program to get the most ROI. We feel that the program is aligned to meet our specific business goals.

What do you dislike about the product?
The routing rules offer room for complexity, so they can be challenging to set up at first, but having a very hands-on QSA eases that process. I wish the mobile app offered feature parity with the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since launch, we now have an efficient meeting booking process in place for our SDRs and we're able to capitalize on the meeting bookings off of our form submissions as well, increasing our conversions. We have been very happy with our experience and would recommend Qualified as part of your sales and marketing strategy!
Great product, better Customer Service

It is a very simple way to reach people who are already engaging with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you get people who are not the most qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is allowing me to get meetings on my calendar without having to spend all my time focused on my website.
The product and CS support deliver past (high) expectations!
What do you like best about the product?
product is super flexible, more intuitive than most competitors and the support is amazing

the flows can get overwhelming but the CS team does a great job managing them for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture leads on the website who would bounce otherwise. Our SDRs do a great job during live chat in converting them.
Qualified is helping us to generate more Pipeline while understanding more about our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified Pipeline Cloud has many beneficial use cases for our team. Almost immediately, our switch from Drift to Qualified resulted in a 600% increase in new meetings. Communicating with those engaging with our software is a must in today's environment and Qualified makes it easy - and kinda fun. Through the use of Qualified Meetings, Conversations and Signals we have been able to understand more about the visitors who are arriving on our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
With such an increase in new meetings, the tool was filling up our schedules, which is not necessarily bad! We are working with our Success Architect to make sure the highest quality prospects have the easiest access to book meetings with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
These days few companies have extra bandwidth. Qualified helps us prioritize our time, but it also puts us in front of customers when they are immersed in our product. We can access actionable data on prospective accounts to hand-select those we communicate with. Our Success Architect, Kate, is one of the best and has worked us through a few challenges along the way. If you're reading this review because you're looking to make the switch from Drift to Qualified- you won't regret it!
Loving Qualified and the Pounce Feature!

I have to buy a new monitor just to watch Qualified all day

Game changer for converting web traffic to real meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's live chat functionality with Piper the AI SDR has been a game changer for us. Now we are turning more website visitors into leads: +109% increase in inbound leads per month.
Relying on human reps was always a challenge. Now, we use Piper AI for the first touch—dealing with initial enquiries, signposting window shoppers, and qualifying leads before handing them off to a human. The recent addition of the AI email feature has also been great for us—handling the low-intent leads our sales team doesn't want at scale.
Above all, the continued customer support through onboarding and beyond has been exceptional! Our rep Cassie is always available whether we need something technical implementing, or just want a santity check of something we have configured ourselves - no question is too big or small. I cannot praise her enough.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase qualified pipeline for global sales and marketing ROI (more passed leads, high CVR). Improve tracking and UTMs, seamless meeting booking experience, and develop target account and high-intent web page experiences.
I love using Qualified!
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing the organization they are coming from and seeing what they browse through. Also, when they respond to chats, it's helpful to see what they are typing so I can quickly pull up the information they might be looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the "organization" they are with might be incorrect. I don't believe this is an issue on Qualified's end. But I'm curious why or how organizations get attached to visitors that have no other information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping me rach a wider audience of prospects trying to familiarize themselves with our solution. Also allows another quick and easy communication channel to have convos.
Powerful pipeline generating tool; incredible customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is exceptional. As marketers, we invest so much in our websites and then they just sit there... passively. Qualified turns that investment into a pipeline generating machine supporting sales and marketing efforts. I also really appreciated (yes appreciated) the sales process. The team was incredibly professional and helped us make the case internally. And that quality has carried over into implementation and support. Hands down the best I've ever seen from a saas business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is robust and requires a significant upfront setup. That said, the Qualified team has implementation 100% figured out, and they are there with you the whole way, doing even more of the upfront work than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified turns our website into a proactive marketing and sales channel. We're taking advantage of highly valuable traffic from paid channels in a much better way. It also empowers our SDR and sales teams to focus on the most relevant target accounts.
Terrific tool for live chat and sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The support is great. The tool has very interesting insights and is constantly evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up correctly can take time but very customizable.

We've been very happy with Qualified. It gives us great visibility into our website visitors and helps us engage the right contacts in conversations. The tool greatly reduces friction in the sales process and helps us quickly convert conversations to meetings.
