Qualified is helping us streamline our engagement with prospects leading to pipeline!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive if you've used similar tools like chilipiper so getting started was very easy plus having a dedicated CSA like Andrew was excellent because he walked us through best practices. We were able to set up territories easily and test them, get chat live and have our sdr team pouncing on prospects entering our site! Qualified does what 3 different tools do in one platform and just makes sense!
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things like lag time, and occasional misroutes but that happens with all tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acts as a great chat tool for both live chat and conversational chat, and then having online appointment scheduling is great. The customization is unreal in this tool so it can give our prospects a very tailored experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has done a phenomenal job of allowing our Account Development Team to meet with prospects in real time on our website. This has opened up a whole new avenue for us to get in front of prospects which we've found pretty much immediate return on from a pipeline generation perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if this is a necessarily a Qualified issue or more so a CRM issue, but there have been certain instances of routing being incorrect for our ADR team, which can result in a bit of friction for our prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's supercharged our previous chat function and allows us to get in front of prospects in real time, both opening up an avenue for us to sell into them while on our website but also act as a security ally in answering questions they might have about the industry

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides both insights to our top of funnel and makes actioning those prospects easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding is on-demand, through videos and reading. I prefer interactive trainings where I can ask live questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting us in front of potential customers sooner, with deeper understanding of how we can engage.

Exceptional experience from the inception, go-live and our continued evolution

What do you like best about the product?
This might be due to the responsiveness and overall pro-active approach our Success Architect provided but for a tool as robust as this is, we had an impressively smooth roll-out and are experiencing continued success as we grow our usage of the tool. The results of the features are clearly visible when reviewing KPI's, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the perspective I've had throughout this initiative I can't say that I've found anything I can define as something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qalified is first and formost impacting our demand gen and cutting down the large gap between when a Lead is generated and when a Sales Rep is able to have a meaningful ineraction with them. This is an excellent way to tailor experiences for anyone that visits your website and offers Sales Reps a fast and effective means of having a live chat and/or scheduling a demo call with the new visitor/Lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting insights on what your prospect/customer will say before they even send gives you the ability to think of a response while they are still typing out what they fully want to say. I think its an awesome tool and is super helpful in making my job easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Qualified for close to a year now, and I haven't run into anything I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting us know why people come to our website and what they are interested in so we can get them to the right team/contact

Game-Changing Chat Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualified not only provides our marketing and sales teams with a window into our web traffic, but also gives them the means to engage them. What makes Qualified really stand out from alternatives is the ability for reps to proactively "pounce" on high value visitors, an experience one might have in a physical store. The end result is more sales pipeline and a phenomenal user experience. This, and their amazing level of support, are differentiators for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer product built by a small company, the product does lack some features. For instance, a dedicated user role and permission set for sales managers, a simple way for users to find their past conversations, more flexibility and data when syncing chats to a MAP like Marketo, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Maximizing the value of our best marketing asset, the website, and providing a more cohesive buying experience for prospects.
- Increasing MQL generation and opp acceleration by arming reps with more robust chat tools and lead/account information to proactively “pounce” on visitors and personalize engagement.
Decrease the amount of overhead spent by ops and marketing troubleshooting product/integration bugs and tweaking chat experiences.

Robust platform with endless customization and amazing customer support

What do you like best about the product?
We can do so much with Qualified in terms of setting up the global experiences, segmenting by different teams and accounts, and reporting back on performances across all of our chatbot experiences.

The biggest game changer for us is the live view, since our sales reps are able to see all the activity from their main target accounts and all of their working leads when they visit our website. The ability to get a notification and pounce on the lead when they land on our pages helps us increase overall engagement rates for the team. SDRs and ADRs are able to jump in, converse with the user, and get a meeting out of it.

We also have a very global team and Qualified gives us the ability to localize all of our chatbots in users' native languages and make things easier to manage through reusable blocks, etc.

Lastly, our QSA Danielle Lipschutz did a phonomenal job in helping us onboard over the past few months. We worked together to get our account set up, building all of our global experiences and flows, and training our different teams on how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're constantly adding new updates to the tool which is amazing! Sometimes it can be hard to find certain settings due to the amount of features there are.

We can also only load one page at once and cannot have multiple pages opened for editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chat is one of the top performing channels when we look at overall MQL to SQL conversion rates for us. With Qualified chat, we're able to customize all of our chatbots based on region, target audience, and offer type, and improve the overall user experience by connecting them with a rep right away if they are interested in learning more about Udemy Business. A lot of users may not want to submit a full form when they want to speak with a sales rep. By implementing this chatbot, we're able to get users to engage with us more and at a faster rate, which improves our ability to close a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified Chat Bot is going to change the way we run markeing campaigns. Its an amazing tool. Mike Curley has been fantasic to work with. Mike has been on of the best implemation person I have ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have found so far. I have liked everything we have done with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing our old live chat, improving campaign performance and customer data, improving lead to close process.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified as a way to help us sort through incoming leads and drive conversations faster vs the customer completing a standard web form and waiting to hear back. As a Chief Marketing Officer, I have lead gen responsibility and work closely with our Chief Sales Officer to make sure leads are getting through the system quickly, efficiently, and closing. We have recognized over six figures of income in the first month using Qualified from users who wanted to speak with a Sales Rep immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something to complain about! I have incredibly high expectations from my partners, and Qualified has delivered. Since our first consultation to now being several months in, Qualified has met all my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a good amont of leads per day, and cycling through which ones match our buyer profiles was tough. I was able to feed our buyer personas into Qualified and build audience profiles that allow our Sales Team to pounce on hot leads much faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of the Qualified platform has granted us a real-time, in-depth understanding of our website visitors, allowing us to capture and convert that traffic into high-quality pipeline. As a result, we have witnessed a notable increase in leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities created. Furthermore, Qualified's customer success team has consistently gone above and beyond to guarantee our success on the platform. They have taken ownership of the implementation process, conducted hands-on trainings, provided thorough reporting and analytics, and offered invaluable support, surpassing our previous experiences with other chat vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point in our use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growth in pipeline, an increase in leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities created all while driving sales operational/GTM efficiencies.
