Qualified has been phenomenal - as has the service

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is usable across the team. There is a really data driven approach to analyzing how our front-line SDRs use the tool. It has helped us drive significant pipeline over the last few months and has become one of our main drivers of customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could get their product's to market faster. They always have awesome potential and I basically sign up our company for every beta I can because the new products have been phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very user friendly from an admin perspective. From the expereiences to anayltics, everything is easy to find, edit, and test. Qualified's support and partnership is also great. Our Qualified Success Architect, Genise Christianson, is amazing. Genise is always responsive, helpful, and a great resource to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far our team has not found anything we dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on A/B testing. This is benefiting our team by testing our experiences and looking for ways to improve those experiences. By doing this, we are able to see how we can increase business performance

What do you like best about the product?
The white glove onboarding and continued, attentive support is something I have never experienced. We're less than a month launched an our SDRs are so excited by the intent data they are seeing and the target accounts they are engaging with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is a big, powerful tool, it's a lot! This is not a dislike, it's just something to be prepared for. However, as mentioned above, the Qualified team helps you with strategy, implementation, and reporting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us uncover intent data, engage valuable target accounts in real time, and easily book meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made it easy for our reps to connect to prospects in real time. They are always innovating to make the product better. Also, couldn't ask for a better point of contact than Danielle. She is quick and responsive and knows the product in and out. She's always helping our team with advice and very present.
What do you dislike about the product?
There haven't really been any downsides to Qualified that I've experienced. I think the people behind a sofware make a software successful and like I said Danielle has always been extremely on top of any problem that arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified makes it possible for our prospects to chat with us in real-time and give us insights into what they might be interested in. It has helped out reps connect and cater to their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is flexible, being able to create workflows based upon several different conditions and to show messages to visitors based upon characteristics that integrate with several other tools in our techstack.

It also lights up important intel on website visitors by showing 1st party data, where other tools in our stack focus on 3rd party data.

It's also a great tool for sales and marketing teams to share and to use together.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of a learning curve, but once you get it, you get it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping put the right message in front of the right visitor. It's improving conversion rates and getting website visitors to website content that relates to them.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The ability to pounce on prospects/customers visiting your website
2.The integrations with Salesforce + Marketo + Outreach
3. The ability for prospects/customers to book meetings via Qualified and it actually works on the backend
4. The UI -- clean, easy to use, low barrier to entry for new employees to get a hang of it
5. Our CSM Andrew Ritter -- he goes above and beyond to answer questions, help us out, hop on team meetings/demos, troubleshoot, and brainstorm better ways for us to use the platform -- 12/10 customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Chats have to be transferred to specific individuals, they cannot be transferred to a group of people
2.The reporting is good, but it would be better if we had the ability to drill down into specific teams more vs. the entire org
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with prospects and customers and engage them where they want to be engaged. We have increased pipeline and Closed Won % since implementing Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated CS rep has been the most impactful part of this relationship. Taylor has been quick to act, quick to repsond and most importantly keeps us organized and on goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are new to using a sophisticated chat bot, so the dislikes are what we have to do to learn a new outreach method. Utilizing what others have done in the space and having ready suggestions based on industry and sector would be a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps talk to the people that may not have submitted a demo request, but were on the verge of doing it. More inbound = more pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped my sales team access interested propsects immediately, without having to wait on a report on intent data or inbound request from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has a few issues when it comes to routing for specific teams but the product team is incredibly responsive and works to implement an immediate solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us identify spam from "true" data by requiring a business email before a meeting is offered. This allows my team to research the company and customize their talk tracks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Qualified is that it allows for our sales team to have real-time conversations with potential customers on our site, creating an amazing customer experience and taking us one step closer to quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I truly dislike about Qualified, although I do think that they could add some different alarms for when a prospect initiates a conversation on our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing our reps to see what accounts of theirs are viewing our website and what pages they are viewing. This intent data helps us to tailor our messaging while outbounding to make sure it is relevant and informative. On top of that, we can chat live with potential customers on our website, creating an amazing customer experience with speed. The support we have been given at Qualified has been top notch. Our Qualified rep has been extremely available, brainstorms with us on the best way to move forward, and implements those changes quickly.
