Increased meeting bookings rate by 20%

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic hands-on support, they genuinely want customers to get value out of the product and not just upsell. Time to value was so much shorter than when we were with a competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to go 'back to main menu' in chats so that visitors can explore all options if they wanted vs. get stuck down one path
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While chat feature is great, interestingly the biggest value add for us has been increasing our demo-to-meeting conversion rate by 20% using the Qualified meeting booker. We no longer have to deal with back and forth between SDR and prospect trying to get the demo scheduled, which has had a tremendous impact on our meeting volume and qualified opps.

What do you like best about the product?
Most sophisticated and clean software I've seen, without bugs, inuitive, like a NASA control center for SDR world. My success has come a few ways. Chatting in and mentioning I am a real person in my note got people to ask me questions live. Occassionally thay have told me straight away they want a demo, so I booked them right there. Otherwise, I am now seeing a company returning to the site for maybe the fifth time this week. I just put them in our CRM, and I am going to send the right person there a smashingly relevant email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The nature of speaking over the internet is that people will not always treat you like a real person even if you say you are. What I mean is that from a sales perspective, its easy to fall in the "answer my question immediately" box from the site visitor to where once you answer they will dissapear. This is not a software issue, this is a skill issue that is not easy to master. To engage them when they are looking for a direct answer. I'm just saying that part can be hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low hanging fruit. All day will go by without booking a meeting. I will have made 75 cold calls. Discouraged I will open Qualified and see what luck I might have. Bang, hot intent pops up, I send my pre-packaged shortcut message saying I'm a real person, "let me know if you have questions," and all of a sudden I have an unexpected opp/ meeting to brighten my day. Its the mystery of sales, this gives you an extra dimension to be on the right side of it.

Impactful Tool with Great Customer Success Experience

What do you like best about the product?
We recently rolled out Qualified for our Sales Development team. The roll out went incredibly smooth thanks to our phenomenal CSM who set us up for success in iniatial trainings and did follow up sessions to make sure our leadership team was solid on reporting. The reporting in the tool is top notch and has allowed for us to quickly spot areas of opportunity where we could better staff our inbound chat or coach outbound reps to be more proactive on their "pounce". We are still learning how to best leverage the Signals feature with training coming this week, but am very excited for the potential this tool has for our outbound ADRs to be more proactive in their prospecting with hand raisers and creating a best-in-class customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Have really enjoyed the tool so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a fantastic first impression with potential customers visisting our site. It is also allowing us to be more proactive with potential interested parties based on the outbound pounce and Signals features.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Qualified is its ease of implementation and the excellent support provided by the customer success manager. The tool came with comprehensive help articles that were beneficial for all the technical team members involved. Robert, our customer success representative, is truly phenomenal and feels like an integral part of our team. After just over a month of live usage, we are already halfway to meeting our pipeline success metrics, which is remarkable. Their customer success team certainly lived up to their high praise and the tool is easy to use after understanding and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, based on our experience thus far, there is nothing to dislike about Qualified. The entire process, from implementation to utilization, has been seamless, and the results have been highly satisfying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Qualified as a pipeline acceleration chatbot. It has been instrumental in enhancing our sales pipeline, helping us to expedite our lead generation and customer engagement processes. With the assistance of Qualified, we're able to connect with potential clients more efficiently and effectively, improving our overall sales performance.

Qualified has addressed a key challenge for us: accelerating our sales pipeline. Before implementing Qualified, we faced challenges in quickly identifying and engaging potential clients. Now, with the assistance of Qualified's chatbot technology, we've seen a significant increase in deanonymized visitors, valuable sessions on the website, and acceleration in our pipeline for deals sourced from the tool.

This has resulted in quicker lead generation, more efficient customer engagement, and a marked improvement in our sales results. In fact, within a month of implementing Qualified, we've already reached halfway to our pipeline success metrics. This not only validates the effectiveness of Qualified but also assures us that we're on the right path to fully meeting, and potentially exceeding, our sales goals.

A Game-Changer in Chat Software: Qualified Sets a New Standard!

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting Qualified with our existing tech stack during implementation was a breeze. The UI is easy to use, and our SDRs picked up the tool very quickly and have been able to effectively make it part of their daily activities. We really enjoy the innovative features, like analytics, and the experiences provide our prospects with a customized experience while on our website. Our QSA, Shelby, and the Qualified support team have provided above and beyond support. We implemented Qualified about 6 months ago, and we are continuously looking for areas of optimization to reach more success with the tool, leveraging best practices, advanced reporting and real-time visibility into our prospects on the website. We feel like Qualified will grow with us as we continuously enhance our go-to-market strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small dislike is that the branding and customization of the chat box itself is limited at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see the intent of our prospects and chat with them in real-time, which increases our speed to lead.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using qualified and working with Jennifer on the qualified team for over 2 years now. Qualified is a platform that is constantly growing and Jennifer has always helped us with any questions we have had. She hads been instrumental in being timely with responses and always having the answers we need. As an analyst I love the amount of data I can get out of Qualified as well as its connection wiht Salesforce. I am always finding new insights to bring back to the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike. I would love some more analytics enhancements and more data within the tool but that is me just being selfish from an analyst perspective!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us compete with our competitors and gives our sales team a chance to have real conversations without having to hop on the phone with our visitors

I haven't had a negative expeierence using the tool .

Qualified allows a more streamlined process for me to engage with prospects. Also, the analystics tabs allows me to see which companies are frequently visiting our AppX listing so I have a better understand of buyer intent.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager, Jennifer, at Qualified is awesome. She is very responsive and is a great problem solver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to Qualified. Since implementation, it has been brining in great ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped decrease the barriers to conversion on our site, getting users to exactly what they need when they need it.
