What do you like best about the product?
Granular website visitor journey insights and easy-to-use customizability. Our QSA Jennifer has been fantastic and easy to work with, helping us get the most out of Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a great experience so far, I don't dislike anything in particular.

Letting website visitors get answers to their questions in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been very useful in helping my team of inbound sales reps get meetings booked with qualified prospects faster. Through its integrations with third party sales tools like Salesforce and Clearbit and the Chat Bot function, Qualified cuts through the noise of unqualified leads so my team can get connected with qualified prospects and hit our number.

The Customer Success Architect that worked with us, Andrew Ritter, provided a great experience and ensured our successful onboarding to the Chat function. He walked us through each of the learning paths, encouraged our feedback, and was patient and responsive when demo'ing the product. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and found a solution to every request. He was also able to fine-tune some of the Chat Bot customer activations for us based on our feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the product, but I understand the Chat Bot relies on some templated messaging built internally before they're routed to Sales. I think if the team were to change or add more activations and customer paths, i.e. including more chat-bot generated Q&A and redirecting visitors to different areas of the website, it would make the visitor and rep experience even better, but this is also limited to my organization's resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving for the bottleneck of the time and energy it takes to book a meeting from the time my team gets an Inbound lead. From the instant appointment scheduling, we're able to get meetings booked for us quicker. The Chat Bot enables us to qualify in/out prospects faster by getting to a live prospect quicker. The Chat Bot is especially useful because it enables reps to nurture prospects who aren't ripe to book a meeting immediately but are warm, and we're able to get to those prospects quicker than if we were to rely solely on contact us forms and prospecting efforts. The Chat Bot is almost just as useful to disqualify prospects on the spot without having to take a meeting with them.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is great, Slack integrations/mobile app means I'm not very likely to miss someone reaching out to us, the only issue I have is that I'm pretty often not quicker than my colleagues!

Really neat being able to see what people are typing/looking at -- gives you some insight on where their mind is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really noticed many. I had a little hesitation about stating a conversation with someone at an account I didn't own, but our team changed the SOP when it comes to Qualified and resolved that for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better inbounds. LeanData/DemandBase can be kind of meh when it comes to giving me actionable data on a lead, but being able to literally see what someone is interested is a great help.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Qualified is its capability to respond QUICKLY to people who show interest in your company. I am able to reach out and book meetings using Qualified's chat box, I can offer solutions to people who have technicals issues with their accounts, and answer simple questions like "What time is this location open today?" or "How long do I have to wait for results?" Qualified creates opportunities to make big money, very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I am unsure if there is anything that I dislike about Qualified. I sometimes struggle to add emojis to text depending on what computer I am using. That could be annoying at times, but not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problems of not being able to answer questions quickly with potential clients, it also relieves the customer service team since they handle so many inquiries via the phone. Qualified is way faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of capabilities available to our marketing and SDR teams is incredible. Jennifer Schneider rocks!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any negative attributes of Qualified and I don't expect to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to find a better way to deliver unique experiences to our web visitors based on their arrival point. Qualified allowsfor exactly this need!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a lot more features than our previous conversational marketing tool. Their integrations with Salesforce and other intent sources provide our representatives with extremely valuable signals that have helped us book more meetings than ever before. Our onboarding manager, Cassie, has helped us every step of the way. Her guidance has been incredible and has given our organization plenty of examples of how to onboard new clients the right way - with empathy and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not a lot that Qualified isn't doing right. One issue is that if you have two tabs open for experiences, one of them is blacked out so that you can't edit it. I understand the logic behind this but when copying ideas or flows from one experience to another or just using another experience as an example while you build a new one, it can be difficult to use. Maybe a less intrusive overlay would be helpful so that you can still see the content?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us engage with our website visitors and identify the visitors with the highest intent. Reps are able to "pounce" and engage with high intent visitors. This has made a world of difference in our website marketing program.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is so well integrated with Salesforce. We use Salesforce as our sysyem of truth so it works perfectly. We also have the best QSA/Success Architect (Jennifer Schneider)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! I'm sure we will see things later but we just went live less than a week ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have BDRs on Chat where they can see prospects and interact with them and meetings are booked directly for AEs. An easy way for prospects to get to sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple, yet powerful enough to create unique experiences for users on your site. The ability to target specific segments, industries, geographies, etc. allows for customization of messaging and user experience to fit the profile of those individuals. Also, the account support (Jennifer) is tremendous, and new features are being released often, so there's always a new feature to test out, and in turn, increase conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any downsides of Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users to book meetings quickly rather than awaiting a response from a contact form fill. Also, promote upcoming events to relevant users.
