Killer product and world class customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a product that is meant for the times. Having the ability to outreach to prospects in real-time while they are on the website and being able to chat with them via chat, audio, or video is an expectional approach to outreaching potential customers.
Shoutting out specifically Danielle at Qualified, from date of signing through to the life of the contract - she's ensured our team is having success with the tool, constantly connecting on best practices and new techniques. Best in town!

What do you dislike about the product?
As far as the tool itself goes as well as the CS team - there's no limitations to be called out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching prospects and getting connected allowing for an exceptional sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is amazing, but I have to say the service is even better!

There is very little that I can dislike, tiny things in reporting could be improved, but nothing that I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified enhanced our conversion rates as we shifted from low performing old school forms to a chat tool where we could engage and guide website visitors and returning visitors. The intent makes it even more powerful. We also use it to quickly schedule for leads, but also extended to events and other use cases.

Nothing to report. We enjoy utilizing Qualified and having Tanya M. from Qualified has helped us work out any kinks, all of which are only small issues that have been resolved.

Qualified helps by providing direct communications to our team for fast answers, online scheduling, and overall team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified really helps to convert visitors on the website and connect them to reps for immediate conversations. Additionally working with our Success Architect really helps us to get the most out of the tool! We're always talking about new use cases, reviewing new features, and making adjustments to get more out of Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time and planning to incorporate another tool into the stack and can be a shift in the workflow to have reps available to pounce or engage in conversations. This isn't so much of an issue with Qualified itself but an additional piece that needs to be considered to get the most from the roo.

It helps to convert visitors on our website and can help surface information we want our visitors to see more quickly. Helps us to connect faster with those hot leads!

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Qualified have been exceptional partners all the way from scope to implementation to iteration. Having used other chat platforms out there, Qualified is easiest to use and provides sound data.

No real issues or dissatisfactions with Qualified.

It allows us to see real time traffic to our webpage, and view what content prospects are looking at/downloading.
World-class platform backed up by brilliant product development
What do you like best about the product?
The pace of development at Qualified is second-to-none, they leave no stone unturned in their search for solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Having worked with Qualified for almost 5 years, I was one of the very first customers of Qualified and have seen the product and team grow exponentially - to the point where Qualified's capabilities and interconnectivity with our Martech stack is enabling us to run so many different initiaitves through the platform that go above and beyond a chat solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not a lot to dislike about the platform, its a really user-friendly back-end for Admins and Reps, however if there was one gripe it would be related to the ability to copy sections on the experience builder and paste them - it would be incredibly time-saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped simplify a lot of processes for us and increase our speed of execution when it comes to client engagement. We have replaced large parts of our traditional lead-nurturing process by implementing experiences in Qualified, which gives us a real-time platform to run processes, engage customers and impact revenue as opposed to the hit and hope methods of yesteryear, we engage our customers when they are interested and want to talk. Through Qualified we are booking more than 2,000 meetings per year with prospects - and building a pipeline. We have Qualified to replace a variety of complicated/repetitive web-forms allowing customers to perform a range of actions such as Event Registrations, Downloads, Sign-ups etc, resulting in significantly increased completion rates for actions over a traditional web form.
The icing on the cake has been the Signals data, which we're using to gather a really meaningful picture of our key clients and their engagements with us - this helps us to be hyper-focused in our engagement efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a game-changing tool for our team. Not only has it drastically increased pipeline sourced from our website but has provided us insights to better target our marketing strategy and outbound focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly there is not much or anything I can think of that I'd change about Qualified. It's been a great tool to use for pg the only gap is we can't use it for support in our free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Qualified we were getting nearly no meaningful engagements on our website. Intercom was very clunky to use and difficult to build out work streams. Now, we are able to actively pounce on hot leads on our site without them having to come to us. On top of that we have more visibility into where leads are falling off on our site and where we should focus our outbouding efforts.
Valuable data, easy to use, and great CS
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified uncovers and brings valuable data front and center for our reps and marketing team alike. The onboarding process was great and the weekly support from Brittany is unmatched. We have a lot more data and use cases to take advantage of but already seeing the positive impact across the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike to date. Easy to use and make changes & very responsive and collaborative support to make sure we're getting the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified was brought in to replace our previous chat bot but its so much more than just a chat bot - we are just starting to integrate the Intent Signals with our other tools and reporting and excited to see the impact from that data soon.
