It's an absolute MUST HAVE for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for both the prospect and our internal team. We can see in real-time who is on our site and strategize to be more efficient in our outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our internal team members show up as prospects in our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old chat was not intuitive and we could not talk to prospects in real time. Qualified allows us to directly answer questions with people on our site.
A Game-Changer for Conversational Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Being a newcomer to Converational Marketing, Qualified gave me the tools, training, and support I needed to not only get up to speed on leading-edge technology but also understand best practices and paths to success.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company's enterprise data sometimes causes the tool to lag or error out, which needs to be corrected by Qualified engineers. But responses are fast and fixes/workarounds are successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in Sales Qualified Leads for us every quarter and is giving us a smart way to hook chatbots into our email, PPC, and other campaigns and initiatives.
A Must Have in our Pipeline Generation Stack!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is one of the most impactful technologies in our mar-tech stack and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the product experience to the people supporting our account, we have had an A+ experience witih them all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this sounds cliche, but honestly nothing. They delivered a 7X ROI in the first 6 months and our experience has only improved with them as we deepened our reliance on their pipeline cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is a much more streamlined and elegant version of chat apps such as Drift or Intercom. Deployment was seamless and our team has found using it and administering it to be clean and easy.
Driving Qualified Pipeline at the Top of Funnel
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is easy to use and incredibly powerful. The data helps point us in the right direction and the interface makes it wasy to engage with customers in their online journy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Toggling between tools is always a challenge, but Qualified is so valuable it's worth having one more window open!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online chat with customers on our website. Allowing custoners to schedule a meeting with the right internal contact on the first. Understanding buyer interest / intent. All of which helps us meet customers where they are at which identifies interest in potential partnerships.
A Game-changing experience with Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
We recently switched to Qualified as our chat tool on our website after using another popular one. In less than two months, we have seen more success with Qualified than we did with the other tool during our entire time using it. Qualified has been a game changer for us.
Our BDRs can gather insights on visitors and engage with them while they are on our site. If we do not have a representative available to chat, the visitor can easily book a meeting directly through Qualified, eliminating the need for an additional tool to help us book meetings on the site. Currently, we have three teams (BDR, CS, and AE) using Qualified with plans to add more!
The support we have received from Qualified has been unlike any other. We are even discussing how we can incorporate their success model into our own organization.

While Qualified may not be the most affordable chat tool available – I do wish it had a lower price point. However, the investment is worth it as the value it provides is significant. As the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for," and with Qualified, you receive a wide range of features, services and funtionality that can greatly benefit your go-to-market teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching potential customers in real-time, engaging with them when they're showing interest, getting meetings booked without the usual back and forth to find a time to meet, and generating pipeline and revenue almost immediately after launching.

I like seeing the traffic on our website. Being able to reach out to anyone looking at pricing and seeing people who constantly come back to our website.

Sometimes it pounces on people logging into our site

Our Qualified Success Architect, Tanya, has made it easy for us to learn the product. This shorten our learning curve and allowed us to start seeing ROI quickly. Is a true Trusted Advisor.

Qualified is a power tool that requires some ramp up time for somone to be able to take advatage of all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to get infront of our potential prospects quicker. This allows us to generate additional pipeline along with our traditional prospecting methods.
Smooth Implementation and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Shelby and Sales person, Tom have been amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. Shelby provides a true white glove service in helping us create experiences, A/B test new ideas, monitor our progress, and keep us informed of new features. Tom even met with me post go live to work through some new use cases to ensure the SDR and Sales team are getting maximum ROI of the tool.
The ability to see web visitors in real-time and how they navigate our site has been extremely beneficial and insightful.
I appreciate the ability to consolidate our tech stack and get so much out of 1 tool: chatbot, live chat, intent data, lead routing and that you can pull in fields from the MAP and CRM is another plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only have 1 tab open at a time. It would be helpful to have a tab on each screen as you are working through different experiences or comparing reports.
Navigating between experiences, blocks, segments, etc. can be tricky as you have to leave the flow you were working on to see the other sections in the settings. It makes it challenging to see your experience from top to bottom in 1 place. However, Shelby has done all of the set-up and helps us with updates, so it's not an issue at this time.

Speed to lead: the ability to leverage a meeting booker rather than force a form fill is helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting system can be messy - better reporting in SF maybe? Not much negative for me

Helpng us bring in people via meeting bookers, content downloads and pouncing! Allows our reps to communicate with buyers better and bring them in for personalized demo's or get them the support they need.
