Qualified is a great way to have conversations with potential prospects evaluating our solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The live chat aspect as well as the snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had a negative experience using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides visibility into what companies are visiting our AppExchange listing and allowing us to have live conversations with this prospects that is much more streamlined than the typical outbound activity.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been able to see results very quickly and we had an outstanding experience with our Account Manager, Logan Brown, so great job on Customer Support also. His guidance and dedication to the success of my team on Qualified have truly made a significant impact and I believe it’s essential to share my positive experience. His training sessions for the new reps were nothing short of exceptional. The way he effectively conveyed the information and ensured that everyone grasped the key concepts was truly impressive that he has a deep understanding of the nuances of our work and his ability to translate that knowledge into practical, actionable steps for the team was extremely important and we consider now Qualied easy to use .What sets him apart is not just his expertise but his commitment to always improve our results. I appreciate how he is always seeking new ways to optimize our teams interaction via Qualified. His proactive approach in exploring strategies to book more meetings reflects his dedication & support towards our team and our collaboration. Our reps are better equipped to handle various scenarios but also more confident in their approach and is very important as we using it daily Qualified daily.

Helps us generate more leads in a short time, helps us test several experineces from the Marketing point of view and understand what products generate more interest and in what geo, etc

Qualified is a Pipeline Hero
What do you like best about the product?
To call Qualified a chatbot would be the understatement of the century. It's AI-centric pipeline cloud has revolutionized the way we think about our prospects and their site experience, and helps us continue that thoughtful approach in our other marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it has SO many capabilities, implementation can be a little overwhelming, but absolutely worth it.

Visibility into our target account site experience

Easy to use, can see everything about an account, exactly where and when they are look at the website.

Sometimes the notifications about someone being active are delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us see all the traffic coming into the website, with links to the clients websites, and even names.
Great product, even greater team
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics functionality held so much value for our team - holistic views of key metrics were easy to configure and reference, and whenever we ran into trouble we always had our incredible customer success manager, Robert, there to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to export Qualified 'experiences' was a bummer, as it'd be really beneficial for the whole team to be able to see what we're doing for collaborative efforts. However, it was still intuitive enough that we were able to pull together our own version of documentation for the larger team to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our reps get direclty in front of site users who have high intent, it provides us messaging flexibility, and to expedite meetings booked.
Knowledgeable & Genuine Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
This is my second company with Qualified, for a total of 4+ years in the tool so far. We recently brought on Piper, their AI SDR! We have a very small sales team, so having an SDR “on” 24-7 is so nice. Piper answers questions straight from our (many) website pages and knowledge base. You can also set up specific workflows for Piper or give it strict rules, e.g., “don’t answer pricing questions”, “push pricing questions to a human”. We had some surprise benefits with using Piper: Our reps now spend less time dealing with spam/bots because Piper is filtering them out really well before it ever gets to a human or booking a meeting. This is definitely working better than our ever-increasing list of “not real” email domains to filter out. :) Qualified’s customer support has always, always gone above and beyond. They think through your particular processes and workflows within your company, so you’re not bound to any out-of-the-box flow. They help you set up what you need and give ideas and strategy support along the way. They dig in to your analytics to optimize your workflows and prospect “experiences”. Buuut, you may not need Qualified’s support very much because the UI is pretty intuitive. I really appreciate having a tool that I understand and makes sense (haha) and the support behind it to both hear my crazy ideas and bring they “out-of the-box” ideas to the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things in Qualified that I wish were different, but it’s not anything that you deal with regularly (especially not if you’re in sales), but when you’re in the backend, selecting fields from your CRM, they’re not always searchable, so you have to scroll through many fields… and if you’re like us, and have too many custom fields, it takes a while, BUT you only have the specific fields that you choose to map over, so it’s not like ALL of your CRM object fields are coming over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads are able to immediately book a demo from our website by linking Qualified's Scheduler to our Book a Demo CTA ... so this takes away friction in the demo booking process (no back and forth emails to schedule a meeting). It allows us to see who's been on our website, if they're already known and cookied. Even if someone is unknown, we can sometimes see their company, which is very helpful! Piper, the AI SDR, is immediately responding to people and immediately giving them information or alerting our support team on behalf of the lead. Piper is also filtering out the spam/bots that try and book meetings with our reps - so it's saving our reps time!
Great Service at Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support is great. My dedicated CS rep is quick to respond and jumps in and fixes / updates things directly. The platform is complicated, so this level of support is really appreciated. My experience with chat support has been great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is kind of complex (but so are all the competitor tools out there). I can do a number of things so as long as you have someone dedicated to building it out and getting adoption it's great, but you definitely need someone dedicated to it in order to use it to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us allow meetings to get booked directly on an SDR or AE calendar upon form fill or chatbot meeting request. Our reps also use it to reach out to people browsing on our web in order to attempt to get a meeting with them while they are at the peak of being interested.
Outstanding customer success is Qualified's competitive differentiator
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great tool but what really sets it apart from the competition is the customer service team. With past chatbot software, we only got out what we put in. Due to competing priorities, optimizing live chat on our site beyond ensuring it was functional, was always low priority and never got the attention needed to be successful. With Qualified, it's been the opposite experience. Our customer success manager, Kevin Lewis, has been phenomenal - extremely responsive, happy to make changes for us directly in the platform, proactively implementing recommdations and making sure that we have all the right systems in place. Integrations are easy using Marketo, Salesforce and 6sense. Between live chat and meeting scheduling, Qualified accomplishes the use cases of multiple MarTech tools, with an awesome team willing to help with the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes! Some challenges we face repeatedly come from the chat routing (which is complex) and previewing the chat experiences (being able to render a user's chat experience in a preview mode can be tricky).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us generate pipeline by enabling prospects to chat live with a sales representative and to schedule a more thorough demo meeting on their own time. We also use Qualified to schedule meetings with an implementation team following a purchase.
Amazing customer support team
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to significantly improve the quality of conversations that our reps are having on Qualified thanks to the help from Logan, our CSM. We've been able to filter out traffic we don't want, and get visitors more engaged in chat by building out new innovative experiences. This has led to a big increase in our conversion rates across all different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only have Qualified open in one tab at a time which makes comparing data from different time frames more difficult than it should be.
