Fantastic product, great team
What do you like best about the product?
Our Success Architect, Logan, transformed how our organization leverages the product. Meeting Booker for our sales team is a favorite. We are now beginning to leverage other features such as who is on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have a deidcated person on the team to mange this, you need some help with set up and on going support to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How we can provide better service to prospects and customers on our site.

Great Product, Incredible Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Qualified functionality on our website has made a significant impact to our lead generation and our ability to service existing users. Implementation was fast and required little effort from my team. The support I get from Rob is second to none - no other vendor or service we use has the same level of hands-on support or inherent knowledge and level of responsiveness. Rob has directly influenced the success of this program and keeps it moving in the right direction, even when our priorities are spread thin. The product is great but the customer support is truly above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a company of our size, it was difficult to obtain the budget needed for Qualified. But they worked with us on price and the support has made the investment easy to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us captilize on the traffec we get to our website. People today want different ways to interact with our brand, and Qualified has elevated our prospects support and lead generation. It allows us to highlight new content and give specialized experiences. We will be using Qualified for ABM as well.
A powerful tool backed by amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great addition to any website where you would like to improve the conversion of your site traffic. They give you multiple ways to engage with site visitors, including chat and a streamlined meeting booker. If you're using Salesforce and a marketing automation tool, you will appreciate the ease of integration. And all of this is backed by an amazing customer success team who will partner with you to ensure you get great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend anyone considering qualified to 1) ensure you have the time to properly implement the software and 2) invest in continuous testing of experiences to get the most from your investment. Tis is not a "set it and forget it" type of tool if you want the best results.

Online website live chat and engagement along with streamlining meeting booking.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is straightforward to use and update. It's also very sophisticated and offers many features surpassing most competitors. Zach Miller, our Success rep, has gone leaps and bounds beyond the call of duty to help us and our team get through our first few months to learn to use the system to its potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that this product wasn't around a while ago, I would have started using it sooner!

Giving us the opportunity to have real-time access to people who are on our website. Letting us meet and greet potential prospects and answer questions and set appointments in unique ways.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Our SDR team has seen a significant increase in pipeline build due to qualified. I attribute this to an awesome product, but also to an awesome, supportive team that has helped us not only implement the product but has acted as a resource to ensure we're getting the most out of our investment and utilizing the platform to the best of its ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with qualified thusfar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to capitilze on our website traffic and start conversations during a pivotal time in our buyers' journies.
Drift who? Qualified is the leader of chat pipeline generation.
What do you like best about the product?
There is no routing too advanced for Qualified, our sales organization has gone through multiple different structures and there is no structure too complicated to match. Not to mention the seemless integration with SFDC that allows us to get the most accuracte routing possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding additional filter object from CRMs can be a bit confusion at first. Needing to add to Smartlist in Marketo, then to the segment, then you can use in the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing us to get to potential purchasing parties faster than our competitors, speed to lead. Using Qualified's meeting scheduling feature is saving our sales org time scheduling and organizing times.
Great partner worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
It's a proven technology and the support to get things running and then maintained and updated is above other SaaS vendors in general. I do not use it often myself, so having Qualified's support is key. For our daily users, adoption was slow at first, but after they saw the value, they have started using it more regularly. Integration with Salesforce and HubSpot is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, not anything. Perhaps as AI develops, it will become even easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us get more meetings and drive more leads that otherwise would drop off the site or our calendars.
Exceptional tool with a great team to back it up
What do you like best about the product?
Being in Marketing ops it's frustrating when tools are difficult to manage. Qualified has been easy to learn and keep track of. The customer success team is also very helpful in the service they provide. I've asked a million questions and they are always there to help. The AI assistant for platform users is really cool and am excited to roll that out to our XDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to see companies stick to what they do best. No need to become the next all in one platform and focus on key platform usage and making that the best in the business. Qualified does a pretty good job at that, but felt I'd better put something down.

Provides a chat system for our sales team to speak with interested parties.

My Incredible experience with Qualified!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is simply the best in class! Our team over at Demostack utilizes Qualified to support all of our TOTF initiatives. Whether that be website trafficking, inbound support/routing, lead routing in general, live chatting, the AMAZING customer support (S/O Brittany), this is truly one of my favorite tools in the stack.
Implentation was clean and easy & it integrates with the entire stack - once again S/O Brittany!

As of now, I do not have anything that I dislike about the tool. The team is simply, awesome!
