Making Inbound Sales a Dream

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of use with the maximum gain for myself and end customers. It helps me utilise. my time best and I know when someone gets to me its a good quality lead ready for human interaction. We have Richard on hand whenever we have any issues, he even gives us regular training which helps us ensure we get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications don't work as I'd like, but I can tinker with this myself and have a solution now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the AISDR it allows only the highest potential leads to filter through to me, allowing me to best place my time in those that have a high probability of success.

Amazing White-Glove Implementation and Success from Danielle Lipschutz

What do you like best about the product?
We've just launched Qualified AI chatbot and email 2 weeks ago, so it's too early to comment on the results. However, I'm writing this review to give praise to our Success Architect, Danielle Lipschutz. From start to launch and every step of the way, Danielle has been an incredible thought partner and had been imperative to the success of our launch. She is extremely smart and her response time is at lightning speed. It honestly is a breath of fresh air because I've never worked with a partner quite so reliable and quick witted. We have a complex lead operations data flow, and hence, quite a few custom requirements, but she's able to understand our needs so quickly and turn requirements into reality. In doing so, she has taken a huge mental load off of us and free-ed up capacity. Thank you Danielle!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Ops professional, there are some capabilities like audit trails that aren't viewable by an admin (only on the eng backend) that prevents us from being autonomous at troubleshooting. Also, Qualified is currently limited in terms of certain systems customization which makes it hard to be flexible to an org with custom requirements. For example, Qualified can only write email unsubscribes to Salesforce, and not other systems. There is also a hard requirement for Create access on Leads in Salesforce. We also cant customize activity payload to Marketo, which means we have to design programs within Marketo to fit certain limitations. Overall, we were still able to work around these limitations, but more flexibility would have made an easier implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drive higher conversations and increase pipeline efficiency through personalized AI lead qualification & engagement on web and email.

Saw results in the first week!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a huge help right out of the gate. In the first week, I booked two demos!! The AI SDR does an awesome job quickly qualifying leads so I can focus on the right ones. It feels great knowing my time is being used wisely. This is how AI should be used in the industry, not replacing humans but optimizing time by providing support. It integrated really well into our daily schedule. Running in the background while we focus on our other tasks.

Shoutout to Richard, our success manager, who made getting started super easy. He gave us a hands-on walkthrough, answered all our questions, and even followed up after launch to make sure we were set up for success.

If you're in sales, especially as an SDR, I definitely recommend giving Qualified a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any disadvantages for using Qualified, I'm excited to see new features that are implemented in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem of wasted time on unqualified leads. As an SDR, it's easy to get bogged down trying to chase every inbound, not knowing who’s actually ready to talk. Qualified's AI SDR filters out the noise by quickly engaging visitors and surfacing only the most qualified ones in real time.

This means I’m spending more time talking to the right people and less time chasing dead ends. It’s helped me book more meetings, faster—and gives me confidence that I’m focusing where it counts.

What do you like best about the product?
As an agency using Qualified for our own business and on behalf of clients, what stands out most is how seamlessly it unifies data from connected platforms into one intelligent, actionable interface. It empowers sales teams to engage high-intent visitors in real time, serve dynamic experiences through tailored chat paths, or deploy trained AI. All from a single platform.
This level of flexibility and visibility is a game-changer, especially when you're managing multiple go-to-market motions. We’ve seen firsthand how powerful Qualified can be when it's configured strategically — not just as a tool, but as a core part of a revenue engine. It’s exactly the kind of platform that benefits from expert setup and ongoing optimization, which is where we’ve been able to deliver tremendous value for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any robust platform, Qualified comes with a learning curve—especially for teams new to conversational marketing or real-time sales engagement. Sales reps, in particular, may need time to get comfortable navigating the interface and maximizing its capabilities.
That said, once teams are properly trained, the platform becomes intuitive and highly effective. As an agency, we've found that the initial ramp-up period is a great opportunity to step in, support adoption, and accelerate impact. We've helped both our internal teams and our clients’ teams get up to speed quickly, ensuring they see value faster and use Qualified to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us — and our clients — solve the critical challenge of identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-intent buyers in real time. It's streamlining meeting scheduling, even outside business hours, by qualifying visitors automatically and routing them to the right reps or booking flows.
It also gives us the ability to sort website traffic based on intent and engagement, surfacing the most relevant visitors for immediate action. With historic and enriched visitor data at our fingertips, our sales teams are empowered to have smarter conversations, faster.
As an agency, we also value how clearly Qualified shows us where and how visitors are engaging, which helps us identify optimization opportunities. The result is a shorter time to engagement, more personalized follow-ups, and tailored marketing and sales targets — for us and our clients.

Great service and significant impact on pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a great addition to our tech stack. It has allowed our BD team to talk instantly with prospects, which has increased speed to lead and quality of lead by allowing instant qualification. This has led to a YoY increase in pipeline within just a few months, without cannibalizing our existing contact form returns.

The implementation was very straightforward, mainly thanks to the Qualified Success Architect's Salesforce knowledge. She made everything a breeze, and was great dealing with the multiple stakeholders in our matrixed organization. I also really appreciate that our QSA has stayed with us after implementation, and continues to perform top level service. Our joint focus on delivering results has led us to build strong relationships and has really contributed to our ability to realize the value of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our technical queries can take a long time to resolve if we are trying to do something non-standard. Qualified seems to work better if you are creating a small number of standard experiences, as it can quickly get quite complex if you need to add additional use cases. I would also welcome a few more customization options in the text editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us achieve aggressive growth targets for web-sourced leads.

Piper the AI SDR & Awesome Support

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is already a great tool, but their AI SDR Piper is even better. It offers a great deal of flexibility without a steep learning curve. They continue to address even the most minor changes we ask for in our work with them, and a massive shoutout to our QSA Brittany Rhyme, who gets us what we need. It's a great tool to use. And having implemented chat systems large and small across various firms, this gets it done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, sometimes there are some oddities or changes that need to be made. But the Qualified team addresses these clearly and moves forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to not only have a solid chat system with flexibility but also, really dive into the nitty gritty details to get accurate answers to users. The AI SDR has successfully starting booking meetings and is very exciting.

Smooth Implementation with Minor Growing Pains

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation. Mike has been great and SUPER helpful as we are new to Qualified. I'm excited to try out AI SDR with a platform where the intuitive interface made onboarding our team smooth and efficient, and the customizable features allow us to adapt the platform to our specific workflow needs. The responsive support from Mike and team consistently goes above and beyond to address our questions, which has significantly reduced our learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few bugs here and there as you can't plan for everything and don't know how it's fully going to work with your unique system until you get in there. The platform occasionally experiences minor integration hiccups when connecting with our existing tools, which required some troubleshooting time. That said, their technical team has been responsive in addressing these issues, and so far they have been worked out. If anything isn't resolved, I'll come back and update this review. Despite these minor challenges, the overall value still significantly outweighs these temporary setbacks. I will add that Mike was there every step of the way and got us through it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest point it's solving for is online appointment scheduling.

Outstanding Support and Partnership from Our QSA

What do you like best about the product?
Since the deployment, Qualified has made it easier for us to respond to leads faster and improve our conversion rates. The platform is user-friendly, and the support from my QSA has been great, guiding us, training us and suggesting the best approach to get the most of the tool.

What I find most helpful about Qualified is how it helps us connect with customers quickly and effectively, especially with the AI SDR, Emma. The integration with Salesforce and Pardot also makes it easy to track leads and keep everything in sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform could benefit from more detailed qualitative analytics, like better insights into conversations. It would be helpful if we could download these conversations and have better options for sorting and filtering them. As an example, we wanted more detailed analytics on the SmartButtons, similar to the Offers analytics, but we couldn't g the get the information we wanted. While it has a lot of great features, having more in-depth data would be helpful.

Also, another area for improvement would be adding copy-and-paste feature of a section or branch within a flow, as well as the ability to move a branch to another section/side within a flow when creating Experiences. This would be especially beneficial if it worked similarly to Engagement Studio in Account Engagement, where you can select a step, copy it, and place it in another part of the flow. Such functionality would greatly streamline the process of building experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our deployment with Chat Experience, we have seen a increase in lead conversion by having real-time chats. The lead has a direct access with our LDR team. Now, the majority of our MQLs come through Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
A great product starts with a great team. From day one, we have received a ton of support from the Qualified crew to get us up and running in days. Their customer success team is top notch. Robert Kubovic and David Vogt are the extension of our team!

The product is robust and mature - it has everything we need and more to get the right conversations with the right people. It also helps us streamline the demo scheduling process. Perhaps one of my personal favorites is the newly released AI SDR feature - helps us connect with prospects and customers even during the after hours.

Driving Efficiency and Pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the easiest software we have ever installed. I love the ability to test the AI extensively before roll-out and the varied features we can take advantage of to help drive pipeline. The customer engagement process has been exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It's a large upfront cost, but I believe it will pay for itself eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better digital engagement, faster time to get on sales reps calendars and the ability to tee up the right content to visitors, rather than have them comb through cumbersome web pages.
