Great driver of pipeline, excellent customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency: With Qualified's chatbots, qualified leads are encouraged to skip the line and schedule directly with our BDRs. No more time wasted on intial scheduling emails and outreach.
Seamless Integration: The integration with our existing systems was surprisingly smooth. It seamlessly fits into our workflow, and we were up and running in no time.
Data-Driven Decisions: The insights and analytics provided by Qualified are a goldmine. We can see what's working and what isn't, allowing us to make data-driven decisions to continuously improve our processes.
Customer Experience: Outstanding customer support. Robert's responsiveness and willingness to help us get up and running is above and beyond. He's also been integral in further implementation and helping us use more features and get the most out of them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI / UX from the setup side is a bit confusing if you aren't familiar and even after using for a while I have to click around a lot to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been really beneficial in retargeting and broader marketing campaigns. As a result, we're driving more qualified / interest parties to our website and simplifies the process of identifying serious sales leads and nudging them to schedule a meeting.
Working with Qualified has been an excellent, collaborative experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of working with Qualified is the partnership and collaboration with our dedicated Success partner. We switched from another chat platform and from day one the process has been smooth–from initially getting all of our experiences set up to the day-to-day support. In addition to the technical help we get from our Success partner, he takes the time to understand our unique goals and ways of working and provides actionable feedback and relevant ideas to help us get the most value out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Qualified. We've been able to do anything we've needed or wanted to do within the platform and look forward to continuing to partner with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us keep prospects and customers who visit our site engaged. Qualified makes it easy to identify and segment the appropriate audiences and offer up relevant content.
Responsive implementation, fast results
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation - our dedicated rep, Cassie, was extremely responsive, helpful, and proactive during our implementation process. As an admin, I had endless technical questions that were always answered (sometimes multiple times). Once the details of set up and integrations were clarified, it was easy to set up our segments and targeting criteria. We were able to start seeing progress and results almost as soon as we went live, with both booked meetings and pipeline generated. The integrations with Slack and HubSpot helped enable our team to adopt the tool quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only piece I struggled with was understanding the UI and specifics of set up, it's not entirely intuitive. I believe this has to do with the larger number of features compared to something like Chili Piper, so it took a bit of time to get familiar enough with the features to be comfortable making changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us to identify high intent engagement and provide personalized experiences on our site, leading to higher quality leads and less friction in the process.
Excellent Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Drift to Qualified, mostly due to the lack of support and service offerings we needed from the partnership. Our Qualified CSM, Shawn, went above and beyond to not only implement the solution within 30 days, but also to help us set our KPIs and benchmarks for success. The team is dedicated, responsive, and has incredible ideas to help us build out our overall experience playbooks, which was critical for us as we are an incredibly small team. We've already seen great results using the tool and it's only been live for a quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none that I can see. The tool is easy and effective to use.

Chat-tastic!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's chat is the real chat-tastic superstar in the conversational AI game. It's chat-tastically awesome for businesses seeking to talk the talk and walk the walk when it comes to engaging customers, prospects, and pipeline!
Our CSM Danielle Lipschutz is the bomb. She is always pushing us to continually improve and provides incredible customer support.
I've had the ability to use countless tools like this and this one is actually worth it's weight.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside for me, is just how complex the interface from an admin perspective can be. Don't get me wrong the ferrari has a lot going on, so it can be challenging to muscle these all to be streamlined and simple. But overall love the power and wouldn't trade the power for a bit more simpler admin experience.

It's solving the speed to lead and website engagement issue.
Amazing product and outstanding customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Qualified is. As an enablement manager the change management was easy, and our reps love using it. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our QSA, Brittany Rhyme, who is one of the best in customer support

I feel as though we are too dependent on our QSA for routing questions, although that could be on us, but I wish the routing piece was easier.

We use Qualified for our top of funnel needs.
Amazing Tool & Great Strategic Partners
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an amazing tool in our toolbet. We replaced both Intercom and Chilipiper with Qualified and have been very happy with the results. The platform is easy to use and they are always rolling out new features that help drive additional impact.
Platform aside, the Qualified team has been incredible to work with. Our CSM Andrew Ritter is the best CSM I have ever worked with. He is aligned with our strategy, extremely responsive, and is always suggesting additional areas of optimization. Not to mention, he and our AE Matt Warnicke have done countless trainings with our sales teams. We've also had the opportunity to pick the brains of Qualified's Demand Gen and Rev Ops leaders. The whole team has always gone above and beyond to support our org and are wonderful strategic partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a lot of data available within the analytics platform, but I think it could be more user friendly and robust. I'm able to pull together what I need between both Qualified and SFDC, but I'd love to have that all in one place and a bit easier to navigate.
As with any chat platform, making sure the routing is always up to date is time consuming. It would be super cool if you were able to copy routing rules from a platform like LeanData or an integration that allowed you to use the same rules, so you don't have to make updates in two places.

Qualified helps us more effectively and efficiently engage with our web traffic via custom chat bots, meeting scheduling, and visitor pouncing.
Customer Service is Outstanding!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides an intuitive platform that seamlessly integrates with the rest of our sales tech stack. Our teams across segments and regions utilize this platform for Outbound and Inbound motions. Andrew, our Customer Success Manager, feels like an extended part of the team. He's proactive in asking questions, quick to supply us with support, and creative in this problem-solving. He has taken the time to learn our business inside and out to ensure our continued sucess.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has so many features that we could probably dedicate a single resource to manage it, making it difficult for a team of people with different job functions to make sure we are harnessing it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is opening up more Inbound lead sources, and a way for our Outbound team to prospect more effectively. It's providing our prospects with a more customize experience.
Great Partners Anticipated Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The qualified product was true to form. The team was very attuned to the needs of our business and how their chat solutions could help meet our corporate goals. It integrated perfectly with our tech stack and provided us with real-time stats on how our website traffic was engaging with our reps which made it much easier to manage and show value. Whenever we had a questions or challenge to work through the Qualified team was right there to help us find a way to solve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't any down sides to Qualified. I highly recommend the platform.

We needed a way to engage with our customers and prospects that landing on the website. It not only helped us accomplish that goal, it also became one of the highest performing channel for our business development team.
Andrew Ritter is a ROCKSTAR!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support provided by Andrew far surpassed any expectations we could have imagined. He was prompt in his response and always flexible. Origin of mplementation of the tool was seamless. As our needs changed, Andrew was quick on his feel to shift with us and came to the table every call with suggestions on how to use Qualified to get the most out of the tool. Despite our unique model, Andrew was able to help us mold the tool to fit our needs which made use Easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only struggle was weeding out our unique candidate leads vs our business leads. This challnege was more related to our model than Qualified it self.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to more qualified leads in a "hands-off" approach. This allowed our reps to move through their standard sales cycle while also getting alerts to incoming leads to our sight.
