What do you like best about the product?
Next gen of customer experience and driving revenue.
So many features, enabling you to be there when and in a way your customers and prospects need you.
On top of it comes more than excellent support we get from our CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I am still not too familiar with it. :) :)
I aspire learing much more than I know now, so I can utilize it to the full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting customers and prospects with the relevant sales personas in real time or at their convenience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the interface is. When we switched from our old booking platform I was happy how simple workflows, forms etc. were to set up on Qualified
What do you dislike about the product?
More on our end but I wish we had more time to test and implement Qualified

Polished & User-Friendly, with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is primarily using the conversation (chatbot) experiences and the live website analytics to identify and communicate with website users from our target account lists. The tool was super easy to integrate and enable the team on. Ease of use means our team can focus on daily processes and best practices that lead to great conversations and engagement with top prospects without getting bogged down by the tool. We're seeing measurable increases in meetings booked, and we feel we're providing a valuable UX to help users get answers to their questions quickly and easily. Last, we've had an absolutely world-class managed onboarding experience provided by our CSM, Steve. With weekly calls, lightning fast email support, and Steve shouldering a significant amount of the setup and configuration workload during our first 90 days, we were able to ramp up quickly without consuming a lot of internal resources. Bravo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any particularly negative experiences with Qualified. We are still working to fine-tune and optimize a few of the features but by and large it's been great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve our website UX, answer prospects' product and business questions in a timely manner, increase initial call bookings and lead gen, increase intelligence about user activities and intent.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualfified is incredibly powerful to help increase the rate of conversations and conversions from web / app visitors to more in depth meetings, discovery, and opportunity creation for our GTM teams. Customization for experiences is pretty rich and flexible which allows us to tailor chat sessions so that we can deliver on best-in-class customer experiences.

Brittany Rhyme is our Successs Architect and is incredible. She should get raise. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve. The UI at times can be confusion to admin, especially if you are running a lot of different experiences and experiments. This is offset but Qualified's incredible on-boarding and success team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us create high touch human to human chat experience with users and helping us convert visitors to meetings.

Excellent functionality, exceptional service

What do you like best about the product?
There are many live chat services that have varying degrees of functionality, but the thing that always sets vendors apart is their service. And our rep, Shelby Bensley, is the defintion of exceptional service who goes above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pathing and branching can be complex and time consuming to make adjustments to, but this is more due to the overly complex nature of our own business. And when those changes do need to be made, our rep Shelby is always extremely responsive and supportive in making the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gets interested prospects connected with sales faster than traditional demo request channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize what experience someone receives is great, it allows us to really narrow in on specific messaging.
Our success architect, Zac, has been outstanding in getting us up and running with the tool, as well as optimizing our experiences as we continue to build and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some kind of organizational/folder structure would be very helpful to keep our experiences separated out a bit better and make them easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides us with a better customer experience on our website, allowing for a more personalized journey for a customer as well as a lead generation and meeting booking platform for our sales/marketing teams.

Driving Sales Pipeline Couldn't Be Easier

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration to our CRM and Marketing Automation tools; ease of implementation in our Tech stack; ease of use by our BDRs; and attribution in the sales cycle. Additionally, our QSA Brittany has supported and guided us through the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the downturn in the Tech market, we've seen a drop in qualified sales leads coming into our pipeline. Qualified has improved who our BDRs are speaking to, getting Sales Opps created and closed, and overall increasing our Sales funnel at the top and middle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in setting up the user experience is amazing. This has allowed our very complicated website to come up to speed in very little time.
