Power, Intelligence, and Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a powerful and intelligent platform that greatly enhances our lead generation capabilities. The inclusion of lead auto-generation, AB testing, lead tracking, customizable dashboards, and reports align perfectly with our needs, making a significant impact. Furthermore, Danielle consistently remains available to answer questions and provide guidance. Excellent support service!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but I hope Qualified can create folders for grouping items, particularly for Automatic Experiences. The current long list can become a bit cumbersome when managing multiple channels plus A/B tests at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant improvement for Chat flow/experience, Lead Tracking, and Analytics with Qualified.
Smooth Implementation and Ridiculously Cool Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have collapsed multiple tools into this one and are able to reach out to folks who pop on our site. Our user experience and goal of being able to connect with our audience is finally achieved. We also have transparency into our site users and can create custom experiences depending on the person. The dedicated support staff that comes right out of the gate is also what made this such an easy implementation, shout out to Kevin! 10/10 would recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more of the recommendations for the back end of the software come to life, as there are a few limitations compared to the competitors, however it's a drop in the bucket compared to the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support our tour scheduler, automatic experiences with chat for those that use the site, it's like having a salesperson available after hours.

Not only is the tool great (doing all that it promises to do) but the ongoing support and partnership is really what makes the tool outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do enjoy the tool and they are constantly evolving - but the overall UI could use improvements.

We are very happy and grateful for the exceptional support we received from the Qualified team, starting with their impressive cold outreach all the way to the onboarding process. Brent led an incredible demo, which played a pivotal role in our swift decision-making. Kevin continues to be amazing, providing outstanding support throughout the implementation and onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of for now.

It helps us generate tailored messaging for segmented groups of audiences and helps improve TOFU conversion rates.

Not much to dislike. Event customization is on your roadmap which is nice would be awesome to have rn.

A humanistic approach

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has all the right features for us to generate and close leads through our website, and the hands-on support was exactly what we needed to get it up in running in less than a month. Also, the data and reporting has been incredible for us to review and know what's working and what we can improve upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Qualified is higher than what we were paying for with our previous chat vendor, however you do get what you pay for. Based on our data, Qualified is providing more wins for us that its more than paying for itself.

Qualified is giving us more data, which allows us to know where we need to optimize the experience so we can further improve our chat operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the support team is exceptional. The number of features that are available provide very measurable results to our business.

None at the moment, the support has been fantastic. Anything unclear, they answer very quickly.

Key problems that Qualified solves include volume of qualified leads, personalized chatbot journeys and providing buyer intent data.
Best Reps to Help Build Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Sarah has been nothing short of amazing for us to build experineces and proof our chatbot. We tell her our vision and she helps in any way she can. It has been so easy to use and the support team has been incredible. I use qualified to build experiences at least once a month, if not once a week and there are so many features included like blocks, automations, and more. It also integreates into our slack and CRM so it was really easy to implement qualified into our day to day routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honeslty there was a slight learning curve but one meeting with Sarah on how to use it eased all my worries.

it allows our customers to ask a question without having to get a hold of customer service or a sales rep

What sets this platform apart is the proactive approach taken by the Qualified Success Architect (QSA) assigned to our account. They go above and beyond in helping us brainstorm and implement innovative ways to enhance our overall experience. Their dedication to continuous improvement has been invaluable, ensuring that the interaction with the chat bot is not just efficient but also constantly evolving to meet our changing needs.
During the initial stages of our (really mine) partnership, the QSA took the time to troubleshoot the issues we encountered when we were restarting up the program. Their expertise and patience made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that they are genuinely invested in our success, and their hands-on approach has been a key factor in our seamless transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Overall, I find the product itself, very easy to use and configure, if I needed to jump in quickly to make changes myself.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Qualified. If anything it may be more so our internal process that sometime causes some issues with Qualified's datapoints, related to routing based on territories.

This proactive approach not only streamlines the identification of potential clients but also facilitates seamless meeting bookings. Their platform has played a key role in enhancing our outreach efforts, ensuring a proactive engagement with our target audience.
Amazingly capable tool with stellar customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Qualified in 2023 and since then, its been doing wonders for lead gen and booking meetings. It is a very feature rich platform that allows you really get insight into those visting your website and makes it a very seamless process between lead and Account Executive.
By far one of the best things about Qualfied has been the customer support. Shawn has been extremely helpful in our onboard and continued refinement of our platform. He has made himself available anytime we have needed anything and is a great asset having the platform.
