Ripped and replaced Drift with Qualified and couldn't be happier!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Qualified, both from a technology and capabilities perspective as well as a relationship perspective, has been nothing short of spectacular. You would think our Qualified Success Architect, Danielle, is only supporting our account, because it feels so white glove. Additionally, the implementation of Qualified was the easiest process I've experienced when it comes to rolling out new tech that impacts multiple teams cross-departmentally.
There are some use cases we were trying to get up and running with Drift, which required multiple calls with product engineering over several months without resolution. Those same use cases (like getting Qualified live on our marketing landing pages in Webflow) have been literally a breeze with Qualified.
I also love that they only work with Salesforce customers, but have still worked with us on syncing to Marketo first and made the workflow work extremely well for our operational requirements here. Danielle is extremely strategic, tactical, and is also very, very knowledgeable about Qualified, Salesforce, and more. She feels like a true extension of our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about Qualified. What I will share is that if you are coming off of another conversational marketing tool like Drift, there isn't a template that Qualified offers to help extract playbook targeting and bot flow content from Drift to make it easier to rebuild within Qualified during implementation. Luckily, we did find a workaround and our Qualified Success Architect, Danielle, was able to help make this process as seamless as possible.
But I would also say, trust the process. Qualified views experiences for site visitors differently than the way Drift views playbooks for site visitors - so it's also just a great time to refresh strategy at implementation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us strategically convert the right website visitors into demo requests, engaged visitors, and eventually prospects and customers via personalized experiences served up to our target and ICP audiences. It's also helping to enable our SDR team to drive more opportunity through both inbound chat and outbound chat or "pouncing." We've also been able to activate our AE teams to passively schedule meetings with pipeline prospects, which is something we did not have the capability to do with Drift (i.e. Meeting Only seats).

I personally like how can we tailor it to suit our specific requirements and ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients. The integration of all our unique requests is consistently smooth and straightforward

Since implementing Qaulified, we have significantly reduced the time spent engaging with unqualified leads, allowing us to allocate more time and attention to cultivating relationships with high-quality clients
Qualified was such an easy-to-approach platform.
What do you like best about the product?
To put it shortly, it is the best and fastest way to approach clients. Being able to communicate with them directly is a huge plus. The book a call feature also enables a more personalised and friendlier bonus. You would also be able to filter out which client really needs a call, or to see if their questions can be answer via chat (saves time and effort). It is also easy to visualise and implement. Can easily see previous interactions on SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to open and work on two tabs. Once multiple clients start chatting at the same time, it would be nice to operate Qualified on two seperate tabs (without the "use Qualified here" feature). Sometimes it makes it hard to keep updated when the client B responds whilst working with client A.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the aspects that have been implemented throughout the usage was the "Leave a message" feature when no representatives are available. This is very useful as we would not need to reach out directly asking for their inquiry (once seen that they have visited), but can directly answer the messages that they have left for us. It saves a whole step and also reduces time reaching out to clients when some may not even respond.
Easy to use to connect with our clients!
What do you like best about the product?
Live, real chats with potential clients. The reaction is amazing when they notice they are talking to a real person and not a Bot. If I am not avaialble, we have implemented other means of contact in which we can find easily - for example - ask a quesiton. we can react quickly for those who are interested in our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of in which I dislike about Qualified, it is an amazing tool which has become a game changer for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First engagement comes from the website visit so it benefits a lot of time for me. To be there to answer a question (and avoid a longer conversation) is key

Qualified helps our prospects book demos in real time, solving a major painpoint in our business which required manual lead routing and scheduling.
Great implimentation and support puts Qualified above the rest

Qualified is incredibly powerful but like all tools the use of the product is the most important part. The support team, in this case Jenn S. is invaluable in maximizing the use of Qualified.

Needs a bit more customization ability for branding.

It allows us to interacts with website visitors, have visitors book meetings with us even if we aren't available to chat, it has an auto pounde feature where it talks to website visitors based on specific criteria that we can control.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently just switched over to Qualifed from Drift. As we've been implementing the tool and incorporating it into our SDRs' processes, prospects are able to easily book meetings through our website's live chat. We also love the report views that show high intent prospects! Most of all, it's been such a pleasure working with Danielle Lipschutz throughout our implementation. She provides great support and is always answering our questions in a timely manner!Excited to learn more from her!
What do you dislike about the product?
We're learning the tool more and more every day, and I'm sure there's a lot more that can be done to maximize our use of the tool in our sales process. Biggest challenge that's top of mind is that the activity in Qualified (i.e. when a prospect books a meeting) doesn't show up in our Salesforce instance, but Danielle is working closely with our team on getting this fixed!
