How to drive meetings without the required manpower!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified provides a quick and thorough way for customers to book time on your calendar and provide information about the opportunity without requiring me to do my own research. I love how easy it is to see the customers website as well as seeing what websites they visited during their time on ours. Gives me an understanding of info they are looking for. Robert has been great to work with when it comes to changing the system and he'll provide his feedback for what he thinks will be a positive or negative experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect, there are always issues here and there. We had one issue where we noticed a form/setting was not popping up like it should which caused us to have~50% less booked demos that month. It would have been nice to have some sort of alarm to identify the change in the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is allowing my company to book meetings with prospects who want to learn more about our platform.

Qualified is Easy to Use and Provides Insightful Data

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is very easy to use and provides insightful data points to use in our in house reporting. The implementation process was seamless and the customer support is speedy and helpful. Our Success Architect, Genise Christianson, was more than helpful and flexible with the implementation process. Genise went above and beyond to ensure our company was well equipped and trained for success. One of the best experiences I've had. My team was easily able to use it after the first training and integrates well with our CRM and other technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified has met all our needs with the features it offers. The only thing I would look for is an AI integration, but I have been informed that is in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping our business eliminate friction between filling out a contact us form and getting a meeting scheduled with our sales team. We have seen an improvement in lead movement and opportunity creation since implementing Qualified.

Innovative solutions and hands-on support!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped out business close the gap between website visitors engaging with our brand and scheduling meetings with our sales team. Our Customer Success Architect, Robert, has been hands on in supporting our team with implementation, evaluating new features and finding creative ways to use Qualified to meet our evolving business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we are a small team and it requires manpower, we don't have the opportunity to utilize the Chatbot feature to the best of its capabilities. But Qualified meetings has been been a gamechanger for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented Qualified Buttons on our site to offer prospects with auto-scheduling rather than waiting for a sales person to schedule post form fill.

Comprehensive Product Suite

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Qualified has strategically thought about their product roadmap to include a comprehensive (and complementary) set of solutions that empower revenue focused marketers to be successful. While we started with Chat, we've been able to expand to things like Meetings which has significantly helped us ramp website conversions. Being able to tap this functionality inside of Qualified vs having to purchase yet another tool has helped us be more effecient as well. Customer support has been spot on. We've been working with Robert and he's been a true champion on our account - helping us activate all areas of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the platform at the beginning takes some work. But, thankfully with great support they help you along the way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us increase our website conversions.

Astonishly good customer support for a platform that delivers qualified lead after lead

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, particuarly by Robert, has been our true enabler of our success with Qualified. His ability to take our questions and ideas, then find a way to make them happen, is remarkable. The features and functionaly within Qualified feels boundless with Robert's support. It makes something that can be complex feel easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is a very powerful tool that requires engagement and implementation support from stakeholders - particularly if this is being implemented in a large organization. The benefit of this is that the team members have a chance to come together and agree on what the goals of the implementing Qualified are, and it has allowed us to quickly be successful and agree on next step optimizations as a team. It takes work to get there, but the end result is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a business that sells across multiple needs and buyers, we find that it is often difficult to get users from discovery through to submitting a Contact Us form. Qualified has enabled us to identify users and accounts who are showing interest, then offer an immediate opportunity to engage with us bout our products and services. Even if someone isn't ready to converse at that moment, they now know it's an option and that the availability of our team is always there.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has an incredibly strong implementation with Salesforce that allows you to really personalize your experiences for your users as well as make sure that only the right individuals are reaching your sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pretty obvious quality of life features that appear to still need to be implemented into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed us to better target and engage both new prospects and our existing users due to its flexibility and integrations with CRM and other data platforms.

Quality Product & Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is fantastic but our success architect, Robert is what I like best about Qualified. I'm absolutely gobsmacked at the level and quality of service Robert offers. I oftened joked that he worked so hard on our account that our company should be offering him a salary. He is so incredibly dedicated and consultative - and just an overall lovely person.

The tool is itself is fantastic - easy to implement and use, and we saw ROI extremely fast. As a customer, I appreciate the constant evolution and innovation of the solution. It is absolutely a key tool in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our lead routing logic was a bit of complex to apply within Qualified but the support we received from our Success Architech greatly minimized that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to use Qualified to increase conversion within our demo request process.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with our tech stack making implementation a smooth process.
The work flow saves me 2-3 hours a week with how easy the platfrom makes changing flows and routing.
Their support team is always willing to jump in and help troubleshoot

The UI takes a little time to figure out were to find stuff

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers instant, relevant data into who's engaging with your website. Easy to export and share, easy to identify trends, easy to assess site page performance. I check their reporting daily to ensure we're on track against goals. Their chat bot function is easy to set up and staff effectively. Their success and support teams are also phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides - more advanced trend reporting directly in the tool would be the cherry on top, but their product team is constantly rolling out updates and improvements, so I'm sure that's coming down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified's automated meeting booker and chat functions have dramatically streamlined our inbound booking process, and enables us to engage new leads right at the moment they're considering us.
