Powerful, intuitive, a game-changer.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's all natively connected to Salesforce. In an age where ABM has become the name of the game, Qualified empowers our team with super pertinent insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not much. It has really exceeded my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us be more proactive. We do a lot of great awareness work but until an account raises their hand, we are stuck waiting. This significantly accelerates lead generation.
Digital Transformation with hands-on support
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to make leaps in our customers' digital journey with Qualified. The impact is already changing how customers view us within the larger competitive market and has changed how we view ourselves. We've experienced a white-glove level of support, with the Qualified team taking the time to learn about our business and adapt the use cases to best suit our strategic goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced a few hiccups with reporting, but so far they have been momentary blips that are rectified with a quick refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to fast-track leads who are ready to have real conversations to our sales teams. We're getting a ton of insight on our web traffic and we've been able to rectify blind spots and pivot where needed to attract more of our ICP.
Amazing Support, Great Product if You Need Lots of Customization
What do you like best about the product?
The support team at Qualified is truly the best I've ever experienced. They take a hands-on approach to ensuring you and your team are fully onboarding and getting the most of the platform at all times. Working with Qualified felt like having another full-time member on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified was perfect when we were a larger team with the bandwidth to continually monitor website chats and interactions. When we became smaller, we lost value from the functionality of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps sales and marketing teams identify leads and companies with strong conversion potential, and creates automated systems to ensure those leads are continually engaged and shown customized content on the chatbot, website, and within conversations.
The support has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team is incredibly responsive, professional and easy to work with. Our Success Architect created our initial experiences and consulted on every modification I made until I was comfortable in the platform. My questions are always answered promptly, even when I'm using their ticketing system. I've only ever felt supported, and have confidence I'll always get help.
As an admin I can say this tool does have a learning curve, but it's easy to use once you get some experience. The Qualified University has been a great resource as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't as developed as I would like: there isn't a spam list, drafts don't automatically save, and you can't open two Qualified windows at the same time. Although I'd be thrilled if these things changed, I've found ways to get around these problems so overall the benefits outweigh the irritants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous vendor couldn't keep up with our complex routing needs. Qualified's engineering team literally created things for us in the platform to help.
Great way to convert web traffic to MQLs
What do you like best about the product?
The support is great and the customization options on the platform really help with making sure the correct messaging/CTA is going to the right audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit complicated for certain campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting users who may not have used a CTA button that is on our page and getting them to the correct content so we understand their intent better.
Amazing results in the first 24 hours, and oh what a great team!
What do you like best about the product?
We went live in under 2 weeks and within the first 24 hours, already had 3 meetings booked with our sales team! Gone is the 5-10 days of back and forth after a form fill for book-a-meeting. It is instantly booked on the sales rep's calendar. SO much more efficent and a MUCH better experience for the prospect too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, as we are only 16 days in. Everything is just as they described and demonstrated. Oh and our success manager Lily is AMAZING!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to do two things - dramatically improve the user experience of prospects on our website and secondarly, to greatly increase the efficency and effectiveness of our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has worked as both our meeting scheduler and chatbot platform. The number of features is great, and we are working with their team to add their new features. Our Success Architect, Steve is always prompt and willing to share his sales and marketing knowledge. If he doesn't know the answer he'll find it for us and let us know.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment. Will be testing their new features.

Qualified is customizable allowing us to connect with our ICP and book instant meetings for our rep's outreach.
Qualified is a great solution for improving pipeline generation for your website
What do you like best about the product?
Our AI SDR has performed very well in driving demo requests and fielding questions submitted on-site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Email functionality is somewhat limited, but it looks like it has been built out since we started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has done a great job of streamlining our meeting scheduling as well as adding in a conversation marketing aspect to our site.
Conversational Platform for the Modern Buyer AND Seller
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is designed very well with both the prospect and end sales/marketing user in mind. The strong front and back ends give us confidence in the overall R&D strategy from Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, for leaders in Sales/Marketing/Demand Gen, actionable and insightful reporting on what is and is not working is the most vital component of these types of platforms. Qualified could provide more proactive and actionable exec dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyers often want to look at products without human interaction. Qualified helps engage them without inundating them with emails and phone calls until they are ready. It also provides us insights on visitors we normally would have to work a lot harder to find!
I haven't been this excited about software in a long, long time
What do you like best about the product?
Lily and Sterling on the Qualified team has been phenomenal. There are so many standout features from lead qualification and conversion optimiziation, and so much more. Qualified is terrific for real-time identification and prioritization of high-intent visitors, and enables our team to engage with the most promising prospects while live on the website. Bonus points because it seamlessly integrates with Salesforce eand Marketo. Can't say enough good about Qualified.

Nothing at this time! It's a great add to our tech stack

Qualified solves for optimizing website traffic, and in turn, improving pipeline opportunities. It has substantially increased our conversion rates, and we've recognized noticible ROI within days of going live.
