Effortless Interface That Keeps Delivering New Value
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers an easy to use interface that even the most non technical marketer can pick it up quickly. I've used Qualified to scale our Business Development Rep workload, especially when it comes to event and webinar follow-ups. I'm able to create an entire follow up strategy in under 20 minutes and able to meet hundreds to thousands of people instantly. More importantly as a marketer I'm able to get instant feedback to what's working and what is not in driving meeting conversions. Making real time adjustments. The onboarding and customer support that Qualified has provided is the best I've had of any technology I've used in my marketing tech stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I haven't had the time to use it to its full capacity. But I keep finding new use cases each day to make our BDR lives easier.

Ensuring every contact/lead is engaged with following a event or webinar.

Intuitive Platform with Exceptional Support and Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly they release new features that solve real marketing pain points. The tool uses our data and context to create better messaging for each persona, which saves us time. I also like that we get early access to try new features, so we can see the benefits right away and give feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn the tool. There are a lot of settings to get used to, and setting up prompts isn’t always quick. Luckily, our consultant is very helpful, which makes the learning curve easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our BDR team focus on higher-priority work instead of spending most of their time on inbound tasks. The AI chatbot handles meeting bookings, routes them quickly, and gets them assigned right away. This saves the team time and keeps our follow-up fast.

What do you like best about the product?
During the initial months after going live, it has proven helpful in bringing higher quality leads to the Sales Development team more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't encountered any issues. I still need to spend more time evaluating our requirements for reporting and data to fully understand what we'll need from the product. So far, my experience has been very positive overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to generate higher quality leads, including those that might have previously bypassed our sales representatives and gone directly through the webstore, which could have resulted in missed upsell opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly the AI chatbot in Qualified learns from feedback, which significantly enhances its efficiency in serving our website users. The visibility into customer and prospect interactions that Qualified provides is incredibly valuable, allowing my team to glean deeper insights into user behavior and preferences. Additionally, I find the insights into the most commonly surfaced questions particularly beneficial, as they help us identify trends and address user needs proactively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to find mentions of certain words or terms in all of the chatbot interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to increase lead generation, guide users effectively, and address common questions, enhancing our sales engagement and customer interaction efficiency.

Beyond the tool itself being extremely user-friendly, the service provided by QSA's has set a new benchmark for me when evaluating other organizations. Their support and dedication make them feel like a true extension of our own marketing team.

There are some efficiencies in usage I'd like to see- I frequently see my feature requests come through to production but I'd like to have a visible backlog for those of us who make a lot of them

I also highly value the exceptional customer success manager at Qualified, who is always available to answer my questions and provide indispensable information, ensuring I can maximize the benefits of the platform. Additionally, the initial setup of Qualified was very easy, adding to the overall seamless experience. The integration capability with other tools such as Demandbase and Marketo is another asset that makes Qualified even more versatile. These aspects combine to make Qualified an invaluable tool in managing and enhancing my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and implementation experience has been exceptional. Marcie, our Success Architect, has been a true partner from day one. She's been proactive, clear, and always focused on helping us accelerate value. She didn’t just “set us up”; she worked with us as an extension of our team to design a program that actually fits how we run revenue operations. That level of partnership is rare.
On the product side, Qualified has fundamentally changed how we convert website traffic. We’ve gone from anonymous visitors to real, qualified opportunities in a matter of minutes. Being able to engage buyers in real time, right at the moment of intent, has tightened our speed-to-lead and surfaced opportunities we would have otherwise missed. The routing, the live chat experience, the visibility into who is on our site, and the ability to prioritize high-intent accounts all combine into a workflow that actually drives pipeline.
On the product side, Qualified has fundamentally changed how we convert website traffic. We’ve gone from anonymous visitors to real, qualified opportunities in a matter of minutes. The platform is powerful, but the breadth of features means you need to invest time to fully optimize it. Getting started is straightforward, but maximizing the system requires iteration, testing, and ongoing refinement. It’s not “set it and forget it.”
I’d also like to see deeper integrations with external systems, especially more flexible webhook capabilities and the ability to enrich conversations using data from other providers. The native enrichment options aren’t very useful for our industry, since we primarily target smaller companies that don’t show up in traditional databases or social platforms.
Reporting capabilities are solid, but there’s potential for greater customization and more detailed analytics to better support advanced RevOps scenarios, including the ability to export Block conversion rates.
Overall, none of these are blockers, but they’re areas where more depth would make the platform even stronger

Exceptional Support and Effortless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the implementation and support team is incredible. Implementation was simple and quick and the team really helped each step of the way. Our partners, Camille and Alise, are super knowledgable and responsive. It's nice to have support that wants to ideate, improve, and work towards your goals with you. The ROI is super easy to measure and this made an immediate impact to our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend of the platform can be a bit confusing to navigate but our team has really helped us get the hang of it and is always happy to help when we can't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had to collect leads on our website (with a terrible chatbot) and then pass the leads over to a BDR who would qualify them then go back and forth trying to book and then hopefully get it on an AE calendar. This process was so cumbersome and there were many points of failure. Now we can easily qualify and book in one single interaction allowing prospects to quickly get time on their calendar and our AEs to focus on sales calls not logistics. The chatbot has also really up-leveled our chat on site and is so much more sophisticated than what we previously had, we're able to convert much more often from chats than before. The Qualified Chatbot also allows prospects to interact and learn a bit about us before booking a demo which is extremely helpful!
Efficient and Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified extremely valuable for streamlining our engagement with both prospective clients and existing customers. It allows us to qualify leads, provide prospects with the necessary information they seek, and assist customers in resolving issues quickly and efficiently without requiring manual responses for each inquiry, saving us significant time and resources. I greatly appreciate the continuous product innovation and its ease of use, which enables us to rapidly set up new experiences and make updates. Additionally, the AI features are incredibly beneficial as they take care of a lot of work for us, boosting our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have 2 Qualified windows open at a time when making updates. Currently, Qualified only allows one tab running, making it difficult when I want to view a separate Qualified page while making updates or referencing other pages or information. This is super frustrating.

I use Qualified to engage prospective clients, qualify leads efficiently, and help customers solve issues quickly, saving us time and resources.
