Actually a great tool for converting website visitors.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the product flat-out works and is very performant for us. We use it to engage with visitors on our key landing pages and it's been really effective at booking more demos for our sales team.
Their support team is also VERY solid. You get a dedicated CSM who actually knows your business and gives you useful, practical advice.
The AI SDR feature is also very good and genuinely useful. It handles a lot of the initial qualification and conversation, which frees up our team's time. I love knowing its working while I sleep, something really satisfying about that. It really does feel like this is the direction marketing tech is headed!
Their support team is also VERY solid. You get a dedicated CSM who actually knows your business and gives you useful, practical advice.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is pretty involved if you want to get it right. You have to really think through and map out your routing rules for different visitors and build out the conversation playbooks, which takes a decent amount of upfront time and effort. It's definitely not a tool you can just switch on and have it work perfectly on day one. Be prepared to invest some real time in the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was that we get a lot of good traffic to our site, but not everyone fills out a "request a demo" form. We knew we were missing out on talking to good potential customers.
Qualified lets us see who is on our site (like if they're from a target account) and gives us a way to start a real conversation with them right then and there. The main benefit is that we're booking solid meetings with qualified prospects who probably would have just clicked away and left the site before. It's helped us convert more of the traffic we're already working hard to get. The AI SDR is also quickly getting prospects questions about the product answered and is available at all times.

Amazing Tool, Easy Implementation, Very Fun to Watch
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how hands-on the Qualified team was during the implementation process. They were very attentive, answered all of our questions, and set up most of the automations behind the scenes. Mike W. was a great partner in the process. The tool takes a little getting used to but once you understand what each section does, it's very intuitive. We were also able to integrate with our CRM, Marketing Automation Platform, and several other tools to help with data enrichment. Not to mention being able to see the AI interacting with all of our site visitors is so much fun. It's been hard to look away from the dashboard since implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn what each of the areas of the tool do and how to best set it up. If you aren't familiar with automations, you'll be leaning heavily on your implementation team. Having the AI do what you want it to is sometimes a bit trickier than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now able to have a direct interaction with a user based on the page they're viewing and prompt them with a relevant conversation without needing to increase headcount. It's also helping to book meetings directly through chat without a user needing to visit a demo request page.
Go-to tool for Inbound AI SDR
What do you like best about the product?
We use Qualified primarily for the AI Email Campaigns and one of the best features of that part of the platform is the various options for personalisation. We can map as many fields from our CRM as we need and make sure that every email sent via AI SDR is highly personalised based on the contact's interaction, their industry, persona, product interest and more. Advanced prompting options are also very useful to ensure we can customize each campaign as much as we need. The entire tool is very user friendly, easy to navigate and the support from the Qualified team both during implementation as well as now when we're up and running has been really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Qualified, but one thing I'd like to see a bit improved is some advanced analytics specifically for the AI Emails feature. Right now we can only report on each individual email campaign separately, but it's lacking an overall view of all campaigns combined, how they are performing, how many leads we're following up with, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound Follow up. With Qualified AI SDR we can now scale our Inbound follow up and pick up every lead that comes in. AI SDR can follow up 24/7 with personalised messaging and drive to book more meetings with relevant leads.

While the overall functionality and impact of Qualified are overwhelmingly positive, I've found that the dashboards are not always the most intuitive or easiest interface to navigate initially. It can take some time to fully grasp how to pull specific reports or customize views to get precisely the insights you need.
However, this is largely mitigated by the excellent support provided by our CSM. With their guidance and expertise, I've consistently been able to extract the necessary data and understand the metrics that are crucial for our operations. The support team's responsiveness and willingness to help ensure that despite the initial learning curve with the dashboards, we still achieve our goals effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a massive value-add for us. Our AI SDR engages site visitors in real time with smart, contextual messaging that feels natural and human across multiple languages. It does a great job qualifying leads and routing them to the right reps instantly, dramatically improving our speed to lead and reducing the manual load on our SDRs. It was fairly simple get started in the platform. Integrating Qualified with others in the tech stack is relatively simple thanks to the guides that are offered and reporting insights are actionable and clear.
Plus, all the tools are there if you want to take it a step further with A/B testing and baking in targeted workflows alongside the AI SDR. To top it all off, the team behind Qualified is responsive, efficient and ready to connect on anything from feature requests to supporting complex builds.

There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing experiences, particularly around setting up the correct routing and prioritization logic when you have multiple experiences running at a time. That said, the Qualified team goes above and beyond to help you get the most out of the platform, and their help center includes a wealth of useful guides if you prefer to dive in on your own.

Qualified is helping us solve the challenge of connecting with high-intent website visitors in real time across multiple languages. The AI SDR instantly engages visitors, qualifies them based on our criteria, and routes them to the right reps or books meetings automatically. This has significantly reduced our speed-to-lead time, increased pipeline velocity, and freed up our SDRs to focus on higher-value activities. It's also improved the overall buyer experience by making engagement feel seamless and personalized.

What do you like best about the product?
Professional service that comes with it. We have Genise on our team, and that point of contact that you can bounce ideas off of, ask questions to and help you built out programs is key. Much more than customer support, you feel you have an additional member on your team. I find myself in the platform every day and the insights it provides are very helpful in our account targeting. layout of active site visitors make it easy for our reps to know who to prioritize first and implementing up new reps is a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform navigation can be confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to help keep web visitors engaged through the chat experiences and the AI SDR. We have seen our prospects questions answered on a much faster scale than before. We have seen an increase in questions asked as well. We also use the intent information in tandem with all our other intent platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use. The platform UI is pretty easy to use and set up. And our account rep Jennifer is always very responsive, and has made our onboarding to Qualified very easy. Im in Qualified daily, its very easy to review past conversations, upload new content etc. The platform is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only very small detail I've found is the inability to run different versions of the same card on the same page (doing split testing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To allow chatbot functionality on our site, and to allow meeting booking with no delay, reducing dropoff.
A powerful platform for prospect engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a wide variety of features and experiences you can use to engage prospects on your site or elsewhere. We use the Meetings booker in conjunction with Hubspot forms as well as the AI SDR. Both have been excellent so far in helping us engage and accelerate prospects from web touches to live sales conversations, and both have allowed us to scale faster. Our QSA Jennifer has also been outstanding to partner with from initial implementation to ongoing optimizations and expansion of the features we take advance of. She makes sure we're building the right way and that we can always get an answer on questions or issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more customizability for the Offers. Somewhat limited in design/placement control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us shorten the time and distance between prospects interacting with our site and them having live conversations with our sales team. The platform allows us to engage them, answer questions, point them to relevant resources, and then guide them to booking a follow up convo with our team. It decreases time spent sitting between stages and it reduces funnel leakage by ensuring there's a quick hand off to the team for next steps.

One of the things I appreciated most about Qualified was how easy it was to use. The platform itself was intuitive, which made adoption smooth across our team. But what truly set the experience apart was our amazing rep, Brittany. She consistently went above and beyond to handle any issues we encountered, no matter how complex.
Having Brittany as our dedicated point of contact made a huge difference. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of our company’s goals and customer needs, which allowed us to get even more value out of the platform. I genuinely believe that her continued support played a big role in our success with Qualified.

I dislike that you cant copy a chat from a customer conversation from qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem of finding leads who could be interested in our products. Allowing BDRs to reach these leads ASAP.
Amazing customer support and hands on implementation! Already seeing great results from the tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is driven by data and allows me to manage all functionalities and settings easily. AI Studio setup was exhaustive and the customer success manager helped guide us throughout each step while recommending best practices. I review it every other day if not every day but it is easy to update if anything needs to be. Excited to implement a few more features over the next few months.

I am excited to see ROI soon. A few product feature requests I made with the rep might be under way already which was good to hear.
