Impressive AI SDR and Email Automation, Excellent Support, but Needs More Language Options

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is amazing. Our AI SDR is fluent in 4 languages and engages visitors in real time to increase knowledge and book meetings for our team. The AI email allows us to follow up with people who download content or register for webinars automatically. The open rate, click rate, reply rates, and meetings booked from the AI emails have already surpassed our manual sequencing.

The smart forms are also a nice feature, which allows known visitors an easier path to book a meeting without having to enter information again into a form.

We've utilized Offers to promote webinars in key markets and will continue to expand the use of them for custom offers.

Additionally, the implementation team were top-notch, getting us live in 5 weeks. They were incredibly responsive to any needs and questions. Would highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, using AI email is only supported in English, and we look forward to additional language support for our other regions. It would also be good to have an overview of all AI email data rather than reviewing each campaign separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us convert more of our site visitors to leads and more of those leads into opportunities. It also allows us to be much more efficient with lower-intent leads by automating the nurturing email process so we remain top-of-mind for ICP prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Qualified for three years, and it’s made our day-to-day so much smoother. The platform is intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate — but what stood out most to me was how quickly we were able to get started with the AI SDR (Piper) recently.

We scaled our team with AI pretty fast. Piper was implemented by the Qualified team and required very little effort on our end. Within about a week, it was already engaging website visitors, sending personalized follow-ups, and booking meetings.

After moving over from Drift and Chili Piper, the difference has been significant. Qualified is faster, smarter, and offers a smoother experience. We’ve reimagined how we engage with visitors, generate pipeline, and manage outreach. The improvements in speed-to-lead and pipeline generation happened quickly! We’re now gaining great insights into our website traffic, and everything connects seamlessly — from routing to engagement to reporting. :)

I also have to mention our Success Architect, Kubs! Kubs is amazzzingggg. He’s always available when we need him and genuinely feels like a member of our team. He’s helped us build complex segmentations, integrate Piper, create custom reports, and bring every idea we’ve had to life. Plus, his personality kicks ass — he’s kind, caring, and has a great sense of humor. I could go on and on about him because I’ve never had a platform partner who’s cared this much about our integration and daily success.

TL;DR: If you’re considering scaling your team with AI, improving speed-to-lead, and want a success team that actually cares and works to make you better — I highly recommend Qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it sounds cliché, but there’s really nothing I dislike about Qualified.

If I had to make a suggestion, I’d love to see more admin tools to help monitor rep activity — things like tracking calendar settings, SFDC connections, and receiving alerts if an SDR’s connection drops.

I shared this feedback with the Qualified team, and they were super receptive and open to considering it as a future feature. Their responsiveness and genuine willingness to listen to user feedback is one of the many reasons it’s such a great platform to work with. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us talk to the right people faster and way more efficiently. With Piper, we’re able to engage website visitors in real time, send out personalized follow-ups, and book meetings while our SDRs are not online.

It’s boosted our speed-to-lead and pipeline generation big time, and given us great visibility into who’s on our site and what they care about.

Our reps focus on real conversations (and don't have to deal with support questions / spambots / things that they do not handle), and Qualified handles the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m consistently grateful for the Qualified Team’s dedication to innovate and meet the needs of the most pressing needs of their clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
The progress on the scheduler side of the house has increased impressively during the time we’ve been using Qualified. I’m confident in the goals and next steps they have scheduled to support our broader sales teams.

We are very new to be able to see the ROI of the tool. Although we expect to see big things and a big ROI, it's a large investment of both time and money.

Qualified has quickly become a tool we rely on daily. The ease of implementation was impressive.
Thanks to Alise, our CSM, who guided us through every step with clarity and care. Her expertise and responsiveness made onboarding smooth and gave us confidence from the start.

The platform’s AI SDR is a standout feature. It engages visitors in real time, qualifies leads, and routes them seamlessly — saving our team hours of manual effort and ensuring no opportunities are missed. Combined with the intuitive interface, the ease of use is unmatched, making adoption simple for both sales and marketing.

Integration with our Martech stack (Marketo, 6sense, and soon Salesforce) has been seamless, unlocking deeper personalization and real-time engagement. Because of the value we see, our frequency of use is daily - it’s now a core part of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little setup effort and occasional technical help for advanced features, but overall very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a holistic approach to processing inbound leads onsite. Not only is the AI chatbot great at answering incoming questions, but it also gets abandoned meetings booked with automated emails on the sales team's behalf. I'm on the platform daily and see our sales team interacting. I love the segmentation available to give custom experiences to our visitors. You also gain visibility into 1st-party data and other interactions with Signals. Qualified is an excellent addition to your tech stack, combining chatbot, email automations, ABM functions, and workflows into a fantastic user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! The platform previously had more complexity on the backend, but after implementing the AI SDR functions, the need for complexity has significantly decreased. Regardless, you are in expert hands with their CSM team. I've continued to be impressed with their customer support. Over the years, Qualified has been the best support team I've worked with. Implementation and integrations were painless and without stress. Shoutout to Tom, Sarah, and Anna! Overall, the product has a proactive roadmap that continues to make positive enhancements, and they listen to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, we have a 24/7 chatbot specialist on our site that can book meetings on any page, which is a huge advantage. Secondly, the AI SDR functions are saving human time with pre-meeting automations. They are automatically enrolled in a sequence while the sales team works on other things. Lastly, the visibility we have into visitors is incredible; the sales team loves the ability to live chat with our visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been a game-changer for our Marketing, RevOps and Sales teams. What I find most helpful is the real-time visibility it gives into who’s on our site and how engaged they are. This allows our sales team to prioritize high-intent accounts and instantly connect with the right prospects at the right time.

From a RevOps perspective, the customization options and routing logic are incredibly powerful — we were able to tailor the experience to our exact go-to-market motion. The integration with Salesforce was smooth, and the data flow between systems is clean and actionable.

One of the biggest upsides is how easy it was to implement and get value quickly. Lauren from the Qualified team guided us through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring we hit the ground running, and continues to support us weekly as we continue to iterate. Qualified doesn’t just offer a product — they deliver an experience that sets your team up for success right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is wildly powerful, but the initial learning curve for building more complex routing rules and experiences can be a bit steep without prior experience — though the onboarding and implementation team are there every step of the way and, as mentioned, has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and responsive in getting us up to speed quickly!

Qualified is solving the gap between high-intent website traffic and real-time sales engagement. Before, we had limited visibility into who was visiting our site and no efficient way to connect those visitors with the right reps quickly. Now, with Qualified, our sales team can proactively engage target accounts the moment they land on our site, which has significantly improved speed-to-lead and lead qualification. Qualified provides a highly customizeable approach to this, as well, which has been amazing to tailor experiences to what the website visitor is and how they are engaging with each page.

Seamless Implementation, Powerful Routing, and Immediate Impact with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
In our first thirty days with Qualified, the results speak for themselves:
• 665 AI conversations
• 42 meetings booked
• 42 leads created
• 2 opportunities created directly from Qualified sourced leads

We use Qualified every single day. It has become an essential part of our go to market process. One of the biggest wins has been how easy it is to book meetings and leverage Qualified’s smart meeting routing. Our reps are getting connected with the right prospects at the right time, which has already accelerated our pipeline.

We also recently launched our E-commerce offering, and being able to showcase a consistent “Buy Now” option across our site was simple and seamless with Qualified. It gave us a uniform, professional customer experience without extra heavy lifting.

The integrations are another huge strength. Even though the setup was technical, it was amazing how quickly we could connect to all of our core tools. We especially love the Slack integration, digital ads, Pardot, and above all, the Salesforce connector, which has been rock solid and critical to making Qualified central to our operations.

On top of the results, the implementation experience has been outstanding. Domenic Fish, our Success Architect, is hands down the best implementation specialist I have worked with in my 8 plus years in Marketing Operations. His deep knowledge of Salesforce and ability to align the platform with our organizational needs made the onboarding process seamless. Domenic has been incredibly hands on, building assets directly in the tool, addressing every question from our team, and ensuring we were set up for success from day one.

Qualified has already proven its value, and with the kind of support Domenic provides, it is clear this tool will continue to be a game changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Qualified has delivered strong results, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The biggest frustration is that only one person can edit in the tool at a time. For a busy marketing ops team, this slows us down and creates unnecessary bottlenecks.

I also wish system admins had more visibility into audit logs. Being able to quickly pull logs to diagnose failures or errors would save a lot of time and reduce the need to open support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving several challenges for our team. Before, connecting website visitors to the right reps in real time was difficult, and we had no way to consistently route conversations or meetings based on account ownership and priority. Qualified has solved this by giving us smart meeting routing, AI conversations that qualify leads instantly, and seamless handoffs to our sales team.

It has also made it easy to unify the customer journey across our site. We recently launched our E-commerce motion and were able to add a consistent “Buy Now” experience everywhere with very little effort.

The integrations are another huge benefit. Having Salesforce, Slack, Pardot, and digital ads all connected in one platform means our reps see everything they need in one place and we can activate data across channels without manual work.

The biggest benefit is that our reps are booking more meetings and connecting with higher intent leads faster. This has already turned into new opportunities and pipeline, and the daily usage across our team shows just how central Qualified has become.
