The ultimate chat tool for your tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Qualified strictly for its meeting capabilities and it’s been great at serving right-on-time meeting availability to our visitors for anyone who fills out a form and routes according to our ownership rules in Salesforce. We’ve recently added our sales reps to the platform and this gives them visibility to who’s on our site so they can have real-time conversations with visitors who are showing intent. Plus, Kalyn, our Success Architect, has been a wonderful partner during all of this!
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's a relatively straightforward tool, it does have a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to the naming of different areas on the admin side and a few random product quirks (ex: it's odd that the meeting confirmations don't utilize a separate location token or that the reminder confirmations come directly from them instead of being able to make it look like it's from the salesperson booked with), but the team is receptive to feedback and has noted down these kind of token updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Build our pipeline and get meetings on our reps calendars with quality visitors
-De-anonymize visitors on the site and parse out the right personas
-Create customizable experiences for different visitors

What do you like best about the product?
We are continuously blown away by what Qualified can do and how much visibility it has opened up into our marketing funnel. It's truely an incredible platform that can be so easily customized to your company's specific needs and processes. It automates daily tasks, syncs with our entire tech stack, works while we sleep, and is worth EVERY penny.

Our experience from sales calls, to onboarding, to optimizing has been SEAMLESS. Lily Weller is our Success Architect and she has gone above and beyond to understand our complex ICP and internal processes to make sure that we are truly set up for success. She is proactive in coming up with ways that we can leverage the platform to our advantage and is incredibly helpful and patient with our daily questions. It is clear that the entire Qualified team loves what they do and rightfully so because they are behind a product that their customers love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but I will say with such a robust platform comes a large learning curve but the Qualified team is awesome at handholding in the beggining to get you set up, while also educating and instructing so you can run with it in confidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has solved too many problems to count but here are some of our favorites:
1. We are able to see user behavior in real time on the website and gain an understanding of where they spend most of their time and what their painpoints are before even speaking with them. It makes our initial conversations with prospects that much more customized, meaningful, and productive.
2. We are booking triple the amount of meetings that we were with our previous chat bot (Intercom)
3. It works while we sleep -- waking up to meetings booked is the greatest feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
We have seen an uptick in our net new leads captured and meetings after form fill conversion rate due to Qualified. The platform has been nimble and customizable for us to make easy edits and easy for our team to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to fully set up your different experiences; however, the Qualified team takes the bulk of that implementation on for you compared to providing just help guides for you to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us solve our website conversion and helping us get more out of our website compared to other vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified delivers handily on the robustness of their integration with Salesforce and level of cusomization. Having migrated from a competitor where we were regularly hitting limitations and getting paywalled for basic functionality, it's been a breath of fresh air working with Qualified. Qualified allows us to easily segment and personalized based on data from our CRM, something that had previously been a challenge. We no longer need to implement extensive workarounds to achieve our goals.

Additionally, the customer support is phenomenal and our onboarding was flawless. Shoutout to Dom & team for making our migration seem effortless. The team also did an excellent job educating our sales team on the platform and fostering adoption. We've already seen a marked improvement in engagement, and the ease of use has been a boon from an admin standpoint. Thanks again!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint regarding Qualified is the agressiveness of the AI marketing. It's very difficult on the website to discern what the base products are and what is reliant on the "Qualified AI" product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the user experience, navigating complex routing, and helping the sales team to scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has such great qualities for website chat! The experience mapping is straightforward, the insights it provides from visitors is amazing, and the support received from their is second to none. The best part is they are adding more and more features that enhance a visitor's experience and ultimately drive better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't realized any downsides compared to other chat products I've used. I just wish I had more time to build out even more experiences!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website chat and sales meeting scheduling. The chat just works effectively and the insights of the visitor traffic from known to unknown accounts is super helpful when planning website optimizations. The amount of personalization we can put into the chat on different pages just takes the user experience to a new level. We are driving more engagement and more pipeline as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Our QSA is incredible, flexible, and collaborative. She works deeply with our team to set up new experiences, ensure we're equipped with best practices, and that all our systems can talk to each other.

Qualified as a tool is very flexible, and easier to use than other chatbots I've used in the past (Drift, Intercom) with the ability to path deeply and apply complex logic. The integration with many data sources means that you can segment deeply as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve to making sure you're setting things up in the most scalable way, but if you've used similar tools in the past or any automation platform, it is will be pretty intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing wayfinding for website visitors and allows our team to greet quality leads early.

What do you like best about the product?

How do you activate the incredible work of global marketing without Qualified? We capture prospect conversations instantly by enabling our Sales Development Reps to know where the visitors came from, what marketing materials brought them to our website, and what they're interested in to have real-time conversations with prospects. This speeds up our prospect to pipeline momentum.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ensure you have Salesforce and data hygiene, i.e., website URLs on your account records for perfect matching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our pipeline creation with Qualified. Hosting instant qualification meetings and routing client inquiries to sales.

What do you like best about the product?
As a tool, qualified allows us nail the timing when engaging with prospects. It's allowed us to scale our pipeline and increase conversions from our site traffic. We've also had a wonderful experience working with our success architect, Danielle Lipschutz. She understands our business and is great at actioning next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our reps give feedback that the product can idle out too quickly.

We are looking to increase our conversion rate of our website traffic to pipeline.
