Seamlessly Connecting Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified.com has significantly revolutionized our marketing approach. The platform's most transformative feature is its ability to collaborate seamlessly, and handoff leads between sales and marketing. The real-time engagement and scheduling capabilities capture the interest and momentum of our website visitors, ensuring no potential lead is missed. The CRM and Slack integrations allow our sales team to connect immediately with high-potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and re-configurations were time-consuming and a bit of training. Additionally, some QOL improvements in the experience builder could be made to make the platform more intuitive and user-friendly. Despite these minor issues, the overall benefits of using Qualified far outweigh any of the drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified.com is helping us streamline the collaboration and lead handoff between our sales and marketing teams. It captures the interest momentum of our website visitors in real time, ensuring immediate engagement with high-potential leads. This has significantly improved our lead conversion rates, enhanced customer satisfaction, and provided valuable insights to refine our marketing strategies, ultimately driving better ROI and business growth.
Simple to implement, great support, highly effective
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to install and manage. Super support -- launch team and customer success lead made our transition onto the tool seamless and have helped us optimize and scale. Intuitive UI/reporting, easy to build chat experiences, manage routing, handle operations/attribution. Delivering +40% more meetings with Qualified versus previus chat solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see greater customization on click-to-schedule meeting experiences. But so far, exceptional experience.

Helping us source new meetings, connect potential customers with our experts, and increasing speed to lead.
Effective and Multifaceted
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has a clean user interface, and some of the best success / support reps I've worked with. We've implemented various features and removed a number of solutions from our tech stack leveraging their product, and been happy with each replacement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have a custom object in Qualified that represents the "conversation" rather than just a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to interact with potential buyers and

What do you like best about the product?
The targeting and messaging is so detailed and tailored to various channels and where prospects are coming from that we make sure we have qualified experiences in place when planning our upcoming campaigns. It's become a checklist item to make sure Qualified is part of our quarterly brainstorming.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are so many great features it's hard to implemenet them all. We almost need a sepcific team to manage Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catching prospects as they are on our site and giving them unique experieinces based on where they came from or their industry/role.
Extremely effective tool with top-shelf support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a very customizable solution that lets you engage with customers on your website in real time. What I love the most is the flexibility of the platform. From retargeting, creating custom messages, new fields to capture data, and personalization options, it's really all there. It's a true account-based solution for your website.
The customer support is also the best I've experienced in years from any vendor I've worked with. So big shout out to Anna and the Qualified team for that!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting can be more customizable. The out of the box reports are a bit limiting. Syncing research topics to SFDC would be a huge plus too so we can just run those intent/research reports in there.
Experiences and blocks can also get behemic and it's difficult and very time consuming to manage with the current UI. I think having an interface similar to LeanData's graphs would do wonders to make this easier for customers with more sophisticated chat Experiences.

Intent data + the ability to act on it in real time + ability to engage prospects even after they leave your website through retargeting.
Great product, INCREDIBLE Team and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has heard of the phrase..."low hanging fruit" and Qualified brings this to LIFE! By literally seeing anyone that comes to your website along with segments of who/what/where/why/and how long they have been there, you can interact, direct, set notifications, and easily navigate a current customer or prospect to the appropriate line of business (New Business, Account Management, Customer Support, Channel/Partner). Intergrating for us with Salesforce is critical and allows for full visibility and accountability. We use Qualified daily, hourly, weekly and ALL the time. This is all before I even chat about Jennifer who is AMAZING! She is basically part of our team and owns everythring we throw her way. She is FANTASTIC!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this stage! Its great! The only thing I would "casually" ask for is MORE notifications! Ha! Because I want each rep to be on top of their accounts (which they are, we just operate on urgency!)

Interactions with prospects and current customers. This is a super engaging platform that allows us real time, personalized conversations.
A+ Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's customer support team is one of the best I've experienced. Usman Ahmed was amazing to work with, he helped us set up the meeting scheduler and had extensive Salesforce knowledge to help us figure out how to trigger automations with HubSpot. On top of that, he made sure to QA every workflow to ensure we were 100% good to go. Everything is working beautifully now and we wouldn't have been able to get this done as quickly without him.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Qualified is our partnership with our Qualified Success Architect, Robert Kubovic. He is the reason we switched from Drift to Qualified.
Beyond the unparralled customer support and teamwork, the integration and implementation was quick and seamless, and Qualified's UX/UI is intuitive and easy to manage (as both a business and technical user and for our sales reps).
Since switching from Drift, we've seen a noteworthy lift in meetings booked through the Qualified Meetings feature, we no longer rely solely on inbound leads through our chatbot but now can automatically outbound prospect through the AI Autopounce functionality, we've seen tremendous improvement in lead quality, our marketing attribution is accurate, and our speed to lead is off the chart. Qualified is a top driver of pipeline conversion across our business.
Our sales reps are happy, our sales leaders are happy, and I'm happy. Switch to Qualified. You won't regret it.

Pipeline generation and conversion has significantly improved. Marketing attribution is accurate and trustworthy. The lift in meetings booked is incredible. Speed to lead has greatly improved. Visibility across live traffic and active buyer pathways across the website is insightful. Customer support is the best.
Incredible Tool, And An Amazing Team Behind It
What do you like best about the product?
We've recently deployed Qualified to our SDR and Sales teams, as a means of getting better insights into our prospects' behavior and needs, and to engage with them more effectively. We're already huge fans, and Qualified is proving to to useful in engaging with customers as well. Seeing detailed, realtime website usage is revealing important insights about how our audiences use our product docs, our pricing pages, and our product detail pages. The live chat feature is great, and Qualified's reporting and analytics give us exactly what we need on prospect & rep performance.
I also want to highlight what a pleasant (yes!) experience it was to buy from Qualified, and how engaged Logan has been as our Qualified success architect. Logan joined one of our Slack channels and has been coaching our team every step of the way; he's basically an honorary Cloudsmither at this point. And I think he's really helped set up & configure Qualified in a way that's meaningful & effective for our business.
Qualified has my highest recommendation as a marketing tool.

Stellar Customer Success!
What do you like best about the product?
We are days away from launching our first AI SDR experience. Its been a long road to get here but we are exciting about the prospects that it will add to our customer experience on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the complexity of our business and marketing-to-sales handoffs, we've run into several bumps in the road while working towards rolling out AI SDR. Again our QSA has been very creative in problem solving and also voices our product feedback for future improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is another, interactive, layer that helps guide our prospects through their buyers journey, whether that be to additional resources, candidate information or commercial requests. Initially starting with chatbots to bridge the gap of a lead management team that was completely let go during COVID -- to now enabling our LMR team with live chat in key solution areas, supported by AI to target the right prospects at the right time.
