"Excellent Product with Outstanding CSM Support"

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified enables us to engage website visitors and convert them into leads and opportunities. It provides our Sales Team with an additional channel to identify high-quality prospects for our product. With direct integration into Salesforce and other marketing automation tools, Qualified offers various experiences that facilitate real-time enrichment, eliminating potential user errors in form submissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a con, but I would appreciate seeing more functionality developed for Marketing Automation technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified enables our business to generate more leads and expand our pipeline by tapping into an otherwise unavailable channel. When implemented correctly, chatbots can be a powerful tool for producing high-quality leads and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support has been timely, effective and pleasant to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with our MAP was wonky and has made total impact tracking difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a bot tool and an online appointment scheduler.

Easy to use, easy to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is super intuitive. It's easy to onboard new users, and though it can take some thought to set up, there's a ton of flexibility and it's an easy tool to manage. Our sales development team is in there daily, and it's an important tool in our stack. Support is phenomenal, and our CSM is a true partner to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is great in-app, but it would be nice to be able to easily push those metrics to another platform like Salesforce for more unified reporting across our whole stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us identify people who are coming to our website, giving us context as to how we can best engage with them. It also allows us to engage with visitors on their own terms, either via live chats, scheduling time on our calendars, or providing them personalized experiences.

Great product, onboarding and support!

What do you like best about the product?
Highly recommend for anyone interested in adding chat (or replacing another vendor) on their marketing website! This product is built to work seamlessly with your Salesforce instance, and provides a ton of flexibility on messaging (we don’t have a need for extensive automated experience flows, so Qualified is perfect for us here), routing, enrichment, and visibility. They are constantly adding new features and willing to take feedback, or quickly hop on issues when they arise.

Lastly, their onboarding experience is one of the best I’ve had as a RevOps leader-- and even without extended onboarding support, we never feel like we don’t have help if we need it. Our team is constantly thinking up new use cases for Qualified, and Shelby (our amazing Success Architect) is always there to help us bring these ideas to life in the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a ton of new features, sometimes things are in MVP when launched but not 100% -- e.g. Slack notifications aren't included yet for a new feature in V1. I personally like this, because they really have updates/release cycles dialed in and are always open to feedback as they build things out! Not really a dislike, but it's something that some other people might want to keep in mind (you always have the option to not use the new features, too) depending on how flexible your stakeholders are.

Engaging with high intent site visitors, surfacing high intent site visitors, and making it easy for prospects to book meetings with our sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great tool for chat, popup CTAs and meeting booking but the best part is their service. Their tech support team is outstanding and the Qualified Success Architect that gets assigned to your account is going to offer you consulting level support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could copy/paste throughout the platform or clone experiences. Building things get cumbersome because you can't easily reuse things you have built before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps our team book meetings faster. The chatbot experience gets people routed to the right rep for conversational experiences.

Great Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps our team easily chat in real time with any potenial prospect that comes through our website. Both the user interface and reporting aspects of Qualified makes it easy for both myself as a manager and my reps as end users easily get access to any information we need for potential follow-up. Another reason why we stay with Qualified is Sarah Flohr, she's been not only responsive to any questions or issues we have in our day-to-day practices, but she's a delight to deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say in terms of disliking, I'd say sometimes the volume of notifications can be loud but it's overall been a positive experience with the Qualified team. If there are issues, they're quick to take action and send any feature requests to their product team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An objective issue for companies is that there are thousands of anonymous users visiting a website or specific website page at all times during the day. Qualified helps team's take action on this by providing a chatbot experience that works both on the clock and off the clock by allowing live users to hop in and chat with website visitors, or if everyone's gone home for the day, prospects can interact through an experience and book a meeting with a rep for whatever time works best for them.

You can also retroactively run reports to catch up on what you've missed overnight to be proactive in getting in touch with prospects.

Sold the dream...and Qualified have backed it up

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified have an incredible tool, the technology is excellent, but what has made our experience so outstanding so far is the team that support it. From sales and technical staff through to our success team, every conversation has been a positive one.
The constant innovation is exciting and not at all daunting because the team are on hand to walk through the implementation. We've seen great success and we're barely scratching the surface.
The tool is easy to use, very visual, has great analytical capabilities (so I know without doubt how it's performing) and the team - both sales and marketing, love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like so far. Genuinely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is making it easier for potential customers to talk to our sales team. Not only that, but it's helping our sales team focus on their key accounts and ensure that there is a frictionless experience for all concerned.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, excellent customer service, excellent CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little to no downfalls to using Qualified, however I am wondering if at renewal, with the addition of the AI tooling, if our contract cost will go up significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform to reduce the tooling redundancy in a user friendly environment that syncs with existing tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
It works very well at identifying our website traffic and giving our team insights into our prospects and allowing our sales reps to actively engage with our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to learn and know with Qualified so can be intimidating to learn but thankfully they provide great support to help manage the instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing prospects to book meetings with our reps, allowing reps to chat with prospects, and deanonymizing web traffic.
