Efficient and Engaging Customer Interaction Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Worthy offers a powerful range of services that greatly improve the interactivity of our internet site. The Live Chat function allows us to interact with site visitors in real time, provide immediate support and improve the patron’s experience. The Conference Library feature is seamless and responsive, providing a convenient scheduling tool for prospects. Additionally, AI SDR is a game-changer, automating initial outreach and qualification, and automating our crews valuable time. Special recognition goes to Jennifer Schneider, Qualified from our CSM, whose incredible resources and backbone made the implementation process easy and successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Current reports are somewhat limited, and having access to more variables would greatly improve our ability to analyze data and gain meaningful insights.

Great introduction to Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is user friendly and seamlessly integrates with Salesforce allowing even a novice user like myself to gain great insight into who is viewing our website and how I should interact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is such a robust tool with a lot of advanced features, so much so that it can be difficult for new users to learn how to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to engage with customers who visit our website, allowing us to engage with them in real time thus capture more leads and schedule more appointments. It helps both our SDR team and our AE team meet their goals.
New user but in love already
What do you like best about the product?
Just the visibility it provides about who is engaging with us. The ability to create processes around a simple way of generating more pipeline for the salesteam has been very impactful so far. Our QSA, Jennifer has been an amazing resource who really understands our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet as I'm still learning the platform. Our org has been using it for years but I'm rather new to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps don't know what their customers or prospects are doing when they aren't directly engaging with them. It's shortening sales cycles by alerting reps when prospects are visiting certain pages along with setting meetings directly from the website for reps w/o any interaction with SDR's.
Game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Qualified is the extensive customizability it offers, coupled with the seamless ease of attribution provided by its backend system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Qualified is we don't have everyone from the organization using it. We have to book meetings for one function through another platform and it's not as easy to track meetings booked as it would be if all external-facing users had a seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us more speed to lead by allowing our site visitors to immediately book demos. This is benefiting us by increasing our inbound pipeline and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified products have given us new opporutnities for capturing leads in ways that don't distract from the messaging on our website. The support we've received from our account representative has been very thorough and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been extremely smooth and I can't think of a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified's solutions gathering visitor information and provide the ability to set up meetings without dedicating a team member to answering messages. It's taken increased our ability to help our customers by enabling 24/7 support.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive, ensuring visitors on our site have a seamless experience while keeping us informed about how these experiences are performing. Despite the platform’s impressive features and the significant benefits it brings to our pipeline generation, the standout aspect of Qualified is the Qualified Success Architect. Having someone like Robert, who is readily available to help and genuinely committed to our organization’s success, has been a game-changer. Robert consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we’re supported and continuously offers new ideas to enhance our strategy. His expertise adds tremendous value to an already invaluable tool, and we are deeply grateful for his contributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pathways can get overwhelming. There are so many steps to consider and updating content, CTA's, etc. can become challenging. We've often felt like when updating things we've only "scratched the surface". Thankfully, Robert is always readily available to ensure we're able to successfully achieve our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us ensure our website visitors have an opportunity to connect with us, ask questions if needed, and skip the extra steps to book meetings with our sales team. Qualified has removed a lot of the delays and potential unengagement that comes from filling out forms and waiting to be contacted. We're also using the autopounce feature which is saving our sales reps time and allowing for quality conversations to take place which has been a true game-changer for us. We're trilaing the new Qualified offers feature which has allowed us to be granular with personalization and segmentation, getting exciting events and opportunities to targeted-audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, our Qualified CSM, and she exceeded all expectations as a technical partner. Jennifer truly understood our use case and consistently provided tailored solutions that perfectly fit our internal business needs. Her ability to quickly resolve issues and assist various teams throughout the project was invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
While our experience with Qualified has been largely positive, there are a few areas where we see potential for improvement. Specifically, we would like to see the ability to place the chat modal anywhere on the page or have it pop up in full screen. These features are crucial for enhancing user interaction and flexibility of webpages, and we are hopeful they will be included in the roadmap for future updates.

Qualified delivers more, better quality meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
As a Director of Business Development driving more and better qualified meetings into the pipeline is critical. Qualified has done that by removing the traditional booking friction to meet the prospect where they are in the journey. My reps love it because it makes acheiving their goal easier. Qualified experiences allow us to extend our traditional marketing channel messages direct to the customer as they hit our website, increasing the engagement and chance of conversion. Signals allows us to identify high intent prospects and drive part of our outbound strategy. Qualified also provides ongoing support and consults on how to better leverage capabilities strategically aligning with our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to filter out "bad" prospects. In our case because our customers are primarly K-12 educators students can be difficult to prevent getting to my reps calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified removes the friction that commonly exists with potential customers wanting to get in front of our sales and prospecting teams. In this selling environment it is important that we deliver value with every interation and the chat functionality allows our reps to quickly do that. And if they just want a meeting then we give them a path to that very quickly. With so many prospects it can also be difficult to know who to outbound prospect to. Signals give my team the insight they need to not only identify current contatct of record that are visiting our website, it tells us exactly what they are interested in allowing my BDRs to tailor messaging that will be more relevant.

There are so many great features. I really enjoy the abilty to see what your prospect is viewing.

I do not like the auto-pounce feature of Qualified.
