Instrumental in Converting Accounts Into Real, Qualified Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I run our Channel program. Qualified has been instrumental in allowing us to see what channel partners have visited our site, what interests them, and allows us to engage w/ them quickly and efficiently. I feel like we've barely scratched the surface, but the system was very easy to set up, and we use it every single day. The customer support and how easily in integrates with other apps, like Slack, is great. Our QSA, Jennifer Schneider, has been amazing in her understanding of our business, what Qualified can do, and making subsequent recommendations based on that. She is knowledgeable, responsive and has been able to connect what features in Qualified are applicable and impactful to our specific GTM model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely requires knowing your own process and making sure that all pieces of the business are aligned. It's only as good as the process you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing the right leads to the right team. Determining and understanding when a prospect or partner is on the website, giving us business intelligence that drive meaningful conversations.
Great and product and support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors. It keeps us updated on performance, offers impressive features, and boosts our pipeline. The support we receive from Rob, our Qualified Success Architect, is unmatched. He knows our system and our business, and continuously offers proactive that add tremendous value to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with Qualified has been largely positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real-time engagement and scheduling capabilities capture the interest and momentum of our website visitors, ensuring no potential lead is missed.
Amazing Product and Account Management Team
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Anna has been an absolute pleasure. She and their support team are extremely swift, helpful, and true partners.
We have been implementing their new Piper AI SDR tool and Anna's done an amazing job walking us through setup while making us feel comfortable with the latest product. Piper's been relatively easy to setup.
Qualified's hubspot and salesforce integrations are also amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to my qualified experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified + Piper are helping us optimize our website and increase our web conversions. We also leverage Qualified Signals Intent data.
Easy to use interface and incredible support from the success team
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation is simple and clear, and for the most part the features perform as you expect. More than anything though, the success team support has been enourmous in our implementation and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some odd things in the UI that don't impact useability but take some getting used to. As simple as the naming of the different "Experience" types, or the fact that clicking into reporting forces a pop-up to unsave changes every time you navigate anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the process for interested buyers to get time with our reps. Be it through conversations or the meeting scheduler, it helps us skip the back and forth of email and accelerates our speed to lead.
Amazing support and product
What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing support we get is superb. Specfiaclly Derek Human, he makes updates to our Qualified instance in a very quick manner. He fixes bugs and researches issues we run into almost instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike... I would say the lack of AI but with the new Piper tool I think this will bring Qualfied to the next level for our Org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were lacking in a chat bot tool previously. It was messy, no customization features, reporting, automation, ect.. Qualified fixed all of this for us. Since brining on qualified 11/6/23 we have seen: 525 live conversations with reps, 333 leads created and 1084 meetings booked, and Onboarded 13 reps globally across 4 different regional domains.
Qualified is hands down our top marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy for our sales and marketing teams to use but even better, we get amazing support with the Qualified team. We love how we can tailor each chat experience based on how users are interacting with our website. Being able to personalize user experiences has increased the number of meetings we book expontentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform analytics is hard to understand and it does take time to figure out how to get the reporting that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is vastly improving our speed to lead time by alerting our sales reps in real time when a prospect is ready to talk.
Qualified Success Architects have been incredibly helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The team has been incredibly helpful when it comes to deciding if we wanted to move forward with their AI SDR Piper. They gave great guidance in what features are available to test, how to set them up, and best practices based on other customer successes. Piper has helped improve our meetings booked.
What do you dislike about the product?
More robust CTA tracking would great for tracking what chat journeys are the most popular and what needs to be changed. Currently, it only tracks the last CTA click in a journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing tool and CS
What do you like best about the product?
The extensibility of this tool, AI, data provided and CS is unmatched. This tool provides us with exactly what we need and more. We used a big market competitor before and have been happy with the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much feedback about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in front of people that are actively looking on our website has been extremely impact and a main source of opportunity for us.

Sometimes the trying to figure out the mobile app is a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me give me the ability to talk to prospects that I may have not had.
Optimize your experience and your prospect's experience with Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps us stay relevant and understand our customers more through the different experiences and features the product offers. Also our rep, Jennifer, is a great teacher when it comes to learning the product and using it. Plus, the university has saved many moments for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for now. The only thing is that I wish more people from our org was on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently adopting the AI model (Piper) right now and I can see it solve many problems since we do business in India and our HQ is in the US. We don't want to miss any opportunities. Also we're able to drive web visitors to important pieces of content.
