What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is easy to set up, use, and intuitive. The customer success team is world-class.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across a downside of Qualified. Since launching the platform, we have seen tremendous success in conversions and pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps close the gap between website visitors and scheduling a meeting with sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers unparalleled flexibility in customer engagements. Its intricate routing optimally handles diverse interactions, and will be even richer with the imminent launch of Piper to bolster our business dev team.

Their 'white glove' support eliminates the need to master the vast range of platform capabilities. Cormac is a relentless customer success agent, always ready to take on taxing requirements and do the heavy lifting.

Integration with Salesforce and Slack is seamless and continues to deliver great experiences to visitors and reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced a shortcoming or flaw. It's robust and can there can be a lengthy learning curve if you want to leverage lots of features on your own but their hyper support overcomes most of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Chat engagement and realtime routing. Integrations with Salesforce and Slack to expedite processing.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified platform is extrememly customizable and easy to navigate/understand. Their customer support is the best I've experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Use of Signals insights is dependent on the accuracy of our Salesforce database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified gives us the ability to identify and target warm leads + engage them while they are on our website.

superior functionality and support

What do you like best about the product?
We had used another live site chat tool previously that was satisfactory. But the functionality and technology of Qualified were too hard to pass up and has proven to be a great asset to us. On top of the tool itself, the ongoing support, insights, and guidance we receive from the Qualified team has been above expectations. We know we always have a responsive partner to go to with questions, problems, new ideas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Some on our own team have embraced it more than others but we have seen no downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us gain much better and faster intent signals data at the accounts level while helping us schedule more high-quality meetings with both new prospects and existing clients visiting our site. It is a great extension of our marketing and business development strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of Qualified give us incredible insight to website visitors, and helps our sales team engage with potential visitors while they are actively researching our solutions. We have seen a major uptick in qualified leads for Sales and customers who are happy to have an instant conversation with our sales team. It was easy to integrate to our Salesforce instance. Our Qualified Success Architect has been fantastic as we ramp up - patient, technical, and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Administrators and Users need to be ready and willing to learn the new app to get the most out of it, but if you do, you see very nice returns on your investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us identify potential customers, in our ICP, who are researching on our website for a buying decison; we are then able to capture that info, and interact immediately or as a follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been instrumental in helping us drive speed to lead while providing valuable insights to website traffic and visitors. We have been leveraging their AI SDR to help scale our team and qualify and convert website leads during offhours, driving conversions and improving the user experience for our visitors. It is a powerful tool that is instrumental in our martech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any specific items that I dislike about Qualified at this point. The tool works the way it is supposed to, the data insights are easy to obtain and leverage, and our support from the Qualified team has been fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows our SDR team to scale without additional resources by leveraging their AI SDR. We utillize this functionality during offhours to engage with website visitors and convert these conversations into meetings. The tool also allows us to route support requests quickly to the apprioriate internal resource or content on our site, creating a better customer experience. Qualified also allows our team to surface specific offers to known prospects that helps to drive speed to lead. The analytics provided by Qualified are extremely valuable and allow us to create tailored campaigns based on intent and have better insights into our website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pounce on prospects in the website and when they schedule time with me through qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then it would glitch when trying to chat with someone, but it's seldom.

What do you like best about the product?
They are very responsive to our team, the customization has been spot on, the customer support provided has been quick to follow through for us! Works as it should, easy to use and gets the sales leads over to our team quickly. The AI SDR chatbot works as advertised and has been customized to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at the present time, our needs are met and exceeded.

When we are after business hours the platform can cover business development inquiries. Sales leads are directed to a team member or to book quick meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
We have only been implemented with Qualified for a short time now, and I'm really impressed. The customer support is outstanding - Lauren and Rachel have taken every step possible to provide top notch support and working through our complex business flows and processes. The platform itself is easy to use. Plus, the number of featuures is fantastic, allowing us to streamline our processes better through proper scaling. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Qualified offers a lot of great feautures, I wish the reporting tools were are bit more customizable. This is very minimal though, in accordance to everything Qualified offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has been a game-changer for us by streamlining our website traffic. It helps us quickly connect with website visitors through live chat and automated messaging, ensuring no leads slip through the cracks and activating our SDR team. This has improved our conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction. Highly beneficial for our team!
