User-Friendly Interface and Great Support, But Limited Multi-Tab Functionality

Piper the AI SDR Helps Us Turn Intent Into Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success manager is honestly the best part about working with Qualified. They operate like true partners — proactive, hands-on, and always bringing ideas that help us accelerate the pipeline. Combine that with an easy-to-use platform that marketing can launch, test, and optimize without heavy lift, plus Piper’s AI automation, and it’s a winning combination. It’s rare to have both great technology and a truly invested CS team. Qualified gives us both. I leverage Piper, the AI SDR, for all my ABM and digital campaigns. The integration of Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce has been super easy to implement. Piper the AI SDR has become my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I’d like to see is even more customization options for the chatbot experience. There are a few deeper personalization elements I wish I could tailor myself, but I know those enhancements are already on the roadmap and coming soon. Overall, it hasn’t been a blocker — just something I’m looking forward to as the platform continues to evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us engage high-intent buyers the moment they’re on our site, instead of waiting for form fills or delayed follow-up. With Piper, the AI SDR, we can instantly qualify visitors, personalize the conversation, and route them to the right next step — whether that’s a live rep or a booked meeting. It’s helped us turn website intent into real pipeline much faster.
From a marketing perspective, Qualified also gives us clear visibility into who is on our site, what accounts are surging, and where to focus our efforts. We’re no longer guessing — we can prioritize the right accounts, engage them in real time, and accelerate opportunities that would have otherwise gone cold. The result is more conversions, faster pipeline, and better alignment between marketing and sales.

Effortless Integration and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
They did most of the heavy lifting during integration. A lot of the setup was performed by them relieving our team of having to cram time in an already busy schedule to quickly implement and stand up our AI SDR
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that I disliked during our integration and setup. Our questions were answered very promptly and were quick to schedule meetings on the fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI SDR is helping to act as a buffer for incoming leads and contacts by answering their questions and routing them to what it deems best solution to their request. This helps alleviate a lot of time for our reps to focus on high quality leads and cuts down on a lot of incoming noise.
Effortless Setup and Powerful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified's setup process to be very easy, and their team is awesome to work with, which made the implementation go smoothly. I love how the platform solves crucial issues like reducing the time to action for prospects visiting our website. The insights it provides on visitor activity and intent data are invaluable, allowing us to tailor the experience for our prospects effectively. One of the standout features for me is the AI SDR, which enhances our workflow by allowing prospects to book directly onto our reps' calendars. This feature eliminates back-and-forth communication, enabling us to seat prospects more efficiently and accelerate our response times. The automation aspect of Qualified also holds significant importance for me, as it streamlines our processes and increases efficiency. Given these advantages, I would gladly purchase Qualified again, and I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 on the recommendation scale due to its comprehensive AI and automation features, making it an excellent tool for our operations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to reduce the time to action for website prospects with insights and intent data, enhancing the prospect experience and speeding up workflow by allowing direct bookings onto reps' calendars, thus eliminating back-and-forth communication.
Streamlined Implementation and Superior Reporting, Minor Integration Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made implementation incredibly straightforward and user-friendly, allowing us to accelerate several projects that were essential for our Q4 plans. I'm looking forward to exploring more features and deepening my understanding of the tool, but up to this point, we have been satisfied with everything. The reporting capabilities are far superior to those of any competitors in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure the Salesforce and Marketo integration has worked as smoothly as I would like. It was easy to set up, but I'm not as confident in it yet. This will likely evolve as I get more comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be quicker to respond to opportunities and personalize the experience on our website. Investing in AI is a business mission while not replacing people, but instead enabling them to work more efficiently. Qualified solves much of that.
Cassie Tran - CSM of the YEAR!
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM!! Our support offered by Cassie Tran has been top tier compared to all of our other vendors. She is quick to respond, first to jump in and help us solve issues and provides comprehensive insight into how to set up long term solutions. We love working with Qualified because we know without a doubt we will always be supported!
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is a bit clunky to operate (been a Drift user for many years prior), but not enough to deter me away from using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead the inbound SDR team here at Level Access and Qualified helps get interested buyers in our sales teams hands faster and more effectively!
Outstanding Support and Seamless Implementation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the platform's features, the CSM and implementation phase have truly stood out. Madeleine Catinella, who served as our CSM and implementation specialist, was highly engaged and proactive throughout the process. She collaborated closely with the Speakap team to make sure our implementation was successful. Madeleine consistently went the extra mile to help us get the most value possible, and her support extended beyond just Qualified—she was also willing to assist with other parts of our tech stack whenever we needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing really. Everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified offers a conversational AI SDR that helps boost the conversion rate of visitors into demo requests. Additionally, it features AI-generated emails that nurture users and guide them further along the sales funnel.
Qualified Makes Huge Impact to User Experience and is SO Fun!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much I love about Qualified. The implementation and integration process is smooth and organized, and you have a solutions architect with you every step of the way that is quick to respond and answer any questions/concerns you have, as well as help you strategize the best path forward for your particular use case. I also love that the AI SDR chat is open-ended, meaning that visitors can really come and chat about whatever it is they have questions on. Our AI SDR, Corra, is constantly learning our website and content and providing great answers - which means we no longer have to conduct constant audits and be involved in the manual, tedious task of updating playbooks and how conversations flow. And I especially love that Corra helps us to engage visitors, create leads, and book meetings. She even follows up via email! The user interface is easy to navigate and I actually have fun logging in daily to check out the chats, where visitors are coming from, and measuring engagement. Receiving alerts every time a meeting is booked is such a great feeling!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Qualified at this point in time in our journey!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified and our AI SDR, Corra, are helping us to have more seamless conversations with visitors on our site. Corra helps to create leads, book way more meetings, provide accurate answers to questions about our company and solutions, and even provides AI email to follow up with site visitors, event attendees, and more. Not only is it making a huge impact on the overall user experience, it's helping generate demand and has already contributed to pipeline in only the first 30 days of being live. It's a massive upgrade compared to our last chatbot tool, Drift, which was a big time suck for our team and not very user-friendly, for users on the site or on the backend of its platform. I am super excited to see just how much more we can accomplish with Qualified!
Seamless Transition to Qualified: Efficient Setup and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is great! We switched over from Drift recently and the implementation process was organized, easy to follow, and we completed it ahead of schedule. At first it seemed like it would be a lot of work, but Maddie organized everything efficiently. Our AI SDR Corra is working hard answering questions, booking meetings and sending emails. It was fun to train her and see what her responses were! Once we went live, Maddie was on top of every question or tweak that we had to improve Corra's performance. What I like best though? We no longer have to manually set up playbooks for each page and/or solution on our website. This was a lot of work and our team can now put that time elsewhere. Maddie and her team are fantastic to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we have had a great experience with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous chat bot was very manual, everything had to be put together on our end for each page, solution or campaign. Assets had to be changed frequently. It was time consuming. With Qualified, our AI SDR Corra can answer questions without the pre-set prompts, directing visitors to the right information. This saves us a lot of time and frustration.
Smooth and Fast Qualified Implementation with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Qualified alongside our AI SDR Corra was a very smooth and quick process, particularly given that we were still managing the aftermath of a data breach caused by our previous chat bot. The implementation team was outstanding, ensuring the transition went seamlessly. We have also managed to integrate Qualified with multiple platforms, such as SFDC and Marketo, without any issues. My favorite feature is the live view at chats occurring on our website - and being able to ensure Corra is best equipped to answer questions by educating the AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to note about the platform.

Qualified offers us the chance to integrate an intelligent AI platform into our website, making it easier for visitors to get answers about our solutions.
