Game-Changer for Pipeline Acceleration and ABM Execution
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has become a critical part of our marketing tech stack. The integration with Salesforce is incredibly tight, which allows us to create hyper-targeted, real-time experiences for key accounts. I love the flexibility of the Experiences builder—it’s intuitive enough for marketers to use, but powerful enough to support complex routing and logic.
The visibility into buyer intent is also a huge win. Between Qualified Signals and the chat engagement data, we’re uncovering warm leads earlier and arming our sales team with context they actually use. Their support team is excellent too—responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in our success.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re trying to build advanced experiences or deeply customize integrations, especially without a dedicated admin. Reporting is improving, but I still find myself exporting data to fully understand performance beyond surface-level metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re solving for real-time engagement with high-intent accounts—especially those in active buying cycles who previously would’ve bounced without ever talking to us. Qualified helps us reduce form friction, personalize outreach, and connect sales with decision-makers faster. It’s also been a key player in scaling our ABM program by surfacing pipeline-ready leads and shortening deal cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has really transformed our inbound motion. The AI SDR is shockingly accurate in qualifying visitors and handling Q&A, leading to high-quality meetings without human intervention. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and we’re consistently seeing 80% open rates with over 50% conversion to booked meetings. Plus, our CSM is incredible—she’s responsive, sharp, and helps us navigate even the most complex questions with ease. We wanted to get up and running within a month and they really helped us accomplish that goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Occasionally we run into edge cases that require custom configuration—but support is quick to help us work through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us capture and convert leads we would’ve otherwise missed—especially after hours or when our team is unavailable. The AI SDR engages site visitors in real time, answers their questions, qualifies them, and offers meetings around the clock. This has significantly increased our conversion rates and ensures we’re not leaving pipeline on the table.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI SDR's ability to hold a high volume of meaningful conversations that effectively qualify leads and boost website engagement, combined with the powerful Salesforce integration that ensures smooth data flow and efficient pipeline management. Additionally, the excellent support during implementation made a significant difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complexity in using Automatic Experiences, Workflows, and Blocks. I think the way these features interrelate could be made a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified.com solves some really important challenges for our team by letting us engage with website visitors in real time, speeding up and improving how we qualify leads, and making sure everything flows smoothly with Salesforce for managing the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Qualified for several months now and it has completely transformed how we engage with our audience and book meetings. We are seeing a 25% conversion rate to booked meetings — a huge lift from our normal demo to meeting channel. Cannot believe how well our AI BDR engages and answers questions. Visitors are greeted with a much more polished and professional experience with the ability to qualify leads in real time. We are experiencing a 71% meeting offer-to-book rate. We could not be happier with Qualified.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it were a little more intuitive to set up audiences and routing rules. Somewhat of a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lofty pipeline and bookings goals and Qualified is helping us reach those. We are getting more qualified pipeline from engaged buyers which is leading to faster sales cycles.
Amazing support from our CSM!
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to identify traffic on the website and improve user experience with chat interactions. Signals is also an awesome feature that allows the sales reps to prioritize outbound plays by identifying accounts and prospects that have been active on certain website pages.
Also worth being mentioned is the support from CSM Marcie. She has quickly helped us re-implement the platform and enable us on new features and capabilities. We were definitely underusing Qualified due to a lot of internal change within our company, and Marcie made sure we are making the most out of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being on the sales side, I just wish the platform would have more sales focused features embedded into signals. Not a deal breaker, but it would help me use it even more.

What do you like best about the product?
At the beginning of the journey, I found that integration was very easy and quick. We started using the platform soon afterward. The interface is easy to use , I can manage chats and track leads without any hassle. It shows me visitors who are really interested, so I can talk to them at the right time. I can see what questions they might ask, which helps me prepare better. The support team responds quickly whenever I face any issues. I keep checking the app often to stay updated on my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any reason to dislike the tool. I’m not looking for flaws. It serves my purpose to be on Qualified.

Qualified helps me connect with the right website visitors in real time, especially those who are genuinely interested. It saves time by showing who’s ready to talk, so I don’t waste effort on low-quality leads. It also helps me stay prepared by giving insights into what visitors are looking at or planning to ask. Overall, it’s made my lead engagement faster, more focused, and more effective.
Great product, always useful new features, and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement with the support team, we were able to replace our old chatbot provider and switch in less than two weeks. Lots of options for automation and getting meetings booked with our sales team, provides a way better user experience on our website for people to self book.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure our sales reps are using the tool in the best way and rolling out those processes has been a bit slower than we hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing website visitors to pick meeting times themselves and book directly in our sales reps calendars all on their own. Using Smart Buttons and Offers on the website to create better user journeys, increase conversion.
Amazing Implementation Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified Team assigned to our implementation have been fantastic. Robert has provided functional guidance and support - near real-time, as well as consultative guidance and enablement to help us maximize XFN adoption and usage. Technical integrations are easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has come up thus far - so far, we are still diving into the Qualified use cases and learning how to further ramp it up with our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to better identify visitors, identify their Intent signals and create MQL's (that book meetings).
High hopes for the future of Qualified AI products
What do you like best about the product?
We had a great experience working with the Qualified team to get the AI SDR and new meeting booking experiences automated. The platform integrates very well with Hubspot and Salesforce and the targeting capabilities are impressive. It's a little creepy -- but effective! The implementation team provided great support and we are so appreciative of their determination and willingness to get everything right and fix all technical issues. The SDR team is really liking the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is so confusing. I feel like I have to click through every panel and tab to find what I'm looking for. It's not entirely intuitive. But otherwise, once you get past the learning curve, it's great. There were some sync delays and errors but easily fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing lead-to-meeting time and converting more demo requests into booked meetings.
Loving Qualified!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has really bolstered our team's ability to communicate both efficiently and effectively online, before any phone/video contact is necessary. Our team has been thoroughly enjoying our build of Piper/Violet, and feel this will be a game changer when it comes to prequalification of sales & general business inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is great and I have no real complaints- the only small comment I have is maybe looking into a better layout of the "settings/activities" bar so it is easier to navigate all the different channels/activities Qualified has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us solve navigation & volume issues when it comes to our inbound/web business traffic. It has helped us tremendously in knowing where we need to utilize tangible/human interaction, as opposed as letting our website and systems do some of that leg work for us.
