Qualified is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to Qualified after having a rough experience with a different platform. Qualified has lived up to all of its promises and our CSM Jennifer has been amazing every step of the way. She is always very knowledgabe, happy to help us build out new rules, talk us through any proposed changes, and responsive. Its integration with Salesforce has also been a huge win. By bringing in Qualified we have been able to build credibility with our internal teams. The implementation was straightforward and Jennifer walked us through it at every step. 10/10 recommend Qualified and Jennifer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It is a tool that is advertised as is. Easy to use and setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing intent by tracking users on our website and then allowing us to engage and offer meeting bookings. It ensures we capture those interested buyers where they are, when they are most ready to being open to learning more about our solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers a lot out of the box for chat and then some. Integrations are fairly straightforward, but what really stands out is the way Qualified goes about implementation. Their team is 100% in your court and is not just trying to shovel you software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the UI make it difficult to work efficiently—I'm looking at you, "no more than 1 tab allowed open at once."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us capture more interest and intent on the site while also serving as an alternative method to lead gen.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified was very hands-on when it came to answering any questions our marketing team had when it came to setting up this chat bot. Kayln Selor was an amazing success architect and met with my team and I at least once a week. Whether it was setting up rules, goals and content for our AI (Valerie), Kayln exceeded our expectations and got our chat bot launched on the day we desired. Valerie has been live for about 4 days now and has already had over 100 conversations and booked over 20 meetings. This is more than we could have expected and are highly satisfied with the results. When it comes to tracking and going over the chats Valerie has conducted, it is very simple to see the entire conversation and correct any mistakes she has made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only issue we faced along the way was having connection issues with syncing outlook calendars to qualified. Although this was rapidly resolved and Kayln and her team was a tremendous help and would recommend Qualified to any team that is looking for Live Chat or AI chat on their web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have fixed the response times and percision of the responses that our SDR's used to give. Now instead of waiting sometimes hours (depending on time of day) for a response, our chat bot Valerie has been creating meetings with visitors in minutes.
Excellent Tool, Next Level Support!
What do you like best about the product?
The product features + next level support. Qualified at excels at what it does and is continuously innovating with new features. Every time something new comes up that we want to utilize or implement, it’s either already available, in the upcoming roadmap, or promptly backed as a feature request by our QSA.
But what truly sets Qualified apart is the exceptional support we’ve received from Qualified Success Architect, Shawn Gray. He is incredibly responsive, understands our short term and long term goals, and constantly provides suggestions on how we can take our strategy to the next level. He truly feels like an extension of the Culture Amp team!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The most minor thing that I can note is that it takes a lot of manual effort to dig through conversations and understand topic trends.

Driving personalized, context-aware conversations that accelerates engagement + conversion and ultimately pushes leads down funnel.
Next Level AI Webchat Tech with Human Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been helpful in expediting website engagement and contact requests. The different tailored experiences are great and we've solved past issues regarding incorrect traffic and intent.
Also, the support and CS team is excellent. It's doubtful you'd get this level of expertise and support from other larger competitors.

There are still martech integrations that need to be updated or included so that we can have a fully integrated system.

It's giving us real-time conversational feedback from buyers and allowing us to connect them with sellers right away.

Great product, great support and onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I had a great experience with the sales rep (Justin) and solutions engineers at Qualified - they made sure they understood our needs and helped us understand the product over the course of multiple demos. We are live as of today and the onboarding team (Maddie) has been fantastic as well. They helped us get setup quickly and she has helped build out the experiences and streams which is very helpful. Excited to continue working with Qualified!

As of right now there is nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous service was Warmly and we noticed that the chat bot was not populating on our website for the majority of users. After 6 months they also were not able to get the SF integration to work. Qualified got the chat up and running and it is showing up and working as it should. We are also now able to create leads in SF and track visitors by their status in SF and or opps on the account, etc. We have not begun using the AI features yet but excited to see what that has in store as well.
