Love the signals and insights
What do you like best about the product?
There are several features I appreciate. I like that Piper AI assists when our reps are not available or ready. Keeps the lead warm and provides a seamless transition. I have loved the insights we are able to gain with the tool. We see what our customers are interested in, buying intent and can preview chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers have asked for an emailed transcript which isn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple chats can sometimes derail our response rate. Qualified helps us keep contacts on our site and ready to chat with us.
Transforms Lead Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love Piper AI and Piper Email because they really free up time for our sales reps. Piper AI handles customer interactions on our website 24/7, generating pipeline and providing a chat experience even when no reps are available. It answers customer questions and guides them to the right content on our site. Piper Email enables us to personalize emails at scale, converting low-value leads while our reps focus on high-value leads. The team behind Qualified has been super helpful; we even have a dedicated architect assisting with our implementation. Their product team listens to feedback and prioritizes our requests, which I really appreciate. The initial setup of Qualified was super easy thanks to their team's expertise. Moreover, after switching from Drift to Qualified, our response time improved significantly, dropping from over 50 seconds to less than 24 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with our human chat experience. This has largely been in EMEA due to GDPR and cookie issues. Reps sometimes experience drop offs while working through the Chrome browser as opposed to the Desktop App.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified works 24/7 generating pipeline on our website. Its AI chat handles customer inquiries and guides them to the right content, even when no reps are available. AI email personalizes emails at scale and lets reps focus on high-value leads. We switched from Drift to drop response times below 24 seconds.
Game-changer for our BDR Team
What do you like best about the product?
More meetings booked for our BDR team, ease of use, and features such as the new AI SDR Piper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the back end stuff can be a little complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed our BDR team to create a lot more pipeline by helping get meetings on their calendar, and by fielding chat requests on our website. BDRs have more time to focus on outbound work when so much of the inbound stuff is handled by Qualified.

We recently started leveraging Qualified and it has been nothing but a positive experience. We have already seen great results from our our AI chat bot.
Our CSM, Lily Weller, made sure that our onboarding process went seamlessly. In addition to the onboarding and training process, Lily is incredibly responsive and is constantly helping us find new ways to achieve our goals and get the most out of the Qualified platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an exceptional partner! They’re constantly rolling out innovative features designed with customer needs in mind. Their ability to seamlessly tackle some of our toughest routing challenges has been a game changer for our team. On top of that, their customer support is top-notch—always responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike. Qualified is leaps and bounds ahead of the tool we were previously using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is streamlining our lead capture and website demo booking processes. We haven't been live for long, but are seeing leading indicators of a tremendous ROI. More leads convert to meetings booked, with a greater customer experience as the turnaround time from demo request to meeting booked is instantaneous.
Excellent Onboarding Experience & New Opportunities to Leverage Tech Stack

I'm a consultant working with a client that has been implementing Qualified. Kaylin Selor, our success architect, has been an amazing resource and guide during the implementation process.
The client is early in "go live," but the sales team has been enthusiastically using the tool and booking meetings. Additionally, we've seen the AI SDR book meetings on the reps' behalf.
Additionally, we've been exploring interesting ways to use Qualified with other platforms in the client's tech stack to enhance the web visitor experience and improve sales & marketing outcomes.

Qualified helps sales reps connect more quickly to potential leads while they are on the website. The reps have the ability to see what the visitor is doing on the site to provide context and meaning to the conversation.
We are about one month post launch and loving it
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things that sold us on this, and thave have been an excellent experience so far. We love the insights on web visitors in Signals, we love the Piper AI and Experiences that help guide visitors through an interesting take on conversion rate optimization. The staff who have helped us - especially Kalyn our CSR - have been fantastic in getting is live and optimzied in our set-up.

What I like best about Qualified is its combination of product quality, seamless integrations, and an outstanding Customer Success Team. From initial configuration to rollout for our Sales team, the platform has delivered exactly as advertised—quickly and reliably. That kind of dependability is rare in today’s software market.
Qualified's new AI Agent technology, Piper, has made remarkable strides over the past year, and I’m thrilled with the results we’re seeing so far. Qualified is continuously innovating to deliver features that enhance engagement and outcomes.
Regarding integration, Qualified is easy to work with—especially on Salesforce. Since it’s natively built to run on the Salesforce platform, the seamless integration allows us to maximize efficiency. We’ve also successfully integrated HubSpot and 6sense, which has further streamlined our marketing and sales workflows.
Finally, the Customer Success Team is simply world-class. Brittany, our CSM, feels like an extension of my team. This is the second business where I’ve had the privilege of working with her, and she’s consistently a delight—friendly, knowledgeable, and immensely capable. She truly elevates the entire Qualified experience.

A downside to Qualified is that it’s a little pricey. However, compared to other players in the space, like Drift, the pricing is on par for a solution at this level. More importantly, the value Qualified delivers far outweighs the cost. The seamless integration, exceptional product quality, and top-notch Customer Success Team and Process make it worth the investment.

Qualified is solving several key challenges for our team and delivering exceptional results. Their AI Co-Pilot is a game-changer, helping to train and enable our SDRs and BDRs with real-time guidance. The AI Co-Pilot has accelerated the Sa;es Team ramp time and improved their confidence and effectiveness in engaging with prospects.
Additionally, the AI Agent has transformed how we interact with prospects. It answers questions, qualifies leads, and seamlessly books meetings directly with Sales. One standout feature is its ability to have conversations in multiple non-English languages, even though our content is only available in English. This has expanded our reach and improved our engagement with global prospects.
In just a few weeks, we’re already on pace to double the number of meetings booked through Chat and Conversational Sales platforms. With 24x7 engagement, we never miss a lead. Piper is constantly capturing pipeline. We’re continuing to book meetings while maintaining a high level of quality—and it’s happening automatically! Additionally we have reliable attribution on both sources and influenced deals.
Qualified is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to Qualified after having a rough experience with a different platform. Qualified has lived up to all of its promises and our CSM Jennifer has been amazing every step of the way. She is always very knowledgabe, happy to help us build out new rules, talk us through any proposed changes, and responsive. Its integration with Salesforce has also been a huge win. By bringing in Qualified we have been able to build credibility with our internal teams. The implementation was straightforward and Jennifer walked us through it at every step. 10/10 recommend Qualified and Jennifer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It is a tool that is advertised as is. Easy to use and setup.

Capturing intent by tracking users on our website and then allowing us to engage and offer meeting bookings. It ensures we capture those interested buyers where they are, when they are most ready to being open to learning more about our solution.
